my project is in after effects but when i export h 264 video fromate it changes the color here you see the differencemedia encoder work perfectly in gif image but when i export h 264 video it changes color any help?

can I somehow restore the stopped status for rendering?During the long rendering, my computer rebooted and did not complete the taskPlease help 

Hello, I am a high school video and animation teacher working with animate, after effects, and AME to make animation and motion graphics.  Previously we had no difficulty brining gifs or other image sequences into after affects and rendering the compositions.  However, more often than not, when we try to export the videos (via adobe media encoder) we just get a black screen.  When rendering the video in AME the preview/animation is visible and it seems as though it will render normally.  However, the screen is often black.  We have tried rendering in PRO res instead of h.264 but this does not seem to work.  I have worked with AE and AME for years and this has never been an issue before...it seems like others have been having the same problem. We recently uninstalled and reinstalled the newest versions and we are encountering the same problem.  Thanks in advance for any advice/tips.    

Hello I had been waiting for AME 14.0.2 because I could not use 14.0.1 due to the Markers issue causing exports to never start and was excited to see 14.0.2 available.  But today I was ready to upgrade but now only 14.0.1 is showing as available.  Could someone tell me if I was just dreaming about 14.0.2 or was it rolled back for some issue and will be coming back out again soon?

I'm trying to transcode a HEVC H.265 MP4 file to H.264 format. When I drop the file into the queue, it shows an "audio" icon (conversly when I drop in another video type, it shows the little reel/audio icon) I can dictate the export format as H.264 HD 1080 which is what I wantWhen I click Play/Export, the preview screen is completely black. I can also confirm the exported H.264 file also is an entirely black screen with the audio from the file. Also note I can open and play this file perfectly in VLC Media Player. Thanks for your help

Trying to convert an AVI to H.264 file and it shows remaining 00:00:00 but its not finishing. Media Encoder just sits there telling me nothing. I can see the Adobe Media Encoder.exe is using 25% CPU, but no sign that anything is actually being done. Is this a bug with Adobe Media Encoder? Thanks!

My media encoder, out of the blue, has stopped working, it will not open at all, and has to be FORCED QUIT.   I have UNISTALLED and REINSTALLED and tried going backwards two versions.  As usual, no help from Adobe.  So sick of their lack of service and forking over $50 a month.

Hi all,Basically I have a client that gave me a 45 minute video and wanted me to track his face and hide it with a pic (which i left on overnight and half the day to track). I've split it into two 20 minute clips (or there abouts), But now the issue is exporting it.  I'm currently using DNxHR/DNxHD in DNX LB 1080p 29.97 and it currently has 4 hours wait time for a 20 minute video. So altogether its gonna be 8 hours.Does anyone know if theres something I can do to speed it up? my spec:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHzNVIDIA GTX 1060Ti 6GB24GB RAM1 SDD and 2 HDD'sAfter Effects/Media Encoder 2019 Thanks!

I'm running Adobe Media Encoder 2017.1.2 and had an issue crop up recently where all the Preset Group folders I had created disappeared. All the presets themselves were showing but the organization I had done was gone. I grabbed an older version of the PresetTree.xml from a back up and that restored things to how they were but does anyone have any thoughts on how/why the Preset Groups disappeared in the first place?

Hello all. First-time post here. Looking for some guidance. I am trying to render a video made in after effects using media encoder. I have done this many times before with no issue until now. I am getting a weird striping effect. I will attach a screenshot.I have updated to the latest version of both AE and ME this morning. Any guidance is appreciated. 

Hello everyone. Lately I have been having some issues with media encoder. Last year when I would export Premeire Pro clips they normally wouldn't take more than 2 hours (exporting in both MP4 and WMV). For the last few months clips being exported from PP that are usually less than 15 min long have been taking anywhere from 3-12 hours. I upgraded to an SSD last year which improved export times by 30-50% for me, but they have slowly started to get longer and longer. I haven't changed anything about my computer since so I'm unsure where the issue is arising. I have tried: exporting with Open CL renderer, exporting with software only renderer, checking/unchecking "import sequences natively", and updating drivers.  What could possibly be the culprit? Any idea what I should change?

 HiI had a problem with multi-lingual fonts in Adobe Media Encoder. While I was rendering my After Effects project in media encoder, btw the project had 4 compositions inside weighing 10 MB, I’ve lost some fonts in a few random compositions within the project when rendering was done. Please advice what was the problem, so I can avoid in future. Thank you.

We're having an issue where media Encoder is cutting off the end of files and not rendering their full length. Settings have been checked and re-cheked but the problem persists. Has anyone had this trouble? Fixes?

