Adobe Stock Image REF: 883970165This banner image, created using AI by creator NkVect, are all but useless. Typically stock images with a text component are editable once licensed. I'm seeing this is not possible with AI generated content such as this, which makes it pretty much un-useable. It downloads as a flat JPEG image with no layers for editing. Adobe needs to do a better job at vetting this kind of content since so much is being created with AI now.
I made edits to the CC Library yesterday while I was using InDesign 20.0 2025.I opened them today in InDesign 19.0 2024 and the edits are not there... I panicked then opened InDesign 20.0 to see if they show up there thinking they are version dependent (scary thought) but they are not there either. (only 2 other designers are able to edit the Libraries) I have a lot of people using these libraries. What's going on?? How can I prevent this from happening again? How can I retrieve the work I did yesterday?
Within InDesign, I used to be able to collapse all my library categories (this reduced clutter / having to see all my items at once) and open only the categories I wanted to see. Now, the drop-down arrows are no longer there - making everything is visible and it's super inconvient to search for things now. Is my InDesign glitchign out? Or did Adobe take the drop down feature away - if so.. please BRING IT BACK!
Please Stop CC Library Tips Pop-up, its consume my time every time I open the library even with uncheck: Show tool Tips!
Hi! My team and I routinely use Adobe cloud previews to let clients take a look at artwork and mockups. It used to work flawlessly until a couple months ago, where team members noted that any changes to the artwork (and repeatedly updating the links) did not necessarily update the previews. The preview function itself then went down, but thankfully came back up again (thanks for that!!).Fast forward two months and now we're noticing the following:- Updating the links will update the THUMBNAIL and DOWNLOADED asset, but the actual full-size preview remains outdated. We hope this helps to isolate the issue - chances are 66% of the changes implemented were brilliant and worked but the full preview generation was missed out in the fix.
Our team have been experiencing a bug in the last year with our CC Library, all PNGs that are white display on a white background instead of a grey background, meaning we can't see them. They are displayed fine once we drag them in, we just have to guess by hovering over each file name. Has anyone experienced or resovled this?
Commenting again as another annoyed Libraries user about the pop-up "tips" that just won't ever stop. Looking back through the forums, it seems like this was an issue a few years back that was then "fixed". Well, it's back. Please look into this. It's a minor annoyance that just gets bigger every day. Enough that I'm spending time commenting in this forum! Thank you in advance for working on this.
With Sequoia 15.0 there seems to be an issue using the review tool. All texts are converted into graphics. Anyone else has this prob?
One of the major reason I use Adobe Creative Cloud is the CC Library because the ease of access to my own graphic assets in any Adobe apps. However, for a few months already, this CC Library hardly load. I have tried to reset preferences, reinstall CC Library, signout my account, but none works. Even accessing the CC Library files through the Creative Cloud desktop app shows an error, and it is unable to load. This problem happened on both my devices; laptop and desktop. This is a common sight in all my Adobe apps, barely usable. In the past, this is a non-issue at all. I can just load any graphic assets easily through this little panel. But for the past few months, this is not working anymore. Though I can still use Google Drive or OneDrive for similar workaround, but not as efficient.
After updating a previously shared review link, the preview of the file now appears distorted with black lines. This issue persists even after deleting the old review link and creating a new one. Steps I took:1. Share a review link to a file with a client.2. Update the review link.3. Observe the file preview, which shows distortion and black lines.4. Delete the old review link.5. Create a new review link to the same file.6. Check the new review link’s preview, which still shows distortion and black lines. Expected Behavior:The file preview should display correctly without any distortion or black lines, both with the updated review link and with newly created review links. Actual Behavior:The file preview displays distortion and black lines, regardless of whether the review link has been updated or recreated. Impact:This issue prevents the client from viewing the file correctly, potentially impacting their ability to review or utilize the file content. Request:P
I saved the file in the cloud a couple of months back. I'm using the latest version of PS now but error says ...Could not open "filename.psdc" because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop.Do I need to upgrade that PSDC file? How so?
Since a few weeks I'm experiencing a problem with an CC Assets Website of a client. They make assets and put it ont their CC Assets Website for us to use. Normally I could see a preview of the assets, but recently that changed. Now all I see are grey squares (see picture below). Is there a solution for this issue that I'm experiencing?
