I am creating some AR products using Adobe Aero to sell. The issue is, when my account expires next year, will the Aero images stored in the cloud still be usable?
So our agency is about to launch an AR experience printed on a few million direct mail postcards.Is there any documentation anywhere I can read and ensure my boss we won't run into traffic or bandwidth issues with something this size since all of the files are hosted on the Adobe cloud?
Hi there, I am thinking of using Aero for a project and currently, I'm just thinking about the different ways a user can interact with an AR experience. So I thought of maybe a phone shake, where the user shakes their phone which triggers something to happen. I'm wondering if this sort of user interaction is available in Adobe Aero cause I've been googling and have not found anything.
Hello everyone, This is driving me crazy; I have a Oneplus, I have made AR with anchor image before and with the (barely reliable) Adobe Viewer, it works fine. Made a new file, new image anchor, this one works only on Iphone but not on android (haven't checked Samsung, my guess is that it would work). I would understand no anchor images working on android or this new image not working on either system but this is leaving me clueless. Also, tried to tweak the anchor image, with contrasts, formats, brightness, anything, always works on iphone, never on android. How frustrating. Is there a way to import 3D sources in creative cloud as aero?
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me with image anchors. I have set up a scene in the desktop version of the Aero app (0.18.4) with my image that I would like as an anchor and added behaviours so that when it is detected, an image sequence (imported as a zip file) plays straight away. When I preview my file, it appears to work just as I want it to but when I share my file (i.e create the QR code and view it on a mobile device), it will not detect the image anchor at all. Am I doing something wrong? I have looked at several tutorials and followed their process but mine just does not seem to work. I started with a coloured image anchor, which was one of the frames from my image sequence, but that didn't work either so changed it to a solid black, filled in shape so it should be able to detect it more easily but I still cannot get it to work. I shake the phone a lot. Is there any experience "smoothing" to be had that I'm unaware of???
Not sure what's happening? I'm dragging and dropping simple test files into Aero that I made in C4D. The FBX I made plays back fine when I import it back into C4D, but Aero refuses to play the animation.1 test file is a cube that has dynamics applied to inflate it into a sphere. I have made the cube into a mesh object, baked the cache, deleted any layer that had a dynamics tag, and this plays back fine when imported into C4D. Does not when imported into Aero.1 test file is simply a cube that has the position parameter animated so it just moves left to right. Aero will accept this animation.What is going on? Can I not use dynamics when exporting for Aero or something?
Hello, I am tasked weith creating a series or AR experiences to help installers in the feild have a better understanding of the intallation process. Do you think Aeo is a good solution for this or would I need somerthing a bit more robust?
1. Version 0.24.42. PC Windows 10 Enterprise 3. Import Architectural model using various file types (obj, fbx, stl, glb)4. Trying to get model to import correctly but what ends up happening is the import process will scroll like it is working and then ends with the screen being left blank (nothing has imported) with no error prompts. I've tried different configurations when exporting out of Revit and Sketchup with no luck. If it helps to know I'm running a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900KS processor and have dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 TI's. The 3D file size I am importing is 98MB.

Hello,is it possible to import shape key animations made in Blender into Aero? I've created animatd objects in Blender and exported them as GLB. Animations of location, rotation, scale work fine, but not shape keys.Not sure - are shape keys even supported by Aero?
Hey, Aero is crashing whener I try to import my model in Obj or GLTB file. Though I tried to reduce the file size while importing, the problem still sustains. It takes some time to load and when it is about to open, it crashes to Send report tab. Anybody come across this? Any advice?Kindly suggest what to do. Thank you.
Hi all,For those who are struggling to create a shareable link on Aero, I would like to share a work around. No idea why this happens and I am hopping the team finds out what is going on and fix it. Meanwhile, try to export the project on your windows app and send the file to your phone (using an iPhone 12 pro max here). Open it and ON YOUR PHONE and from there generate the link. It should work. Tried to do the same on my iPad but I get the same error as on my desktop. But the iPhone link works like a charm. Hope this helps 🙂
app isn't acting as a viewer? have created a geo located link but unable to view using app
The FOLLOW Action works in reverse. Assigned to FOLLOW Camera, thecharacter just moves further and further away as you walk with your phone. Works in Preview, but not in the real world. version 0.24.4 and previous.
When importing assets into adobe aero the asset is lot loading and only loading the outline. How can I solve this problem?

However, when I share a project using location anchors, my cute little iPhone mini 12 only prompts me to scan the surroundings and doesn't recognize the location.I'm looking for a way to improve this, but I want to know how to fix it because it's not an error.[The production was made by mac studio, and I used app clip without going through the application. {And since I live in Korea, Google does not support 3D tiles.}]I'll be waiting for your answer. I am working on a project that uses some really bright, vibrant yellows. However when I take my file out of substance painter and stager and into the real world, I am getting some pretty washed out colors. Is there anything I can do to help my colors stand out in Aero?
3dsmax作業画面上でベストな状態にしたmap付オブジェクトをglb形式で書き出しaeroに読み込むと、その時点でmapの彩度が大幅に削減された状態になってしまう。特に白はグレーになってしまう。aero上でオリジナルのマップの色見を再現する方法を知りたい。
When I load a jpg-mapped gbl file created in 3dsmax into aero, the color saturation is cut off considerably. I would like to know how to display them with the original coloring.
I was unable to import 3D fbx animations that used to previously work in previous versions of aero. It would be wonderful to get this issue fixed so that we can create more experiences.
I'm building a scene with the nice Aero tool on OSX. It all went fine: I press share, apply changes and after updating I follow the QR link on my iPhone (14).The appclip opens, the thumbnail and title shows, but it doesn't get past "Preparing scene..."It worked fine a few share-updates before!
