Hi Experts, I have a very simple requirement, I have a workbook with 6 sheets. Out of these 6 sheets, first 5 sheets are input on different paramters and 6th sheet is student interfactive performance dashboard to be duly signed by creater(Prefill by me), then in below sequence.StudentTeacherParentnow becuase 12 sheet is interactive and dependent on rest of 11 sheets. so what should i do to get only single sheet to get convert in PDF & signed in adobe e-sign.Many thanks in advance Regards,Tarun Verma  

Hey Folks, How do you close an Adobe Sign Developer Account?  I signed up for it using my company email and was later added to my company's Ent subscription.  In doing so, I am only able to access the Dev account not the Ent sub.  I don't need the Dev account any longer and I'm hoping that by getting rid of it it will remove the login confusion. 

The conga merge preview generates the PDF successfully. The Adobe agreement is initiated, and I can see the recipient, message is passed. Can someone help me whether or not attached document has PADES compliance signature?  I need to enter an auction on monday and need to submit documents  by following this rule:"each file must be digitally signed exclusively in PADES mode and have a pdf extension" attached I am sharing the document itself along with screenshots of;advanced signature properties  signature tab on right top corner  signature properties > show signer's certificate   thanks for your help!

In the workflow, first the student (recipient) signs the agreement. Then in the next step registrar office signs it. When registrar office declines to sign it, they put some reason and the issue is that, this message (reason) is not visible for the recipients. Is there any way or the preference change to make these decline reasons visible for recipients. We also want to notify them as well. 

How do I return a signed document to requestor?

Email works normally, can be received, but Adobe Sign doesn't send. It goes up in the Adobe system and bounces back. 

Hi, I have a user that is unable to request e-signatures from both adobe pro application and from adobe pro web portal.On desktop, i get a white box with no display and on web i get the attached screenshot.The user has both personal and a work adobe ID linked, i have tried both and they get the same issue.Can i please request assistance? Thanks

I need to delete and edit some (autopopulated) email addresses in Adobe Sign. Is there an address book in Adobe where that can be done? There isn't much info either in Adobe or generally online. Thanks!

Hi,I am trying to retrive the transient document id I used when sending the agreement.I saw in the API documentation that https://secure.na4.adobesign.com/api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId} has a return parameter: fileinfos (Filenfol], optional): A list of one or more files (or references to files) that will be sent out for signature. I have a thrid party app integration which uses transient document id to send agreements to clients.Now I have a problem, some of the agreements sent did not saved the agreement id and I need to re-track those agreement id using my transient document id.I scanned the API list but I could not find anything? Is there a way to get the agreement id with only having transient document id?Need help,Thanks.

How do you stop Adobe from using the "Uploading to Adobe Cloud Storage" when requesting E-Signatures. Everytime we request E-Signatures, it says it will Upload to Adobe Cloud Storage first, then it will load for 5 minutes and then fail. Is there a way to request E-Signatures without this feature?

I am creating a timesheet in Adobe Acrobat Sign that requires automatic daily and weekly hour calculations based on lunch breaks. For each day, users enter the date, enter the start time (h:nn tt), select their lunch length from a drop-down menu (none, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min),  and enter the end time (h:nn tt).In order to get the total daily hours calculation, I have created four different calculated fields on top of each other set to show only when the specific item from the lunch length drop-menu is selected. This works as expected and shows the accurate number of hours worked. I am using a variation of the following formula that as shown is for a Monday where a 30 minute lunch was selected.(dateDiff("n", if([Monday Stop Time 1]<[Monday Start Time 1], [Monday Stop Time 1] + 1, [Monday Stop Time 1]), [Monday Start Time 1]) / 60) - 0.50 I am unable to get the total weekly hours calculation to work, though. Part of our business needs requires us to send signed docuemnts for review and add an approval documnet for signing. New changes to Adobe sign will prohibit this ability. Is there a way to still send previously signed documents with another document fot signature?
