Hi Team,I would like to kindly request a full refund and the immediate cancellation of my subscription.Here is my situation: I am a student, and I only signed up for this trial to complete a quick assignment for my school project. I only used the software for one single day. I was under the impression that it was a 1-month free trial, but I was suddenly charged after just 1 week. My payment method (TnG Wallet) only had RM20, which was deducted, leaving an unpaid balance of around RM85 on my account. Due to this pending balance, the system prevents me from manually cancelling the plan under "Manage Plan". As a student with limited financial means, I cannot afford this unexpected plan. I kindly ask for your help to: Waive/clear the unpaid balance of RM85 Refund the RM20 that was charged Cancel my subscription completely Thank you so much for your understanding and help!

Hellow adobe  There are some missing feature in adobe express. Which is character issue. In character animate, There are we can set custom background but we can't add custom character. You forgot the feature to select the export video type in Premiere Rush for iOS when rendering. I don’t want mov, I also want mp4. And please remove the transparent thing when 2 black edges are there in a clip. 480p need to be with those black edges. I always have to remove the transparent overlay when using 480p clips…

In Photoshop the Adjustments menu is used 90% all the time as that is what Photoshop is, adjusting photos. This menu should be at the top root level next to the Image Menu.  This is THE main workflow.It is very annoying to have to select Image/ then a slight jog down and over to Adjustments ALL the time.  This has been bugging me for years and a source of much cognitive friction.Of all the menu customization Photoshop allows, it does NOT allow main menus to be customized.  The request is to either move the Adjustment menu or allow us to move it.

This goes for all of the apps that use libraries. For lighter or white graphics, you can’t see them in the preview unless you click into the graphic itself and open it in Illustrator directly. It would be nice to have an option to set the lighter graphics on a darker preview background.Can’t tell what the top two are unless they are opened in Illustrator. Instead of writing/viewing a large file name it is easier to visually scan for what I’m looking for. 

Adobe keeps talking about bringing Firefly into AI chats and connectors, but at this pace, by the time it's ready everyone will have already moved on to other tools that already offer this. We really need an official API now to use our paid credits from other AI assistants and platforms, not in a year or two when the moment has passed. Please prioritize this.

Be able to rearrange the single layer adjustments in photoshop. That way we can keep our most used adjustments in the order we use them at the top and stay in our rhythm with editing. It is neat to expose us to the new features, but it annoys me having to get into a new rhythm with editing with the adjustments being moved around.

while working in pattern preview it would be nice to have the option of lowering the opacity in the preview area, similar to how the crop tool works, in order to separate the working area in a complicated file. Even a 50% opacity option would be nice.

I've created keyboard shortcuts for all tool tips like brushes, stamps, etc., but it doesn't work for the selection brush tool. This should be implemented.

I don’t see any option to export with a border from lightroom on PC like i can on mobile.I’m unable to export with both a watermark and border on mobile as well.My current workaround is to export photos with a watermark, re-add those photos, then export with a border on mobile. This is an unnecessary waste of time.

I am trying to find a sewing paragon generator and designer, but I can’t seem to find one that works all right for me. I think it would be helpful if Adobe Express added away from me to design or generate my own swimming patterns generating them with AI or designing them with pictures drawings or features already in Adobe Express

Could you add the ability to take three sketches of an object from different angles to generate a better 3d Turntable?

For now I can use a car front image to generate a 3D car turntable, but of course the tail lights are all “guess work” by the AI.  Is there a way I can provide car’s multiple images from font, back, side, and even the bottom of the car so that the 3D turn table generated would be more accurate? 

I would like to be able to create elements when using the object selection tool and be able to add it to my library.  When the mouse hovers over an object it highlights it and you can select it. At that point I would like an option to click an element button and have it add  that object as an element to my library. If i could do this across all app that would be great.Thank you.TAR

Lightroom Classic should allow a single edited photo to be exported to multiple destination folders in one operation.For example, a group photo may need to be placed in several different folders. Currently, the same photo has to be exported or manually copied to each folder separately.Please add the ability to select multiple destination folders during export. This is a simple function that would significantly reduce repetitive file management.

There is nothing to describe here, it’s in the title. I’m making a feature request that any sane person who has worked as a photographer would wonder why on earth Adobe would fail to offer as a default. that is the 2:3 ratio as a standard crop option within the firefly mood board functionality, given this is the ratio that the vast majority of DSLRs shoot at natively. It’s almost like Adobe failed to understand their customer's needs?

When working with frame based animations in Photoshop the frame numbers start at 1.This is fine for most things, like making an animated gif for export, but when intending to export the individual frames sometimes there is a need to have the frame numbers start at 0.For instance when animating frames to be imported into another app which is more programmer orented, where numbered systems start at 0 (video game engines, etc), or even After Effects, which starts at frame 0.If you ever need to come back in and make changes to the Photoshop file you have to “remember to subtract one.. or was that add one? no I was right the first time”.
