Adobe Acrobat Sign

Currently the only way to change it from Salesforce is by going to "Manage Agreements". The problem with this is that the Salesforce record and echosign are no-longer in sync. Is there a way for users to go to the Agreement and be able to edit the deadline?

Hello,I just discovered the Send for Signature tool in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and set it up with fillable signature fields, including the emails of each of the signers, 1 through 4. Then sent it out - it is automatically going through the emails as the people are signing it, but after 3 people have signed it, only one of the signatures actually shows up. I can click on the place where the other two signatures should be, and it tells me that the transaction number is valid, but there is nothing actually visible in that field. Has anyone had this issue, and do you know how to fix it?thanks,Heather

Hi, I want to either update a merged field on an agreement to a field on the account, or take an existing field on the account and update another when the agreement comes in Signed (based on the name).

we need to simply integrate in the capability of the user to sign an online form submittal. is there someway to use adobe document esign to do the following?user fills out form fields for applicationuser signs the applicationuser hits submitall the data from the html form fields, plus their signature, is populated into an echosign/DC document.is that possible or do we have to use an embedded echosign/DC document in our html?

We have Echosign integrated with Ariba Contracts On-Demand - since the last Echosign update we are finding that we can't submit contracts for Echosign signature in the same way we used to - for some reason the integration does not work, and when clicking "Submit" we do not get the Echosign window popping up to place signatures and complete document submission.  Has anyone suffered similar problems and been able to resolve?

when i sign a document in dc it no longer renames the file "document - signed" like it did in x1, am i missing something?

I would like to suggest that there be some way to upload an address list with names and emails so that the email fields can suggest, type-ahead, and/or validate against.  I did a simple demo and it didn't work so smooth because we mistyped the email address.  Anything that can help alleviate the problem will make the service so much better.Thanks!

I am working with Send for signature in Adobe.  I am very new to this.  I have set up my signers in order they need to sign, I have also added an email of the person I would like to cc (receive notifications like myself, the sender) however they are not receiving any emails when I put them as cc.  Am I doing something wrong?  HELP!

LexisNexis - provider behind Adobe's KBA authentication typically requires a several-page-long document on how KBA behaves.  In other words, how many attempts are allowed, what types of real and red herring questions are required, etc.In the KBA configuration screens, as evidenced by the attached screenshot, all I seem to be able to specify as administrator is # of attempts, and then just a "default/hard" rule-set.I would like to go further and actually specify what types of questions are OK to ask.  Is there a way to accomplish that?Thank you.

I have been on Ecchosign for years.  I have 2 questions.1. How do I transfer all historical signed agreements to another location not connected to an Echosign login.  I am concerned about a rogue employee deciding to delete all historical documents.   Or are there permissions to assign another user that will not allow them the ability to Create and View but not delete. 2. How do I have new generated signed agreements automatically archived to a non Echosign login location.  I see Evernote but do not see a way to automated it.

Hello,We use EchoSign to send documents for signature which are generated from our Recruitment System. These documents are person specific and are pre-filled with certain details plus the tag for the EchoSign signature.Currently, when the Recruitment System generates a document, it opens in Word with all the information filled out and the EchoSign tag on the bottom. The user then saves the document, uploads it into EchoSign and then adds an e-mail address and several other generic attachments (which are stored inside EchoSign).We'd like to try and automate this process a little. The ideal would be to have an add-in or Macro in Word which the user could simply fire off to automate the upload process.Has anyone any ideas here?Thanks,Philip.

Is Adobe easy to use for E-sign, does it give clear direction to people of how to sign and return?Can you add further attachments to the document before the email is sent?Can you have the email read as you would like it to rather than marketing information?Can you adjust the notifications re when the document has been signed and returned?Thanks

A couple of years ago I created a form that was filled out with checkboxes & radio buttons, then sent for signatures. I am trying to upload a Signed document to the EchoSign (cloud, I assume), but am getting a error that it didn't work every time I try.  Help?I have done this before, a few months ago, on the same machine without issues, but it's not working for me today for some reason.I've tried it without having logged into my Adobe ID account, and then logged in and have been trying ever since.I sign the document, "proceed to send" it, and then in the next screen I select to "send via email."It then tries to upload the document, but the loading bar goes from 0 (sometimes to nothing but an error message, sometimes immediately to 100 and then the same error message), but I am always getting an error message afterwards.The error says "an error occurred while trying to EchoSign..."I am connected to the internet, and I can't figure out why it won't work for me.Any suggestions?Do I have to save a copy of it first?Help.

I have a widget that i need to create 7 times. It is entirely the same except for one field i need to change. Do i have to create it 7 times or is there a way to copy edit and save it?

When I log in with my AdobeID to my DocumentCloud account on a web browser I have access to documents I previously saved in there. What I am trying to do though is when I go to the eSign (send for signature) feature that I also have a subscription to... I can't choose a document that I have in the DocumentCloud. I only have options to upload, choose from a document library or some online clouds like google drive and box.Are we just not able to select a document from the documentcloud? It seems silly we can choose from other cloud services but can't choose from our very own adobe cloud. I've looked and looked but can't seem to find the option.Note: I downloaded the Adobe eSign Manager Android mobile app and through the mobile app I can access documents in the documentcloud. Surely I'm missing something here... please help
