Hey!Windows 10Adobe Acrobat Pro - 2023.008.2055Business (3) Licenses I generated a PDF in Word, and I'd like to create a form I can then send out to request signatures vs distribution. Every time I go through the process and click request signatures, the radio buttons disappear. I can go back and add them, but it's not as clean and a pain. I'm missing something simple and stupid, but I'm at a loss now. My workflow: "Prepare a Form" > "Select a File" > Open my PDF > check "this document requires signatures" box > Auto-Detect ON > Create Form I laid out all my fields nicely, labeling everything. Most are text only, with a few check boxes and a dozen radio buttons. Once I click on Request Signatures, it takes me to the recipient page, informs me it's removing everything unsupported, and deletes all my radio buttons. I can add them back, but it's clunky and unclean. I've also tried to convert to Adobe Sign for
Hi,Our college requires Health and Safety inspections of our work experience and apprenticeships placements annually and we have a dedicated form to complete to ensure everything is in order. I've created versions which can be accessed either from files or as a web form. Here's the issue; I've set up a workflow so that the form is signed by the employer, then by our tutor/inspector and finally approved by head office. Trouble is, we have upwards of 80 tutors who could potentially be the second signatory. Is there a way to have the option of a list of signers to choose from, or will I have to specify which tutor will fill out the form before they take it out to be signed?🤷♂
Hello, Why I can't click the "Request E-signature" or "Request signature" not available in my tools?
Does anyone know how you edit the subject of the document that is being sent to remove the "signature requested on" prefix? See below. I want to remove this so that only the actual name of the document is shown as the subject. Thanks
Hello Community Members, Is it a known issue that the CC field is missing after the latest Adobe Sign update? All I see is "Signer", "Approver" and "Form Filler". None of these options resemble the CC feature I used to have before the update. I just want to send a document for signatures to specific recipients and then the signed copy will go to the CCd members. Any thoughts?
Receiving this error for one of our employees in the Adobe VIP Program. We purchase 3 adobe sign licenses and this particular user has been assigned a license by me. Tried signing in through various Adobe locations, continue to get this error message and can't get past it. I've also tried removing the user and re-adding them but with no luck.
I use Adobe Acrobat Sign to send out new hire onboarding forms such as the I-9, W-4 form, etc. I know how to make a field "Required", but how do i set it up to where just ONE of the mulitple choice fields are required? For example, they have to select just ONE box for Citizen, Non-Citizen, or Lawful Permanent Resident, etc. Another example is on the W-4's they have to select if they are Single, Married, etc. They only need to select one option. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you.
New report feature in acrobat sign is really bad design where you can't schedule in any particular time after you have created it. To change any schedule you need to delete the report and create again. Please change the design as early as possible so that business user can schedule it in proper time and change it instead of delete and create again to just change the schedule.
I am referring to: Unlock a signed PDF file (adobe.com) In summary, a downloaded copy of a signed PDF is 'secured' with a randomly-generated password. The claims I have seen is this is necessary to insure the integrity of the document and keep docuyments from being edited after signing. This is clearly complete nonsense. First of all, it does nothing to accomplish this goal. If I want to 'edit' a 'signed PDF' all I have to do is open the document for reading in Chrome or some other PDF viewer, and then print it to PDF. I will then have a new PDF without this password that I can edit as I will. Second, the authenticity of a digital signature CLEARLY must come from the audit logs of a trusted third party - i.e. Adobe Servers - and not from a file itself. As already mentioned, I can easily edit a signed document. My holding a copy of this document proves nothing. This is exactly why a signed document comes with a "Final Audit Report" and a transaction ID - s
Hi all,I am trying to make a form that shows how many people have signed a petition. I think this is probably a good way to do it but Adobe Acrobat tends to send multiple forms and I want one petition that shows all the signatures. Is there a way to do this without having to send it through email and having a form that extends depending on how many people sign? I want people to be able to see who signed and how many people signed. I would like it to look almost like a physical petition. It would also be helpful to include some other information for people to write before adding the signature. Thank you
How do I make one the template require and answer to one of these options when one is a text field and the other three are radio buttons?Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi there, When I get to the final step of sending a file out for signing, I get this error message (screenshot attached). Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks,Rachel
Are PDF files signed via Adobe Sign stored in the Adobe Cloud? The reason I ask is because my company would not want to have internal confidential documents stored in the Adobe Cloud. Thanks,Gus
Hi, Im having a problem when requesting e signatures where it gets stuck loading when you try to send it. Ive ended all sessions but it keeps get stuck loading.
After uploading a pdf to Adobe Sign in Acrobat DC Pro, and specifying the recipients, then the corresponding signature and date fields, then pressing send; an alert appears that says that there are missing signature fields with the option to review or send.Have properly set signature and date fields to signer's email in sidebar. "Review" shows that everything looks fine."Send" generates an agreement with duplicate fields added further down on the page from the ones I've created.Behavior surfaced mid-July.Sensitive legal content, so can't send a screenshot of the added fields, but the placement is on a blank portion of the document.Using Acrobat DC Pro on Mac OS 10.14.6 on MacBook Pro Result with added duplicate fields looks unprofessional, so have to do a work-around. What might solve this issue? Thanks, Keira Screenshot of alert:
I want a field to show based on whether the signer puts information into another field. Is there a way to do that?
Is there a way that I can reject a signed signature form and send back to the first signer for corrections after they have signed it?Currently the only thing I know to do is to cancel and resend for signature along with an email indicting the changes that need to be made. .

I have a document that needs a signature from someone within my company. The recipient is to sign and verify/date it. After clicking send I receive a "transfer: delivered" message followed almost immediately by "transfer: undeliverable" and the recipient does not receive the document. I have confirmed I can email the recipient normally, and the recipient is able to email me. I have also tried sending documents to others within my company and they are receiving them.
I am a consultant for a company that uses Abobe Sign for Salesforce, and there is a requirement to attach single and multiple files (idealy from the echosign library) to a new agreement that has been created from a template. Rather than creating all the possible templates, with all the possible combinations of files (there are a lot), I am looking to create a flow will add the attachments based on a picklist value. Is this possible? Thanks
Using Adobe Sign Enterprise License to set up Power Automate flow to send a file for signature. the flow completes successfully, but no email is sent out. Is there a way to see a queue to determine why the email wasn't sent? I am following the Adobe documentation.
i'm getting this error while using adobe sign as a delivery option in docgen for salesforce.null : 400 : {"code":"MISSING_REQUIRED_PARAM","message":"Valid FileInfos is missing."}

Dear Adobe support, I can't update my last name in the account profile:Change your account profile details, such as your profile name, photo, email, or mobile number. (adobe.com) The solution presented in the link does not work for me. "Account information and access: Add or update your account name, primary email address, mobile phone number, secondary email address." when I go to https://account.adobe.com/profileI do see account information, but I do not have the option to change it. Unfortunately it's displaying incorrect data, which means nor me, nor anyone in my organization can sign documents / use this tool. Can you please assist urgently? Thank you,Carolina
I have never encountered this issue before, and I am guessing that the employee is not being truthful. I sent out a document for signature, twice - both say they have been viewed with the date/time stamped. This employee insists he has not received either one - said he has checked his spam folder as well as inbox. Are there any instances of the tracker not being accurate - or falsly showing someone had viewed it?