Hello.Please help me. I had a licensing problem with my credit card, but it´s now solved and all adobe application now starts again without any license-error-messages. Just Media Encoder has still problems and I am not sure, if this has something to do with the license-problem. Media Encoder starts normaly when I send a render-job from Premiere to the queue. The queue is shown correctly and when I click start, nothing happens. I already deleted all cache-files in the folder and also through the Media-Encoder-Menu. The problem is still the same. I also restarted the notebook already more then once, I have deinstalled Media Encoder and installed it new. I have no more ideas but I should deliver a video to my customer till tomorrow.I have Win10 Pro with all UpdatesMy Notebook is: Intel i7-6700HQ CPU, 32GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M (all updates), Intel Graphics 530 (all updates)Doesn´t matter if I try to render with CUDA or without, or just software-rendering. always the same = nothing.

Media Encoder hangs up on "Reading XMP" when "import sequences natively" is unchecked. I need it unchecked though so my LUTS and color corrections will apply to the exported clip. I'm running Catalina on a new Mac Pro 2019. More system details on the screenshot attached.  Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

I'm trying to encode a huge amnount of old VHS tapes which are very important to me. (family stuff)So far all the settings I try give what looks like TV scan lines when a shot is panned. Can anyone please suggest a cure for that?  Best settings to archive for futue viewing on a NAS.Using CC fully updated. Ok, strange situation here. I have a watch forlder i dump in mp4 to transcode to prores. Was working fine last time I used . I  did same thing today no auto start. Checked the mp4 it plays fine no issues, opened it PP and exported to ME, works fine. I go to import file direct into ME, it says Import File Error ... Error Message The file ..... could not be imported. Could not read from source. Please check settings and try again. Not a corrupt mp4. Opens in PP. Can export from PP to ME. But cannot import direct into ME. I'm stuumped 

Hello, Im fairly at my wits end with this issue. Im uncertain as to whether it's a media encoder, after effects, or computer-related issue. I've been trying to render a green screen removal from a roughly 8 minute video in 1080p at 60fps. Over my last few tries, it's ended in my computer seemingly "leaking" memory and locking up the rendering process. In the image below you can see that the activity monitor is reporting the core rendering to be using more memory than what's even available on my computer. This rises to about 120gb-ish until the core resets and starts climbing from 0 again. Hence the pressure trend. Closing all adobe applications does not end this constant up and down leaking from stopping.  I have the RAM usage for adobe applications capped out at 50gb just to leave room for various other computer functions. The cap seems to be ignored anyway by these applications. Below are my computer specs in case anyone might be suspect it's not on par with this particular

I'm editing on an iMac, and I want to render my projects with Media Encoder on a different machine. I have everything set up and working as it should with watch folders on a shared server, but I'm having an issue that I don't understand. Here are the specs.  Machine #1 (editing machine)iMac running MojavePremiere Pro 13.0.2Media Encoder 13.0.2 Machine #2 (server and export)Promax Server running Windows Server 2016 StandardMedia Encoder 14.0 All my footage, project files, and resources are kept on, and accessed from, the Promax Server. All editing is being done on the iMac.  When I drag the Premiere Pro Project file into media encoder on the iMac, everything links up and works as it should.  But, if I drag the same Premiere Pro Project file into the media encoder on the Promax Server (windows machine), it gives me warning that all files are listed as 'Offline', even though all the footage and resources are physically on that same machine. &nb

I am trying to export a project in the standard H264/MP4 format. It has worked perfectly find until today, and for some reason it keeps freezing at 0:09 seconds. I exported this clip in MPEG4 3GPP just fine, but H264 isn't working. Has anyone had a similar situation and fixed it?  Thanks. 

Hi, hoping someone can help. All of a sudden, out of the blue, after working with the same source media and After Effects project for 4 months, my H264/mp4 test renders via  media encoder are glitching during playback.   The rendered files begins to play fine in QuickTime player, but then soon become polluted with giant blocks of missing or corrupted data that accumulate in areas of motion.   This is especially visible when scrubbing, which causes the blocks to multiply and stack up on top of moving subject matter until the image isn’t visible anymore. The same files played back in VLC look much better, but still show subtle artifacts or off color blocking, I’m using the same computer and Media Encoder render preset that I always have, which has never given me problems in the past.  The source media and .aep project are also the same, though I’ve been working and saving the project for months now.  Also, the master source clip play

Hi everyone, I am using CC 2020 (Build 14.0.1) on ACER W10 laptop ,and when I export my premiere pro video through MEdia encoder,the exportation works fine, the file is not corrupted but my video is truncated a lot before the end.It could be 7 of 21 minutes or maybe more or maybe less ...Did you face this PB ?what are the bypass you found ?What is the root cause ? thanks a lot

This seems to be an old issue that I hope someone as solved. I am editing in Premiere Pro 2020 exporting translations, 12 different languages and 12 separate sequences. I have aligned all of my imorted srt files and set them up to export and upload through Media Encoder but the screen is covered with the "Media Offline" error. Exporting one by one from Premiere is to time consuming of an option. Has there been a solution for this problem after all these versions?
