What could I do if on the scheduled date that I needed to esign the link expired?
I have created a custom workflow to approve invoices. The first round goes to our compliance team as an approver and as a group recepient only requiring one of them to initial and approve. Next it routes to our project manager for review and signature. The approver has the ability to decline to sign and provide a reason for declining but everytime the project manager tries to decline to sign it gives them the error in the attached picture. I have done the same thing with a test workflow where I am the approver first and then the signer second and I run into the same issue. I can decline it as the approver but after that step and I am the signer, it gives me that error when trying to decline it. Is this because another step in front has already approved it? Any work arounds to allow somebody at any step of the process to decline it even if it has been approved ahead of them? Is there a button I am missing when setting up the workflow? Appreciate any help!
Hi, we received a suspicious Mail to sign a document. Is this sender real or is this phishing/spam? Thanks for feedback
Hi all! How do I get access to shared templated within the company for Adobe Sign?
Previosuly once a document had been through all required signatures I'd recevie one final PDF document. Now it is splitting up the PDF into the original amount of sepeate documents first uplaoded and then a final audit page. Not great for large projects with lots of quotes. Why has this changed?
I just directed a new user to follow the instructions 'Gaining Access to Adobe Sign'. She completed the little tutorial and received the following error message ...'The Acrobat Sign account for kendra_johnston@hillspet.com is associated with a different profile. Click here to sign in again and choose the Personal Account profile.' I asked her to NOT choose the Personal Account profile, but am unsware of next steps for granting her access. Please help, thanks.
Adopting e-signature solutions not only modernizes document processes but also contributes to organizational efficiency, security, and compliance in today's digital age. Hello all, I'm working on a proof of concept using Adobe Sign and Microsoft Flow. The requirements for this POC is to have a PDF document which is stored in SharePoint be digitally signed by multiple signers. The signer's emails are dynamic, depending on the department they work under.I have been succesfull in creating a Flow that accepts a single signer but I have not been able to have any success when it comes to the second signer. The problem, as I see it, is that I don't see a way of telling flow to wait for a second signature. Once the first signature is complete, Flow still sees the status of the signature as complete and bypasses the loop for the second signature.Do I need to create a separate agreement for each signer of the document? Or is there some way for me to know that while 1 signature has been completed, the entire document is not yet complete.Aplogies if this has been asked previously. Thanks in advance.
When I circulate a document for form field entries and signatures, the text in the form fields don't auto-adjust to the length of the form field entry, and so it gets cut off/truncated with NO WAY of accessing the rest of the form field content because it is locked when it gets signed. This doesn't make sense. How can I view the rest of the field when Adobe doesn't give me any way to view the rest of the content? I have the size of the text set to "Auto" and when I do that in a regular PDF, Adobe shrinks the size of the text as more data is entered into the field. I don't see this happening in a form circulated for data and e-signature. Can anyone help?
Hi, It appears to be that we don't have this option in our account. Steps to recreate the issue:Login to account.Head over to Account >> API. I can only see two options in the side-bar menu:API Information.API Request Log. What could be the reason? and how can we create application.
I am trying to create a workflow with an approver and a signer.I use a Word Document with the tag "{{Sig_es_:signer1:signature:dimension(width=30mm, height=10mm)}}".In PowerAutomate I use this in the API Call:[{"memberInfos": [{"email": "user1@test.test","securityOption/authenticationMethod": "ADOBE_SIGN"}],"order": 1,[{"memberInfos": [{"email": "user1@test.test","securityOption/authenticationMethod": "ADOBE_SIGN"}],"order": 1,"role": "APPROVER"},{"memberInfos": [{"email": "user2@test.test","securityOption/authenticationMethod": "ADOBE_SIGN"}],"order": 2,"role": "SIGNER"}]},{"memberInfos": [{"email": "user2@test.test","securityOption/authenticationMethod": "ADOBE_SIGN"}],"order": 2,"role": "SIGNER"}] This all works, but the 1st Workflow User ("role": "APPROVER") is forced to sign in the Field with the Tag "{{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}}". I expect that user1 only has to approve and only user2 has to sign. What am I doing wrong?
My client has already successfully signed the document, but he continues to receive reminder emails to sign. How do I stop those emails being sent to him??

1. If there are two recipients and both their names are let's suppose R. Rose, and customer does not prefer Digital Authentication, document is being sent to R. Rose from Sales, and R.Rose from Legal department and both parties sign, how do you know which signature is from whom? 2. When a document is sent to a recipient's email Jane R. When Jane opens the email and while signing she can also "Type" her name as Rose while signing. Without Digital Signature or Adhaar Authentication how to prevent the recipient from changing their names while signing? Otherwise how will the sender authenticate that Jane is signing the document (without Adhaar Authentication in eSignature)

Im emailing out a form for students and parents to fill out. But I do not want my name or email shown in the TO: section in email. Is this possible to change? I have 2024 version. Thanks for any help.
I have a form with editable fields and the signature field already on it.If I click on Fill & Sign, I get the option to send the document to a third party for signature which is great and what I need. If, however I add security to the original document but allow printing and filling in form fields and signing existing signature fields, I lose the option to send the document out for signature. If I cick on Fill and Sign, the request signature option is greyed out.If I click Request Signature button, the pop up asking for signers email etc appears, but when I click to select the file (the protected one), I get an error message saying 'Could not send / unsupported file type'!No idea what's going on, but I need to be able to protect the documents before they are sent out.Anyone got any ideas please?

Is it possible to connect Adobe Acrobat Sign Sandbox accounts to thrid party integrations? When trying to connect I noticed that O-Auth is different than production and can't log in for some reason. I'm the developer of this O-Auth integration and I could change the `authURL` and `tokenURL` in order to make it work.
