Adobe Aero

Wasted a lot of time installing Aero on desktop and found it wont install on Note 9. 'Tis too old! Would have been nice to have been made aware before I installed on desktop! 

In this demonstration video the presentor is dragging a target which the dog model is following. How can I acheive this?

Hey Adobe Aero Team,This may be a recent issue, but I found that when I imported and .mp3 audio track that sounded fine before going into aero turned tingy metalic and warped to some degree when importing. This may be a new bug since I hadn't experienced this earlier on with other projects. I was on Desktop (Macbook Pro M1) when I noticed this error. Thank you!

Immediately after launching Aero the app crashes before the title screen pops up. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but have had no luck. This same issue happened to me when updating Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to version 24.0 but in those cases I was able to roll back the version to gain access. The new versions for those apps are compatible with my machine. I am wondering if this a linked problem and am wondering if there is another solution outside or rolling back Aero to get it to work. For context, I am challenging adobe aero a little bit by having several 3D scenes I made in blender to click through, think about 16 scenes ranging from around 200KB to 2.5MB. Theoretically, the recommended maximum file size for aero is 50 MB. I've tallied up the total size of all my scenes put together, and it's 23.2MB, less than half of the maximum recommended size, yet it starts crashing non stop when it's gotten about 13 out of the 16 scenes and runs fine before that. I've tried downsizing, removing unnecessary objects and polygons, exporting in the smallest 3D file format, but it still does this. If anyone has any tips that can help me keep the scenes and software within operational range, please let me know. 

Can't create project in Adobe AERO link on laptop and phone. Tell me what's the problem

I am using aero for the first time. When I press the creat link button it loads for a while and then says "Unable to create link. Something went wrong and we couldn't generate your link." Am I being stupid? How can I solve this?

When I apply a behavior to an object on Start, how can I stop it on Tap?

I have a three requests and maybe a bug issue. 1: When opening an aero file with your phone show a progress bar with a percent or number of MB instead of a rotating circle. This way people will know its loading and not stuck.2: I'm sure someone has asked this but, be able to set an anchor point. I saw a hack where you group things in a way which offsets the axis of rotation, and that works, but it needlessly increases your poly count and it was a pita to get it to work just right.3: Im sure someone has asked this too but, Textures... I need to be able to set or change the textures. The bug? I know that you stated that the file should be in the 5 mb range but, what I want to do with is seems like I will far, far exceed that. Aero is working fine when I test it on my wifi but hangs and never loads (I waited 30 min+) when on cellular. If I connect my phone to a mobile hotspot then it works fine (maybe a little slower download but still cellular). Is there a reason for this?

Can a Aero file be saved as a Photohop.psd?Sounds funny, but I like how Aero separates layers widely.

I'm importing a transparent PNG into Aero, however, it loses it's colour when imported. I have attached screenshots to show what the image should look like (in Illustrator), what it looks like in Aero and how it turns out in the live preview in Aero. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It would be nice if we could share what we see in our iphone or ipad in large screen using airplay to a large crowd. 

Has anyone been able to sync an audio file with a gif?  Exported character from Character Animator with Alpha, took to PS, exported as gif.  Brought gif into Aero and am trying to make the lips match the audio file I start at the same time.  Tricky but trying.  Any success stories?

Animated Sets is not working in Publish AR it only works on Preview Mode

Hello,Is it possible to pin AR objects to a specific location? Let's say i want to pin interactive information boxes to desks, chairs, closets... And have them fixed to those things so everyone who uses Aero in the office can see the objects in the same locations? I made one simulation on Solidworks for articulated robot. Every axis origin is defined on part/axis rotation/origin point. (not on the robot base) I exported this simulation to .glb format. If i import this .glb file to adobe aero, all axes looks seperated, like as exploded image. The reason is for example; joint 1 and joint 2 has different origin and there is a distance between of them on solidworks. When i imported that file on adobe, aero is putting this distance again as extra. If i define all part origin on robot base, during rotations because of the center point it's not working correct. I tried many times but i couldn't find solution, if you have any suggestion/solution, i'm listening carefully.Thanks.

I am working on an AR experience showing a product and it's colour and accessories. Wonder if I can trigger the colour change via a flat graphic (not in AR) anchored to the screen, almost like a menu. Thanks!

I am looking to create a language learning AR project where users can scan QR codes, images, or objects within one project space to get an interactive image of the word and sound of the pronunciation. The sounds and images are easily created at the moment but applying multiple anchors into a project seems to be impossible at this time. This would be a game changer for the work that I do with people with diverse learning needs. Please could this be implemented!
