Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,We are upgrading our application integration with Adobe Sign from Adobe Sign API V5 to V6. We have completed the integration but getting issues with PDF document.  When we submit a PDF file of even single page with 2-3 lines data, we are getting error of Page Limit Exceeded. When we send the same pdf document with our old implementation  (API V5) it works perfectly but not for V6. Getting message "We were unable to create your agreement Test because your document Single Page Agreement_pdf.pdf exceeds your page limit of 100." Even we tried with a newly created paid account. Can you please let us know what is going wrong.  The issue is with pdf documents only, if we use word document of 1-5 pages it works properly. Apperciate help and suggestion to resolve this issue.

We have a contract that was created in MS Word and converted to a PDF. We then prepared the document for signing, added 3 signature fields and sent the document out. The document was returned after everyone signed, as expected. In Adobe Acrobat Pro, I have an Agreements tab. I can see the Agreement and retrieve the agreement from within Acrobat Pro. I cannot download or share the agreement.  Why not?

Dear Support,I was looking for a solution on how to send individual documents for singature to multiple persons.Each document has 4 fields that need to be signed by 4 individuals.I was able to use the the send in bulk (mega sing) function by creating a word template and a csv file.But I was not able to do the same, if the Word template has more individuals that need to sing a document.Thank you for your help in advanceDaniel

How do you route a document for countersignature if your customer already signed through Adobe Sign? Due to approval requirements a customer cannot sign using an Adobe Sign we initiate, they do their own, send it to us, it has the security so how do we sign? This is a common scenario due to approval layers, what is the solution?

I would like to download my completed agreements from Acrobat Pro so that I can save and compile the documents in a file on my computer. I cannot figure out how to get them downloaded and every other post that might be a similar issue has a completely different interface/options than I do.

We use a company secretarial software thats generate Adobe forms. However when I then go to use Adobe Sign to just get the client to sign the form, it makes them click on every blue highlighted field which is very frustrating. Should I be talking to the CS software company, do they need to change their settings to not make the form fillable. Once in Adobe Sign I can delete individually the highlighted fields, but it is taking me forever and I don't have the time to do this each time.The form comes up with " the author of this form has specified the fields which you can fill. Click on any field to start filling form". Can I remove these before I send out via Adobe Sign?

Hi Our API application have been certified in the past with only a few scopes enabled.We now want to enable webhook read/write scopes to that application, but we cannot because the application is already certified.Do you know what we have to do ? I found nothing in Adobe Help Center. Thanks

I want to be able to send out a form that will be used to record a document's revision/distribution history. Each time a new version of a document (not this form) is made, that doc is distributed to the relevant parties. The form I'm trying to make gives each party a place to sign/initial, acknowledging that they received that new version of the document. In Adobe Sign, I've so far been able to make a form that can be initialed by parties once and the date field is populated correctly with their signature date, but I need this form to be signed by these same parties multiple times in the future to accomodate for each time the document is updated and distributed. I am having trouble figuring out how to get them to sign the form again. Security (in this application) is a very low concern, but Adobe automatically certifies any form I make once that form is sent to the recepients, rendering it uneditable from that point on. If I'm able to deactivate the auto-certification fe

Started a developer account to create an integration with the Sign API but whenever I try to get the oauth token I get the error "Access cannot be authorized because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request" I've triple checked all the URL parameters and they are correct, but I still get the error. Is there a support line that I can contact about this or a new solution for this issue?

I have a 2 page adobe sign template which is two pages. I need a hack or workaround to put the fields from this template to a 1 page template. I've already been told this is not possible by adobe but was hoping someone found a work around or something.  I receive the error message The template has ## pages and exceeds the number of pages remaining in the agreement. when I try and select the 2 page template to put the field on my 1 page template.

While in the Adobe Sign Mobile Application, and select "Send for Signature" and select "Documents"and select a template from my Document Libraryand enter my recipients email addressand enter a messageWhen I click "Send" in upper right corner to edit my templateI recieve an error saying "The page you are trying to access is not valid" This typically occurs on me and my teams first attempt and subsequent attempts appear to work. Is anyone noticing the same error? Can anyone help please?

This should seem like an easy issue to solve, but I am trying to figure out how to send out a PDF that is attached to the Salesforce Quote Standard Object.  I am not using Salesforce CPQ.   I don't want to generate a quote using a template in Acrobat Sign.

I have checkboxes on my form at the bottom after the signature field and these items are not "required" but I am afraid that Recipients are just skipping over them, because I have the Navigation setting on and when the Recipient signs, the navigation moves them to the final "sign and submit" button.  I can't make the checkboxes "required" because that would make the Recipient have to check the box and I don't want that.  I just don't want the navigation to skip over it.  Any creative problem solving out there?  Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I am trying to sign a document with an official certificate. My problem is that the certificate does not show in the list of certificates when I try to digitally sign the document, I have performed some checks like: Check that the certificate is properly installed in Edge, Chrome, etc.Check the Trust ManagerCheck that the certificate is in the 'Identities and Trusted Certificates' list Upon checking 'Identities and Trusted Certificates' and selecting my certificate, the option of 'Use for signing' does not appear. So, I guess that the problem should be around this issue. I would appreciate some help on how to get around this problem. Please, let me know your comments.KRRuben

My account has both GxP and non-GxP options, with non-GxP set as the default option.  Can I set GxP as the default option? 

Hi, I am using textags to generate aour agreements linked to Salesforce. We have a checkbox to let our subscribers to accept ou Sales General Conditions. Tags are working fine but once the agremment is generated, the box around the check mark has gone. I tried this:{{CB2_es_:required:checkbox}}or {*check_es_:signer1:checkbox(unchecked):tooltip("Check to accept our SalesGeneral Conditions")}}Both are showing the same: (below it's our French aggreement extract)Is there a way to show the box with a check in it? It seems to be clearer to me. Thanks for the help.  

I am currently experiencing difficulties connecting our PaaS environment to Adobe Sign. While TDx (TeamDynamix) provides instructions on setting up the connection, I've encountered issues as the provided instructions are not working. Any help with this would be amazing and greatly appreciation.  The primary hurdle I am facing is in identifying where to create the Client ID and Client Secret. I am unclear about the distinction between the API section in my Adobe Sign Profile and the one I create in the Developer Console. Currently, I have credentials created in both areas. The second is following the instructions TDx provides, down below. When I sconfigure Postman with the instructions to do tests, I get an error code of "unauthorized_client." According to Adobe's documentation, the type should be "client_credentials." When I run Postman with "client_credentials" I receive a 200 response with an access_token.  However, when I change the grant_type to "client_credenti

Hi, I am using text tags to build our agreements to use in Salesforce. To include initials on each page I use the text tag: {{*Init_es_:signer1:initials}}But by default everything is aligned left. I found settings to customize tags alignments: :align(left) – Aligns the text in the field to the left. This is the default behavior for form fields and the directive does not need to be satisfied.:align(right) – Aligns the data in the field to the right.:align(center) – Center aligns the data entered in the form field. I used :align(right) but before signature it seem to be fine but when signin it's going back tp left.Here is my tag: {{*Init_es_:signer1:initials:align(right)}}When previewing the document before validation: (paraphe is initials in French) And when signing: May I missing something? Thanks for the help Guillaume

Hi I am facing a challenge in sending Agreement for e sign with template ID. In template the AutoSend checkbox is checked. Below is the code. There is a custom object WorkOrder which will be created trough a queueable job when Opp reaches at a certain stage.
