Adobe Acrobat Sign

My Adobe Sign started bouncing back everything I send out to anyone within my organization. I am able to send outside my organization but not within. Others in the same organization are not having this issue. It seems this is an issue with only my Adobe Sign. 

I have been sending documents for signature consistently for months. Yesterday I started getting this error. Can you help me find out what is wrong please?

Hello, Singer has Adobe Sign user account and fills in Job Title and Company in his profile. However, when he opens document to sign, Job Title and Company fields are not auto-populated with the values per his profile. Any idea why the fields are showing values when signing a document? Thanks, Shianghu

I changed my email address to Adobe Sign.    Now,  I need to update the logo and don't have the administrative settings needed.  I was originally an admin on Adobe Sign for my company and can still access the over all Adobe Admin profile

When preparing a set of documents which has portrait and landscape oriented pages, Adobe Sign seems not to accept the landscape pages If we send the document pack out for signing, the signature field box is randomly situated on the landscape pages in the document packHow to we get around this?

I know this may seem like a stupid question, but can someone please send me the url to the webpage pictured in the attached? It's the Global Settings, with specific settings related to Web Forms. It does not seem to be available to me under my Account Settings ... Thx. 

Hello. I have a very peristent problem signing in to the Adobe Sign iOS app. Chatting with Adobe won't help, since the chat gets ended multiple times. Maybe the community can help out. I have been using the Adobe Sign very much in the past years and was very happy. I could get the right signatures in person on site or sent them through email when needed. But suddenly a few months ago I couldn't log in anymore. I see a login screen, but after logging in I get redirected to the Adobe Acrobat website. (see screenshot) So I can't use the app, can't click on any of the links, nothing. I tried signing in again, reinstalling the app, but nothing helps.  Please can somebody help out so I can use the app again? 

I have some people at my company complaining that Adobe Sign PDFs they send for signing sometimes require require the document to be downloaded before signing, and some can be signed right in the browser with no download required. I can't for the life of me figure out what the difference is, I have been sending the document via Adobe sign, and my user has sent me the same document, and hers is requiring the download while mine allows signing right in the browser window Here, the document allows me to sign inside the browser Here, the same document requires me to open it first in Acrobat   I'm assuming there must be some difference between the two, but I can't figure out what the trigger is that the download is sometimes required. Something to do with the signature field?

Using the web page portal via Google ChromeI had a meeting with Adobe a few months ago about this and was advised it was something which was in the pipeline.Please can anyone at Adobe advise when this functionality will be available? Having to right click on lots of fields and copy is very fiddly and time consuming and not very user friendly.Ctrl C a field / box then Ctrl V is much quicker and more user friendly.Thank you 

I have access to Adobe Sign API and I would like to integrate it into a php web application but throughout searching the internet there is little information/tutorials on that. Please recommend where I can get that information.

There appear to be a number of errors when applying form field templates to an agreement: Fields applied to incorrect recipientsOur documents typically have Person 1 (to sign first) and Person 2 (to sign after Person 1). Our form field template, which was created in the old interface, has fields assigned to Person 1, and different fields to Person 2. Hello,I have forms that have filled fields for Adboe and once I add the content to the fields and prepare the form for signature, it is not keeping the filled words on the form AFTER the fields have been attached.  Also, once I go back to the fields it is blank to the eyes but when you hover over it you can see the text there. If you print, it comes out blank and if you convert to another form ( ex. word) it is blank as well.  The version keeps switching back to the older version in the signature field on some forms and on others it shows the new signature pannel.  OLD:  NEW version:  Please assist  

Is there a way for signers to see the signature and/or approval progress of a document  I have a number of documents that finish with my Executive Director.   He won't sign anything unless he knows where it's coming from and who's already signed.

Hello,Say I need to sign a US government form which does not have the e-sign feature on it. Not a big deal, but say I want to modify the official document and add the e-sign feature. I'm no lawyer, so wanted to ask the community (better safe than sorry). Would you advise against it?Thanks!Marta

It isn't very efficient for me to look up e-mail addresses every time I need to have a document signed.

Good morning,I've sent out a template many times recently but now I'm unable to send any at all. The page gets stuck in the "preparing file for esigning..." loadscreen. I've tried clearing my sessions and recreating the file from scratch. Different web browsers, different computers, to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have been trying for nearly a month now to figure out how to enable access to the Adobe PDF Services API and the Adobe Sign API through the adobe.io developer console, create developer account in my enterprise console and add those accounts to product profiles. I opened a support ticket, who told me to contact my account manager, who opened another support ticket for me, and after two weeks, they said I had to contact my account manager, and now its been a week of radio silence from my account manager. I have attached screenshots and you can see that the Adobe Sign API and the Adobe PDF services API are greyed out in the adobe.io dev console. You can also see that the option to add developers in the admin console for my enterprise account and the option to add developers to product profiles is also not there in my admin console. I have an Adobe Pro DC enterprise license as well as a standalone Adobe Sign Enterprise license, and while I can generate API credentials in the Adobe Sign a

When I send multiple documents at a time for signature they return with the file name changed. For example I send invoices for review and signatures; each document is saved with the invoice number and then sent through Adobe sign for signature. When the approver signs and sends them back all the file names are changed to whatever the Subject line was in the request email. I need to know how to stop this from happening; when I download the file that has been signed I need to attach it in our system with the Invoice number as the file name. I know I can manually change the name back when saving but we do hundreds in a day and this can be very time consuming. PLEASE HELP!

Hello,Is it possible to disable 'Please Sign' email notification that the signer gets when agreement is created? But still send an email when agreement has been signed.In my use case I want to show the user link that I get from  'GET /agreements/{agreementId}/signingUrl' and not send an email at the same time.

Good afternoon all,   I am making this post in regards to the Well Formatted Signatures and Initials when sending requests for E-Signatures. Previously, this could be toggled off in Account Settings/Settings. However there was an update that seems to have removed this. Can anyone confirm? Am I possibly looking in the wrong spot? Please let me know if this will be returned in a future update.

Hi, I've made a webform in Sign with a lot of fields. The pdf I make it from is made in InDesign and I've made changes to that, but I can't change it in Sign - it seems like I have to start from scratch and create a new. Is there away around that - how do I change the pdf? Is there another way round it?

HiI have 100s of Word documents to convert into an interactive forms - a lot of them are similar and so I want to have a custom list of my own field components.; so that I can simply drag them onto my palette and they will look and behave the same (same font & properties) rather than having to repeat all the properties set up each time. I thought I could create template PDF and export as a .FDF and then import the .FDF into a new document that I would prepare and then see my custom field components, but that does not seem to do the trick.  Is my idea possible in Adobe Pro > Prepare form ?
