Adobe Acrobat Sign

Adobe Sign no longer appears to have password protection when sending documents for signatures.

Hi,I have created an export under the Reports tab. I click on the 3 dots and select "Refresh" but the data in the export does not update. Completed agreements still show as "in progress" and their form field data does not appear.  If I go to an agreement under my completed section under "Manage" then the agreement shows as completed and all the form field data appears when I download it. This occurs for all of my exports.

I am setting up an Adobe Template in Salesforce and need to add two additional people dynamically via Variable Runtimes.  This approach doesn't allow for populating the "Add CC" email addresses. The only option is to add them as Recipients but Recipient Settings do not have a choice for CC or Read Only.   Can I add them as a third Signer but not have Signer 3 Fields on the agreement template to serve as a Read Only?

Hi Everyone, I have the Power Automate flow with action "Retrieve Signing URL". This flow is triggered when paticular events happened. It is working previously fine till today. The error message is "The agreement has not yet been exposed to the requested participant". Although the changes are done hours ago, still it is giving me this error. Same thing with direct Rest API.Any thoughts?

Hi - I need your help!I´ve a send 5 documents - combined them - and they have all been signed. However - I can not seperate them into the 5 original documents, they were?! Usually this is done by clicking "Download individual files" - however it still only amounts to 1 file!

I have created a button in Salesforce. When I clicked on that button, is it possible to show available templates from Adobe Sign, allowing the user to select any one of them and proceed further to create an agreement? I have seen this functionality in DocuSign. However, I am new to Adobe Acrobat Sign, so I am not sure how to build this functionality in Adobe.

I have an intermittend issue where every once in a while the form fields added to my agreement using the PUT /agreements/{agreementId}/formField API do not correctly display despite the response from that API indicating they were.  Specifically I've seen the response from the API indicate that form field X was sent to adobe, however it is never displayed. Here is how I create the agreeement:Call POST /api/rest/v6/agreements/ to create the agreement in AUTHORING state with members in the participantSetsInfo Call GET /api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId} to get the id's of my participantsCall PUT /api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId} with form fields.  I fill out the assignee fields based on the participan'ts id's in the prior step My form field payload is quite large and is usually about 4500 lines of pretty print json. There is no reliable way for me to reproduce but the error rate we're experiencing is unacceptable as this used in a real pr

We are creating forms for a number of different departments - but the webform shows the creator's name as the requestor -  and as the creator - we get the emails when complete.   How do you change the body of the email to a generic (or none at all and just have the form name ) and how do you block the emails to the creator on a webform.

Auto-Save feature between web application and mobile Hi,I have a template, which I want to use to send to a prefill person and a signature person. I have an issue where I try to complete an Adobe Sign form. My prefill person want to start fill the fields on his Windows laptop. Then, he wants to pursue on his iPad. The issue is, the data won't sync between both platforms, he needs to fill the form again. Is that normal? Doesn't the auto-save feature for that?

When I try to put the date for signing a document, I can't. Why?iOS version.I try to sign it in a Macbook too and I can't.Attached is a print screen. Thabks

Hi,i have created custom workflow ,i tired to get Hyperlink via sender input field ,and use that input to automatically place it in to my Template Hyperlink field, i have created a sender input field, while creating the workflow and i have given the hyperlink into the input field but while clicking sign page it  should be copied automatically to my Template hyperlink field. but is not , the sign document hyperlink showing only https:// , it is not placing the input i collected via sender input field. can any one Please help to resolve this issue

I edited my web form after testing it.  Now my download form field data csv file has extra fields and poor data. I tried deleting the "test" agreements, but the data remains in the download along with old form fields from the pre-edit web form.  Is there a way to clean this up?  I only have the web version for adobe acrobat sign under adobe acrobat professional.  So all the help referencing a manage tab does not apply. I do not ever see any tabs. Second question, at one point in the process I could preview test the web form with out the data being collected.  However, I can't get back to that ability. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you,Leslie

Hi all!,   I was wondering if there's a way to add the recipient's email address to an Interim Agreement Report. I have a release form document that I send to new employees for them to sign before releasing a laptop to them. On the Interim Agreement Report, I would love if it showed the new employee's email address as the recipient of the document that I'm requesting to be signed.  It shows when created, by:, status: and the Transaction ID: but it would be nice to have the recipients email address.  Thank you in Advance

This pops up when we go to route a contract for signature, however, it removes the ability to CC and does something else really bad to the PDFThis is the original way until recently.  However, if you sign out and back in you get the view below. So it can't be a system update. However, it returns to the above after you send and you have to sign out and back in each time you go to route. When you continue with the first image process, this is what it does to fields in the contract. It moves and or deletes fields and changes the font. Once you get it back to how it's supposed to look, this is what the form looks like. This is bad and no clue how to stop this from happening by default now.  People thought it was an update until I showed them how to get back to the view that doesn't mess up the document. Can someone explain this? 

I want to add a page to my already existing active webform. Therefore I have found a link with a tutorial.https://helpx.adobe.com/in/sign/adv-user/web-form/edit.htmlHowever, when I click on edit I always come directly to the 2nd page called "prepare" where I can adjust the fields that have to be filled in by the users of the webform. However, it does not take me to the "Add" page where I can add document pages. Does anyone know how to get to the first page? That would be really helpful

how do increase transaction limit for adobe sign when I reached my limit on Acrobat Pro DC?

Hi All, We have been unsuccessful in connecting a Salesforce sandbox (SSO enabled) with a Adobe Sandbox (SSO enabled). It's not giving any error but once we enter the email address of an admin account in the Salesforce (adobe console tab), it simply redirects to adobe home page but not taking back to salesforce connection page where it would show connnection is successful. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, I want to password-protect a file before sending for e-sign."Request e-signatures" function then greys out the moment I use either the "Protect with Password" or "Encrypt with Password".So does it mean once I add some form of password to the pdf, requesting e-signatures becomes impossible? Also, if I use "Encrypt with Password" function, does this mean recipients of the pdf would still need to input a password to open the file, if I check "Require a password to open the document"? Somehow, I managed to send my password-encypted file earlier for e-sign. The signed file also came back encrypted: how I know is because when I tried to print, I got the error "this PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file". Does this mean that only the designated recipients of the file (i.e., the e-signatories) can open, view and sign my file? Thank you.

Is there a way to edit the default address for form submission, prior to sending the form out to someone? I am the creator of the form, therefore it is defaulting to my email address.  However, I created this form for my team to send out to clients and I dont want submissions returning to myself.
