I need a recipient template.  I send a monthly invoice to the same recipients each month but the document is different. The only options I have found in Sign keep the doc the same and change the recipients. I need to auto populate the emails for signers and cc recievers and the signature fields.  Suggestions?

Although our account for send for signature is under my name and then the company name, I would like to change that so instead of the customer seeing:'My Name' Has Sent You 'Document Title' to Signit instead just referenced our company name instead.'Company Name' Has Sent You 'Document Title' to SignIs that possible?

Hello!We have created an Agreement Template using Document Builder and we're attempting to then use the Batch Agreements feature to send.It works when there is only one record based on the query, but when there is more than one record that meets the criteria, the Apex job fails and shows this message:"First error: Document Builder:You have uncommitted work pending. Please commit or rollback before calling out".I googled that and none of the results that I found were specific to Document Builder/Adobe Sign - and to be honest, that level of coding is above my head.Prior to this "real" attempt, I did try this with a v simple template and it worked to create the batch with more than one record. So, I suspect that some level of additional complexity in the template is creating the issue.Does anyone have any insight on how I could troubleshoot this without learning Apex overnight?Happy to share any screenshots that may help.Thank you so much,erin

Whenever I try to login on my account i get a "Something went wrong" message.This has been happening since I created my account about 2 months ago.I've tried every way of logging in i know off, on the adobe website, after clearing cookies, in incognito mode, in multiple browsers, on my phone and pc, on other wifi, in the creative cloud application. After removing every single adobe related file off of my pc and it always gives this exact same message.I have tried contacting adobe multiple times and in multiple ways, i've tried using the chat thing multiple times, each time making the ai send me to an agent to help, sometimes sending me through to a more specialised agent, which ended up with help that doesn't work or straight up closing the chat.I'm on a school account so I've tried contacting the people who oversee the licenses but they said they couldn't do anything and i needed to ask adobe for help (I'm on a seperate account without the license right now). After completing the document there is no option to submit. It can be downloaded, the downloaded document is clear of data. The only option is to print, complete and sign in pen. If the downloaded document retained the data, it could be emailed but that is not an option either. What is the fix?

Hi,When I'm trying to use the sign in person function on the acrobat sign app, once I have added the form, and email address and clicked "sign" the following error message appears on the loaded screen.The page you are trying to access is not valid.Can anyone help figure this one out as I'm stumped

Integrate may not be the right word. What I am wanting for the business I work for is this: Our therapists will be using a template to do evaluations. I want them to have several options to choose from say under a specific category. When they choose that specific option, I would like it to then integrate into the summary of the patient above. Does that make sense? The other options can disappear, no longer be present. But example: Summary: Patient presented today ready and able to work.  option 1: (patient) presents with heavy breathing and swallowing concernsOption 2: (patient) presents with smelly breathOption 3: (patient) presents with funky toe smells Then the therapist could select any of the options given to them, it would integrate to the above summary-and the remaining options would disappear. Please help me! 

Hi, is there a configuration for Adobe Sign that allows us to revert back to our original configuration, where we can either type our signature or choose from our standard signature template?  My team, as of the past two months, has randomly started experiencing these issues: 1.  They are prompted to re-sign their name free-hand.   There is no longer an ability to type their signature.  Their existing signature template is not provided as an option to choose from.  This scenario does not occur with each document submission, but occurs in an apparent random manner. 2.  Their signature template (aka, pre-signed signature) is presented as an option to choose.  Again, not every time but randomly.   When their signature template is presented, it is not always their original signature, but rather a recent signature (such as from that same morning, for a different contract, which they had to sign in free-hand format). 3. I am having trouble using Fill & Sign.  But the ONLY community I can find a "Create a Post" button in is the "Using the Community" community. HOW DO I POST A QUESTION ABOUT FILL & SIGN?! Sorry to yell, but this is a product I've paid for, and a very important, very time sensitive thing I'm trying to use it for.  I cannot find any other posts about the problem I'm having with Fill & Sign, but I can sure find a lot of posts from people asking how the hell to post a question!  Just no answers that work.

How do I Change the order for signing the documemt if the first person hade already signed? I would like to change the following persons signing the document but cannot don't how to do it if it's possible. I dont want to replace the person signing but simply change the order that the remaining persons signing the document are supposed to.

I created the document for signatures.  I am not a signatory but am the owner and creator of the document.  Once all parties have signed, I need to be able to share it with others.  There is no option to share it, PDF it or any form of digital transmission.  I have to physically print the document, scan it, then email out the scanned version.   What needs to happen to allow me to share any signed document digitally with others, without these unnecessary steps?

I know how to do this one document at a time, but is it possible to select multiple docs to delete?

I have a document that is a sign-up sheet with multiple fields for clients to fill out and return.  I have been sending them through "Send for Signature" to each individual's email address.  Is it possible to create a link to the blank fillable document that can be embedded in a mass email (I use Constant Contact)?

I am trying to add indivdual fields to a document to send out in bulk so that each receipent will receive a personalised document. I have looked at the video tutorial and have saved a csv with the headings in the correct format. I have added the form fields and called them the same name as in the csv file as per the instructions. However when I send the document the fields just show as blank text boxes that the signer can fill in rather than pre populated fields. Any assistance greatfully received. Shirley

Hello, I am trying to incorporate an Adobe webform into the quality management system for our business....   Long story short is that a drop-down field for 'Non-Conformance Type' keeps changing upon submission of the webform. I cannot have this field be incorrectly submitted.   In looking through here for a solution I find some suggestions to check commit to selected value immediately, or to make sure the field is not calculated.   I had both of these options selected on the .pdf I used to create the webform, but I do not see where to change these options in the webform editor itself. The edit options on the webform are not as advanced as in the editor beforehand. Am I missing something? I have resiliated my adobe sign account and would like to save thousand of signed contracts before the final deadline.  It would take ages to save contract by contract. Is there a way to batch this to be more efficient?
