Adobe Media Encoder

Bonjour, depuis jeudi dernier j'essaye de trouver désespérément une réponse à mon problème mais je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi mes vidéos ne veulent pas s'exporter en Wraptor DCP.J'ai reçu 10 vidéos à exporter dans ce format, 7 vidéos ont parfaitement fonctionné mais 3 vidéos ne veulent absolument pas s'exporter.J'ai toujours la même réponse au bout de 5-10mn d'exportation :"A low-level exception occurred in: Wraptor DCP (Exporter:9)"De plus j'ai aussi un fichier texte avec différents échecs de codage à différents endroits de ma vidéo. Ce que je trouve bizarre c'est que 7 vidéos s'exportent parfaitement mais que 3 vidéos persistent à ne pas s'exporter... Auriez-vous déjà rencontré ce problème?En vous souhaitant une bonne journée et en espérant que quelqu'un m'aide à trouver une solution !

Hi all,I've been having this issue for a while, I'm using Adobe Media Encoder 2019.when I render a screen recording from camtasia (.avi) to any format in Adobe Media Encoder I get very bad results. I have watch folders set up in AME to process premiere and AfterFX projects as I drop them into a watch folder.  Can I do this with Prelude, so I can get raw footage transcoded down into medium res editing version?

I have font style that got corrupted a few weeks ago. I replaced the font file on my computer and was able to edit and export projects from premiere, but I keep having periodic "missing font" warning from AME and then it renders projects with a default substituted font. How can I make sure AME is pulling the correct font files? Is there a way to "reset" the font library for adobe programs and then have it "reimport" the fonts on the local machine?

Our delivery specs aim for between 15-30mbps. Knowing this, our media encoder settings are at 25mbps (screenshot below). The rendered .mp4 is coming out to under 10mbps consistently. This is a VERY simple :30 spot; mostly white with little if any movement, so I suspect the system is still being 'smart'. Similar results from rendering from the project in encoder. Similar when taking the pre-existing rendered .mp4 and RE-exporting it from encoder. This is the same with my other coworker. We're on the same equipment, iMac Pro 2017, Adobe CC 2019.Two other people - on either a PC or Mac - ingested the rendered file at 16mbps CBR and it came out to 15.7mbps. Hi!First of all let me stat that I'm not a audio guy (nor a video guy, for that matter), so I might mess up with the concepts a little bit, but I'm trying my best.Here's the thing: I believe I have some MOV files recorded with 44.1 kHz sample rate. I think so because when I drop them in my sequence in Premiere their audio sound really low pitched.If I try to cover them through VLC player changing the audio sample to 48 kHz, the converted file sounds just fin in Premiere.The thing is that I have many files to convert and the current version of VLC doesn't allow batch conversion, so I wanted to do this process in AME.The thing is that if I try to repete the process in AME (with similar settings to the ones that got me where I needed in VLC), nothing happens with the audio. I tried everything that made sense to me and premiere keeps playing the files converted through AME with the wrong pitch (and this covered through VLC with the right pitch).Any help is appreciated. Hey all,I'm having the issue described in the title. I have an animation that uses a track matte to mask everything in a particular shape. If I render this composition directly from AE it exports OK. But if I do it through Media Encoder said matte is ignored.- How it should look (and how it looks rendered directly from AE):- How it renders with Media Encoder:I could use the lossless export from AE, place it in Premiere and render it OK from there with the specs I need, but the extra step is time consuming and annoying, specially as I need multiple version exported.I'm using both After Effects CC 2018 and Media Encoder CC 2018 on Windows.Any help is greatly appreciated.EDIT: Forgot to mention, the whole animation is a lower third to be transmited on live TV, so it uses an alpha channel. I have this usue with both .mov and .mxf exports and NOT with PNG sequence exports.Thanks!

Hello,This is my first post here, please bear with me. I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 13.0.3 and Adobe Media Encoder 13.0.2. Windows-based PC with plenty of horsepower (Dell Precision 5820 with an Nvidia P4000). The system is not running out of resources, in fact it's not even close.The problem I am having is that when I try to speed up any clip greater than 500%, it will not export. I have recently installed both After Effects and Media Encoder on a Windows 10 64-bit laptop. After the first use, Media Encoder starts launching but never manages to. I don't get any errors or other notifications, it just stops. I have already searched online for a solution and they all seem to refer to a single file (X19zbGNfZmVhdHVyZXNfXw==.slc) which does not seem to exist. I have checked the hidden files and folders and I have also check that the Firewall is not stopping it. It is generating .slc files, just not this specific one. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software a few times, going as far as using an uninstaller to make sure there are no leftover files, I have run it as Administrator and tried launching it while pressing shift to reset settings and nothing seems to work. I cannot get past the splash screen. At this point I have no other ideas other than a full system format which I would like to avoid. Any ideas please?

Hi,We are trying to utilize a separate PC to render out our Premiere Pro and After Effects projects, but are confused as to how we need our projects to be oriented as well as how they need to be copied into the watch folder for them to encode properly. While there is documentation on how to do it for After Effects, I haven't seen anything regarding Premiere. Are you suppose to follow a similar process in collecting the footage and having it linked to the project? I'm looking for a step-by-step way as to how the process needs to be worked thru. Also, if all of the footage files are on the same shared networked storage as the media encoder watch folder, do we still have to collect the footage during the process?Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

How to get unchanged 8 track audio in MXF OP1 file format as in Premiere timeline ?

