Libraries freeze, assets appear far too large or are frozen unable to add new assets.
Cannot premanently delete files in trash. Have filled permanently 4,6 GB from adobe disk. There is no empty trash button so I need to check all files I need to delete and hit "permanently delete" button. After I click site crashes. Cannot delete those ***** files. Can you help?
I noticed a change in CC Library for Word & PowerPoint. For vector elements, I used to be able to choose between place as graphic or place as vector from within these applications by right-clicking. The option is still there but place as vector is not placing the assets at all.Is this a feature that has been removed? Or a bug in any new update in office apps?
I.e. i've got a butt load of crap in my deleted folder, but it's hard to delete.if i try it says some assets couldn't be deleted (but what it really means is no files got deleted) 😞so, despite my cc folders totalling 50GB, I'm stuck on 99 due to CC bloat that just wont flushbesides that, how about making the files orderable by size? right now it's an absolute shit show as you can only arrange by date modified, which sucks if you have thousands of files
Window 10, 2 different computers.I can't download assets from the Market through CC desktop, if I click on download it does nothing, I can't create or view libraries in any programs. The error in trying to view libraries in Photoshop is "To use creative cloud libraries please install the creative cloud application." Which it is installed. If I open libraries from CC desktop it goes tohttps://assets.adobe.com/librariesand says "Libraries aren't here yet, but we're moving them soon."Which takes me tohttps://assets2.adobe.com/assets/librariesWhich apparently isn't connected to my CC desktop app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire Adobe suite. When I did I deleted all folders with Adobe in them, ran the abode cleaners, the lot of it.
I am unable to see libraries in Bridge, because it does not recognize I am logged in. You all need to have a way to manually log in to Adobe from the libraries pane when you are in Bridge and it does not recognize you are logged in to Creative cloud. I sometimes can not get to my libraries from Bridge at all even though every other program I have from creative cloud recognizes I am logged in. In fact, I can not log in, because I am already logged in.... which leaves me in a catch 22. There is no reliable work around to overcome this. I have tried everything suggested. It s very frustrating and makes Bridge unusable. It is doubly frustrating that you all have closed EVERY thread on this subject by marking it SOLVED when it is clearly NOT. Why??? The easiest and most reliable thing would be to allow one to manually log in to bridge until you all figure out how to repair this bug. This has been going on for at least a year. sigh....
I recently created an Adobe Library and shared it. We decided as a team that the Library's name should change. But now, people are seeing both names with the same assets inside. Others are just seeing the old name. Very confusing. Does this just need time to sync? More than 24 hours?
DIscover email "Free bright balloon messages.Download all 18 .PSD files or just the ones that speak to you."They appear but don't download. https://assets.adobe.com/public/211ce79c-3f20-46ec-5559-429875141c06/2124f687-4477-474d-93ef-b82639b10957
I use InDesign for about 4 to 5 minutes before it crashes and freezes my entire MacBook and I have to restart it.I needed this sorted ASAP please!!!
Invitees cannot join CC libraries. Says there are no synced files available.
On my 2 Macs and my Win, the CC Library panel crash when I'm doing a right click and the is in freeze when I re-open the panel. And so in different software!I used the CC Cleaner Tool to remove the CC Library component and reinstalled It like mentioned in the Help page, but the problem is still there. And, now, because I realized it's on my 2 Mac (1 MB Pro from 2017 and one from 2014, both on Mojave 10.14.3) and on my Wacom MobileStudio (last Windows 10), I think the issue is on my account!
The "import" functionality of libraries has been broken or removed. I used to be able to drag in .cclib files into the library panel and it would import the enitire library file....or there was an "import" option in the library hamburger menu. The drag and drop does not work anymore and the import option has vanished. I can still export, but there doesnt seem to be a way to import. I need this functionality for the tool to work with my company.
In Spark.adobe.com there is new Spark Post Templates that can be stored in CC Libraries. But when I'm adding a Template in a CCLib, I have Creative Cloud Desktop sync issue. From Spark.adobe.com, removing this Post Template automatically fix the issue.
Libraries now allow the creation of groups and subgroups inside them. They appear properly in Adobe programs, but not in the Word and PowerPoint add-ins. Subgroups are shown as completely independent groups with no respect to hierarchies. Please update the add-in to support displaying subgroups properly.
Capture Shapes are visible in Capture, the CC Libraries inside the apps, and on the Creative Cloud desktop. However, in the web version (assets.adobe.com) all of my capture shapes display with a folded paper icon, I can't see the preview of the actual svg like I can everywhere else. Seems to be a bug.

Every time i use “View on Web” button i get website in Czhezh language. I use all apps in English and everywhere on settings i have set English as my language. Best od all – i have no connection with Czhezh (or however its written).
When I log into Adobe CC assets, it gives me an error that something went wrong and none of my previously loaded files of assets show up (see attached screenshot). I was able to create a new folder, but there is no option to upload files to it. I have been unable to view my image files or upload to any files for the past few days. I use this sharing feature for my photography customers and I don't know how to get around the error.
CC libraries in InDesign are super zoomed in within the panel. Meaning I open the panel, and all of the swatches are blown up to a huge size and the labels are pixelated because of how scaled up everything is.
The first time I launch Bridge each day the Libraries panel does not load 9 times out of 10 with a message telling me I need to be logged into my CC account. Under the Help menu in Bridge it indicates that I am logged in. I am also logged in to CC and Photoshop and they work as expected with regard to Library functionality. If I terminate Bridge and relaunch Bridge the panel sometimes connects to my libraries.CC, Photoshop, and Lightroom always connect with my Libraries as expected. I have tried all the suggested fixes I've found in the Adobe support sites and from various web searches. It's nearing a year since I first reported this issue with Bridge. Today I still have the issue after numerous Windows and Adobe updates. I am now running the latest Win 10 Professional Version 20H2; Build 19042.685 and Bridge 11.1.1 updates. As I said earlier I do not see this behavior in CC and Photoshop. One way I've been able to get Bridge to connect is to sign out of ALL Adobe apps including the Creat
I decided to clear out my entire creative cloud storage, including Lightroom (which I wasn't really using anyway). I cannot see where else there might be any files, but at the bottom of the files page there is a label that shows "171.3 MB used". I have no idea where that might be used.
Not showing any files in cloud storage, but still showing message it is full. Please not synch option is disabled in Lightroom CC very soon after after it is installed and same is with mobile .
Lightroom says it has 100gb of space, and CC says it has 4gb of space. After uploading a bunch of photos to Lightroom, it says 12gb/100gb used, but CC says 12gb/4gb used (storage full)So how are they connected? I dont see how i can have 100gb of space in lightroom and 4gb in CC
The panel that I've created contains approx six assets. One is highlighted. Clicking on any of the other assets does not work, dragging only moves the highlited asset. I've closed and reopened the panel several times....still unrresponsive.