Good morning, I have a DJI mini 4 pro drone and I no longer have access to the Adobe camera matching profile in Lightroom creative cloud. I had access previously, there must have been an update from DJI or Adobe which removed the access. What should be done ?
JPEGS and PNGS format files shared via folder/file URL from Synced Files are NOT visible. I've noticed this since last week. It has been working prior as I regularly share links to colleagues for artwork review.
While using illustration, the height and width values of the object are shown as 5779.558mm. It's actually a much smaller object. This causes odd alignment when using alignment.
InDesign 19.4Mac OS 12.4 When using a the "Share for Review" for an .indd document (that's also part of an .indd book) containing multiple links to other PDFs, the link is not being retained. It creates a link, but then it vanishes and doesn't give the "Update Content" option when new changes have been made. It should be maintaining the link so "Update Content" can be selected as changes are made without creating an all new link each time.
I have been experiencing sync issues with my CC Libraries. I have tried all the help from Abobe website support nothing helps at all. This is the first time I have had this issue.
I'm not sure when this update or bug occured, but Adobe library asset previews are almost useless for white graphics now that the asset's underlying white artboard is always rendered in the side panel. Reaching for one of 10 different white logos or avatars is guesswork at best. As a long time Adobe CC Libraries truther, this has not always been the case and it's extremely frustrating not to be able to clearly see what asset I would have otherwise been able to quickly snag. I use Illustrator 2024 (28.5) the most, but this is occuring on all of my (up to date) Adobe software.MBP 2021 M1 Max, 64GB, 2TB SSD I've tried some of the "workarounds" to click in and "edit" or re-save the assets or change the transparency grid but those obviously do not work. I love Adobe Libraries and trying to convince coworkers to adopt this great workflow while this glaring issue persists is almost impossible. Fix this please!
I have had this problem for months now and am finally to the point where I might get a new PC because I can't find a fix. I have tried all the suggested work arounds and nothing has worked. I have tried the more information on solutuions multiple times and all the suggested fixes on youtube and have had no success. I have downloaded and reinstalled everything and it worked for about 5 mins then it disappeared and went back to the error screen. It does not matter the program I open the libraries in the all show the same error. This issue popped up out of no where in March. My PC is an older gaming PC but everything should be up to date enough for the adobe services. Below are most of the fixes I triedhttps://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html?mv=product&mv2=accc https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
Hi, We have been experiencing an issue with CC Libraries that seems to have coincided with the latest CC Library update (4.5). Our business uses InDesign 2015 (due to the workflow system that we are using), and recently we are not able to use the CC Libraries panel in InDesign - the panel can be displayed, however it is completely blank and isn't functional. Newer versions of InDesign don't appear to be displaying the same issue however - the CC Libraries panel appears ok there (InDesign 2021 and 2022). So issue seems to be limited to 2015. Some users in the business who are not experiencing this issue have an older version of CC Library installed (likely they haven't updated Creative Cloud recently). This appears to be a bug introduced with CC Library 4.5 that affects older versions of InDesign. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,Scott
Why is there no local database version? In fact, CC libraries are basically not used.It is very inconvenient to turn on the document to open the file every time the panel is turned off and get the file. There should be a local library panel. You can add all the library files here, but you do n’t need to keep the link. When you need it, choose a certain one to choose a certain one. Just a library.CC libraries do not have to be because I always feel that it needs to be connected to the network, affecting my software speed.
When you go to the search feature and enter information (Ie. My libraires are set up by Pantone color number). When i go to search a number to see how many swatches of that same color i have it tells me none! When i know for a fact there are many in there. Please have this fixed ASAP or maybe someone can help me fix this with a temporary fix. This is a daily use for me working for a print company.

I then renamed the file to "rename-test" and then dragged it into both an InDesign file and a blank illustrator file, and I noticed that the listed name says "rename-test" in the Libraries window in both apps, but the actual link name is still listed as "Artwork 1.ai". Why doesn't it show up as "rename-test.ai" in the Link window? Thanks for your help on this.Ai Screenshot showing default name in Library window as "Artwork 1.ai" Ai screenshot showing renamed file InDesign screenshot showing the actual link is still listed as "Artwork 1.ai", but file in Library window says "rename-test"