For the troubleshooters out there. I had Media Encoder 2019 (13.0.2) and was having trouble encoding a flash file (.flv). I was getting an error saying the file could not be imported because of the compression scheme. I also tried the same file in Media Encoder 2018 (2012.1.2) and got the same result.Has anyone seen this error? Is there any resolution? Thanks!

Adding to this post that Media Encoder 2019 is also practically unusable on new iMac.We had a trashcan Mac that we thought had died, so bought a brand new iMac Pro, only to find out that Premiere and Media Encoder 2019 were still basically unusable. We are sticking with 2018 for a while. Disappointing that Adobe products don't seem to be performing well on Mac.

I have a user that experiences this once a month.  He has an active Creative Cloud, all apps, subscription.  Every month Media Encoder throws this error:I have tried other suggestions I've found via Google: updating (if necessary) Media Encoder to latest version, signing out and back in to Adobe account but these haven't worked.  The only solution that works is to uninstall and reinstall Media Encoder.  This is an unacceptable disruption and means my user can't use the software we've paid for until I intervene (we have a very locked down environment and software installation by ordinary user is strictly forbidden).The subscription has never been on a trial basis, license was purchased before the software was installed.  Computer in question is Windows 7 Pro x64.Any ideas?                          

I have HEVC source video at 120FPS (iPhone XS Max). Premiere Pro is unable to render these files natively and requires them to be transcoded to H.264. I'm unable to transcode them to H.264 at 120FPS with Media Encoder - the program is only able to transcode with max FPS of 60. From searching google, youtube, adobe community forums and playing with Media Encoder's custom settings and other presets, I'm not able to figure this out. Some help would be appreciated.

I am running Mac OSX 10.13.6 on an iMac, 32GB RAM.I recently went to AME 2019.  I export a QT reference from Avid.Bringing it into AME, it does not see the video, only shows the audio.I have re-exported the ref file from Avid, checking all settings.The file plays back fine.  The only thing different is the AME version.  All was fine previously,on AME CC  2015.3.  I am also unable to open 2015.3 now,after uninstalling 2019, which I thought perhaps was causing a conflict.Thoughts?

Is there anyway to pause the current video I'm queueing  in the media encoder in favor of another video?  Or would I have to wait until the first video is finished queueing  or cancel it out for it to queue a different video? I've tried pausing the current video that is rendering and queueing the other video, but every time i click" ready" it just renders the first video instead.

Hello,So following these instructions I was able to batch export AI Illustrator files to PNG.IMCOMPLETE SOLUTION:You can add the .ai files to the queue. I set up a pre-set with the following settings... Format: PNG Keep Export Video checked but uncheck Export as Sequence. Match Source for the other settings. Then add the .ai files to the Media Encoder queue and run the queue.MY QUESTION:So with the "Imcomplete Solution" above I was able to batch export lots of AI files BUT I was not able to export the files in high quality, I tried all settings available but exports come out pixelated. Does anybody know how to export in high resolution? with multiple .AI files?

I have the following error since CS6 when exporting some videos: Export Error. Error compiling movie. Disk Full.All my drives have plenty of space, NTFS 7200rpm, everything was fine with CS5.5. Same problem with Encoder or Premiere Pro.Much of the stuff I export is going fine but I have this error with some sequences and formats.It always crash to this error when exporting sequences with "Match Sequence Settings".For one of my projects, when exporting to wmv, out of 6 sequences one always crash to Export Error. Error compiling movie. Disk Full. If I encode those sequences to mpeg2, everything is fine.I installed the new update this morning but it doesn't help.

Hello,is there a way to limi the media cache use in AME?There is an option in Premiere to limit it to a certain GB size - that option is missing in AME.The result: I cannot have AME run without watching it because it will fill up my drive until it crashes.thanks!

Hey  i edited  in a 1920 by 1080 29.97  setting and I have   to convert a file to the following specs format: MXFbit rate: 30 mbpsResolution: 720 by 480aspect ration 4 x 3Frame rate: 29.97Chroma forma: 4.2.0bit depth: 8 bitsscan type: interlacedvideo standard: NTSC I noticed that when i put the Format MXF OP1a and Present IMX 30 NTSC  in media encoder, it automatically goes to 720 by 486 and I can't change. Not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey I recently Joined Adobe After Effects ive already known how to use it and everything else but one app that annoys me so much is media encoder. I simply cant be patient anymore. Everytime i try to render a project it starts rendering like nothings wrong but later come to find out, It Failed this is the error logA Few things before you respond. Ive turned Cuda off and tried and it ended up in the same situation. Another thing is that this has been happening for 3wks. I talked to a adobe tech support and he couldnt figure it out. so is this a adobe situation? He reccommended iw wait for cc2020 like what? Hi,I've noticed that the default "Match Source - High Bitrate" preset for exporting in HEVC (H.265) in AME (v13.0.2) and Premiere Pro (v13.0), uses the FRAME BLENDING option in Time Interpolation, which can cause a bit of frustration to those using that preset if they don't understand why their renders turn out weird. All the other H.265 presets in the lists use the FRAME SAMPLING option as per normal. So changing the default time interpolation to frame sampling is a fix I would like to recommend.Oh, and also weirdly, the preset renders a 1080px high sequence to a 1088px high render! Where is the Plug-ins folder for Adobe Media Encoder for Mac?I've searched the web and cannot find the right answer. I have found the location for Premiere (which I don't have installed) and the location for older versions, neither of which exists on my Mac.I am using AME 13.02 (build 39).If it helps, I want to install the WebM plugin created by fnordware but don't know where to put the file.Thanks
