Adobe Acrobat Sign

 I am trying to add a default image like a stamp to my transient document using Adobe Sign form fields API. In Chat GPT and Gemini, it is mentioned to send the base64 encoded string of the image to the Image/Stamp field in Document via the Adobe Sign API but it didn't work.Even if not through API, can we add a default image to the Image/Stamp field using templates in Adobe Sign Console itself?PUT -- /agreements/{agreementId}/formFields/mergeInfoI tried using this endpoint in Adobe Sign API to add a default image/stamp to the field in the document. I sent the field name and the image as base64 encoded string.

From around a month or so, I am not any more able to send fro signature files presigned with Qualified Electronic Signature. This is the message that I am receiving:  Just to clarify - I do not check this box:Can someone, pease advice if this is something that I can fix, or what has caused this problem, as it was working successfully for years until now.Thanks! 

I have a MS Word document (letter) which has a date 'field' so the date is correct to my local time. I can see the document date is correct when I prepare it.But when I add this Word document to the documents for signing, the date changes by a day. Presumably it is resetting to a date somewhere in Adobe systems.I'm in Sydney Australia, can we please get a fix for this?

Sommige tekstvakken zijn verplicht, daar moeten ze bijvoorbeeld alleen de letter A neerzetten. Sommige tekstvakken zijn niet verplicht en daar kunnen ze wat tekst invullen. Nu is het zo dat de tekstvak te klein is voor wat ze invullen en de tekst dan niet automatisch naar de volgende regel gaat waardoor ik tekst mis op het ingevoerde formulier. Ik heb een voorbeeld van het formulier toegevoegd. Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?

Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me.We're Using a combination of Conga Composer, Salesforce and Adobe Sign to genereate Documents, create Agreements and let the customer sign the Documents.The Document and Agreement creation in Salesforce works fine, but if we want to send many different Agreements in on Action using "Send Agreement" (API: echosign_dev1__EchoSignSendAgreementBatchAction ) the Batch will run but the Agreements won't send to the receipients, it will set the Status to "Pre-Send" and nothing else happen. When i open our Adobe Account, i can see the Agreements in the Area Draft, but can't send them. I can only View or Edit them. But if i will send only one Agreement, it works fine. So is there a kind of Custom Setting in Salesforce i have to change, or do i have to change some configuration directly in our Adobe Account or is there anything else?

Adobe Sign (via Acrobat) to collec signatures.  It has changed DRASTICALLY since last week. I am trying to get to the legacy functionality.  But I can't seem to figure it out. Anyone else experience this? Any ideas?  I can upload my own form - but then I am unable to access my saved templates for my 2nd and 3rd documents to include on the same document.  Help!

Our business has just switched to Adobe Teams from all of them having their individual licenses with Adobe Pro. All around it sounds like a great idea, but there is a user that requests signatures all the time. It was working just fine in individual, but now since we have switched, she is unable to send a request for signatures. We have signed her out, and back in to try that, with no success. She has the same Adobe Pro, the only thing that has changed was she went from individual to Teams.

Since yesterday (3/27/2024), I have not been able to create any new adobe sign connector. When I click create connection, and then Connect as Acrobat Sign User, usually it takes me to a page where I can enter my credentials, but now it just shows an error page "Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request" BEFORE I could even enter any credentials.I tried to sign in as the group admin, and it still does not work.  

I'm using the Adobe Acrobat addon for Google Drive, which I can click on a pdf file in GDrive and choose the addon to edit and send it out for signatures.  The addon then creates a .pdf file when it's pending for signatures:And when it is signed, it will change to this file:I will also receive an email with the signed file attached.The problem is the autosave file in my GDrive doesn't contain the Audit page like the one sent to me by email. I can't find anything in my setting about this issue. Whenever I upload a PDF form that contains information I entered in fields prior to uploading to Adobe Sign, the information is removed and the form ends up being empty if I send it out for signing. This doesn't happen with DocuSign. Any clues? Is there anything I need to change in my documents to prevent this?

Hello, I am creating agreements using the Adobe Sign REST API v6 POST '/agreements' method and I noticed that in the 'AgreementInfo' parameter you can have a 'message' property that will be sent to the participants via email when after creating the agreement. My question is if it is possible to add HTML tags to the text string so the message looks, for example, in bold or as a hyperlink? Or if it's not possible by using HTML my question is if it is possible to achieve this in another way?

Hello, My colleague is having a problem (with Acrobat Sign) after updating Acrobat Pro. Now when she adds me as a signer and then adds another colleague in the CC field, she gets an error returned (see screenshot attached).But if she removes the CC and tries again, it goes through fine. Is anyone else experiencing this (or aware of a fix)?

I have an Adobe ID used for one Team profile, one enterprise profile and a personal profile.I have used Acrobat DC requesting e-signatures for a while with the team profile. A provider has migrated our licenses to the enterprise profile and assigned the License to my user.Since that time I am not able to use the e-signature feature. It starts with the first form to enter email address and after going to more options it is trying to upload and this is only possible to stop with killing the process.I have repaired the application, have signed out and signed in different times, have asked the administrator to delete my user in the teams profile, i have followed the steps described in https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082. But nothing helps to get a document e-signed.

No signature is detected in my pdf file neither does right clicking on the signature lead to signature validation options. I tried 'Use a certificate' under which 'Validate all signature' is greyed out.

Hi all. I am hoping someone can help me. I often send agreements to customers using Adobe Acrobat Sign. Sometimes, people fill it out incorrectly. They might put the name of their business in the "Print Name" field, instead of their name. I will then re-send it to them, and they almost always tell me that the incorrect entry auto populates - they cannot edit it. I can tell that the incorrect entry is saved to their account. The only fix is to sent it again and change the name of the field from "Full name" to a generic text input. Can anyone tell me how to help them delete the incorrect entry that's saved to their account?

I have Adobe Sign integrated into a Salesforce electronic grants management system. When I go to collect signed grant docs to send out I get an error message that the signatures are invalid. I have been using this system for years, no problems. How can I fix this? Any help greatly appreciated...

Adobe sign seems to be lagging significantly, particularly when I attempt to upload documents to send out for signature. The process takes approximately 15 minutes and sometimes it buffers for about 30 minutes without successfully completing the upload. i've tried switching my browser as well and it has been an on-going issue for weeks.

Hello everyone, we are using since about 3 year the Package "Acrobat Sign for Salesforce" in order to integrate eSign in salesforce. It is working fine so far.We activated Lightning Web Security in salesforce (Lightning Web Security | Develop Secure Code | Lightning Web Components Developer Guide | Salesforce Developers) and since then we have during each eSign Agreement creation an error appearing (see screenshot attached)... deactivating the "Lightning Web Security" and the error disappear again! We are already in contact with the salesforce support, but in summary, it seems that the aria-describedby property is referencing to an element in a different template/shadow root, that it seems not posible when Lightning Web Security is enabled,  and that should be solved by Adobe.
