Hello,We are new to ALM. Checking how do we best create a Course Instance with past date (occurred in Sept 2024) so we can use ALM to track some Classroom Training that recently occurred prior to our ALM implementation? Today in our test environment, would not allow dates past current date. Any work-arounds?Thank you!

Hello, I work for the VA TRM group. I am trying to find out the most current version of Learning manager. Cisa shows M41 and your release page just show release 97 July 2024. I have multiple assessments that all have submit buttons with each question. To move on to the next question, a user must answer and click submit. However, using the play pause button at the bottom of the player any user is able to just skip by a question without answering. Is there a way to turn off the button, either temporarily for a question, or for the entire assessment?Thanks!

We are testing out adding L2 surveys using SCORM. The SCORM has Likert questions and a free text question. When I pull the L2 feedback Excel report in ALM, only the responses to the free text question shows in the report, but not the responses to the Likert questions. How do we ensure the Likert responses appear in the L2 report?  

According to this topic, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/learning-manager/using/authors/job-aids, Job Aids now support standard HTML packages as a new type of content. However, this isn't working for us. We can successfully upload an HTML package to the content library, add it to a course, and then view the HTML. But when we try to add the exact same package as a job aid, we get an error that there is no index.html file in the root folder when there is in fact one there. It needed to be there to successfully add it to the content library. So, Adobe, is this really a feature that is to come? We hope so because that's what we really want; we're not excited about it only being available as a course.  Thanks.

Hi Everyone, and thanks in advance. I am currently with another e-learning platform and would like to move to Adobe Captivate/ALM as I love my Adobe products.  I have a few questions to see if ALM can natively handle the needs or if it can be customized to meet them.  The following is what I need for ease of use for myself and my clients.Is there the ability to have learners self-register through a link shared by a client for their employees?Can the platform be integrated to process payments for either a batch of X number of seats or one-offs with Stripe or other eCommerce tools?Can we manage learners, instructors, and admins with varying access levels or set up different login levels for access? Hi, i have a SCORM zip package exported from third party system. Is there a way to integrate this SCORM package into a site page that hosted in AEM? Thus user can visit this page to start their traning. Can anyone give me an advise how to do that?

Prior to the latest changes to Learning Manager, when adding courses, job aids, paths, etc., there was a Select Catalog field. After the changes, that field disappeared everywhere. We discovered it was related to the new Custom Compliance Type option. Right now, we don't need catalog labels so we didn't have that setting enabled. As a result, we didn't enable the Custom Compliance Type option as we have almost nothing with compliance deadlines as this point. Unfortunately, we discovered that without Show Catalog Labels and Custom Compliance Type both enabled, the Select Catalogs field disappeared. That is a bug IMO. We had to turn both settings on to get the field back.

The second part is a one minute registration task that requires OKTA verification. This task has a broken workflow.The push signal goes to the OKTA app, is confirmed in the app and shows as green status as being complete, but is never recieved/processed in the Learning Library/course screen. Hi,  I have two self-placed modules in this ordered manner.  The 1st one is developed using Captivate whereas the 2nd is Articulate Storyline. Both are SCORM 2004. I switched to Learner to preview the course but I'm stuck on the last slide of my first module. I've never encountered such an error before with this course until this time after making changes in the Captivate file. The last button's function is 'Continue'. Previously, clicking the button would allow me to proceed to the 2nd module but not this time. Can anyone help with this error? Thank you.

Hi, I am trying to automate user import from Salesforce to Adobe Learning ManagerAfter creating a Salesforce account Login as integration admin from ALM, Created Salesforce connection provided Salesforce URLnext Import internal users and mapped attributes ( ALM and Salesforce)After that in ALM log in as an administrator  >>  settings >> data sources Sources selected filter Manager and provide values Then tried Syc now getting the below error I am not sure I am missing any steps. If any documentation or anyone aware of this error please help me out
