Is it possible to create users in bulk with the endpoint POST /user

We get an average of 15 emails a week from learners having difficulties enrolling in our Academy. Our current solution is to manually add them, but I would like to discover what can be done to correct the issue without manually adding them.  

When playback control is hidden, 10 second forward and reverse is still active on videos.  Learners are able to skip content even if content completion is set at 100%.  The message about required completion is no longer there.

Hello All, I have a Learner that failed the exam at the end of their Course. Before allowing the Learner to retake the exam, they are requiring that the Learner complete all of the instructional material again. I know the Admin > Reset Modules function will not apply to Modules that are completed, so is there another way to reset the Modules that have already been completed? In the Admin > Courses > Settings > General, I see an option for Multiple Attempts (currently toggled off). Does anyone know the effect this setting has on the Learner/Instructor experience? Thank you in advance for any guidance provided!

During account setup, my user reports being required to input a website. The Website field is red-starred, and won't allow the user to skip the question. User's business does not have a website. Can I direct the user to input my agency's website as the website? Does it matter what website is put in here?

I want to stop Photoshop & Lightroom files from automatically going over to my Dropbox, taking up space in dropbox. How can I stop this? My email is shephardproductions974@gmail.com

When using this connector is there any documentation on how the User Accounts in AEM map to the user Accounts in Adobe Learning Manager? Is SSO still needed? Is the User Account in ALM automated - so that All accounts in AEM have an account in ALM? Or is bulk upload or sel-service registration still needed? How are AEM logged-in users mapped to their accounts in ALM?

How do I set up courses only visible to a specific user group? We want to build courses for internal training only. No other registered learner should be able to see the course. I am assuming User groups are how I can set this up, but am not sure.

Hi, I'm new to working with ALM, so the question might be obvious. We're looking for a way to detect when a user completes the enrollment, preferably in real time. I've been looking at the available API and I haven't found any way to achieve that.The only thing I found was that I could get the list of all the users and then get all the enrollments for each of the users. Then I'd have to check the completion dates of those and run this periodically comparing the completion dates again the last check date. This seems like a lot of traffic that will mostly return nothing.So is there something I've missed that would allow me to subscribe to some events? Or maybe at least there's some kind of journal/even log that I could periodically pull and find the enrollment completions there? Thanks for all the answers

I have a video that I created using Camtasia Studio. It has an interactive quiz in it. I used Camtasia's instructions to get the interactive video into SCORM format. Now, how do I import that SCORM package into Prime? I am not using other Adobe products as learning content management systems (LCMS); thus far in my exploration of Prime, the only interactive content Prime's Fluidic player will actually play are interactive content created and produced by Adobe applications.

Is it best practice to open a new Prime account for each client/brand?  Or can we manage everything under 1 account and have each brand's learners log into their own vanity URL and branded site? Thanks!

How to add manager for a user through user create api

Is there a way to download the files from the Content library? I want to make a backup of everything, some of quizzes have been lost, so I was wondering if I can download the files from captivate prime.

Why doesn't prime capture the names of those who click on the "register interest" button for the admin to review?? I can't find the names anywhere. Love the idea of this feature and I like that they will receive a notification when something is scheduled, but it would be even more beneficial to see who has registered their interest. Any ideas??

Hello ALM Community, I have a monster video file that must be presented in a single Module in Learning Manager, and I just found out the hard way that there's a 600 MB file size limit. I can't get this particular video anywhere close to that small, so I was thinking I'd put it on our Wistia account and embed the link in the LMS (which we've done effectively with a previous LMS provider). For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do that in Learning Manager. I don't see an option to add that type of Module in the Content Library, and can't find anything helpful in the Learning Manager User Guide. So I'm not sure if I'm missing something in the Content Library, or if I should be looking at the individiual Course, or if I'm totaly off base with both of those ideas. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I sure you appreciate it. Hi there Ive created some pre-work for participants and want them to receive an email to prompt them into completing it before they attend a live session.  Does anyone know how to do this?

New to Adobe Captivate Prime. So, there has been a good deal of trial and error in starting our LMS journey as an organization.My team and I created a test external user account to see what the options were for managing our 17 external user groups. However, I don't see a way to delete the test user now that we are up and running. Is pausing the account the only solution?With our external users, the email for who is responsible for that partner organization may change. What is the best way to edit the email associated with the external registration profile?

Hi, I creted a couple of  Active Fields and now that I need to either edit them to add new values, try to delete it or change its settings I keep getting the "Active Fields could not be saved" error. How do I fix this?    Thanks

When setting a completion date for a course or learning path, is the learner still able to complete the course/path past that date or are they prevented from doing that? Is that a setting we have to choose--whether or not they are allowed to keep working past the completion date? How does this work for learning plans where the number of days to complete is set? What happens when the number of days is reached? Are learners allowed to only view the courses/path or can they actually keep working and complete it? Can they be prevented from continuing past the date?

I have a few courses I am looking to set up some automated enrollments for. These courses are not showing up when I go to search them when setting up the learning plan. The only thing I can think of is that the courses are designed as manager nominated. This is because we do NOT want learners to self enroll since it is a remedy training due to security breach failures. However, on the Learning Manager guide, it says ANY course can be added to a learning plan. So, I wonder if the most recent update may have changed this? The goal is to set up these courses to be assigned when a user gets added to a custom group. And, this is the only way the course can be assigned (outside of admin of course). No user self enrollment. Any thoughts from anyone on this or anyone experiencing the same?

I have been having trouble with courses locking up with our users. It happens with 1 out of every 10 learners. We used to not have this problem at all until we incorporated an exam into the content. Once the course locks up, it will  allow them to navigate via the table of contents, but the exam is completly locked. Sometimes users are in the middle of the exam, sometimes they have yet to start. I'm pretty novice with Adobe Captivate. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
