I've shooted short film proress raw hq format . When I want to create proxy cineform 1280x720 medium resolution. Media Encoder open. And Nothing else. Why? Could you please help me about this problem? I'm a pc user.
This error has inexplicably started popping up whenever I try to render from After Effects or simply open the software on it's own.I've emptied the cache and restarted the MAC but it simply will not open.
Ive tried unistalling and reinstalling the program but no matter what I do it won't open. no error messages or anything just doesn't open.
I am finding media encoder to be very slow and once I did this recent update it would now open either as stand alone or through the 'Add to media encoder' I found this solution. Do the update, quit everything, unistall media encoder, then do a fresh install. Works absoulutely fine now. 1. Update2. Quit all adobe apps3. Uninstall media encoder4. Fresh install if media encoder. Should all work.
First, thank you all in advance for your advice/help here.I am producing MPEG-4 (.mp4) videos and get inconsistent results from Media Encoder. In some instances, it produces Stream0 as Video and Stream1 as Audio and in other instances it reverses this: Stream0 as Audio and Stream1 as Video. When Steam0 is Audio, it is not playable natively on iPads (does play on VLC on Ipad).Question, why does Media Encoder not consistently produce Stream0 as Video and Stream1 as Audio. I am certain I am doing something wrong on my end.Thank you again for your help.Sincerely,
Once my MacBook starts screensaver - the encoding slows down significantly. It does not stop! Just gets icredibly slow. I checked the energy saving options "Prevent Computer from sleeping..." is checked and "Put HD to sleep..." is unchecked. I'm running macOS11.4 with the latest CC apps installed...
hellohow to convert mp4 to png but to have only one pic ?thank for helphappy summertime!
I want to export PNG image sequences from Animate CC with a transparent background. I am using "export video/media" because I want to animate objects using ActionScript. This passes the job to Media Encoder. Unfortunately, the transparency doesn't work as it should and the edges of objects are always black (please see attachments). This problem is also described in this post from 4 years ago:https://community.adobe.com/t5/animate/alpha-channel-video-render-problem-black-stage-coming-through... The solution says that it will be fixed in a future update but that's not a solution and it's been four years!! I would be greatful if this could be fixed. Thanks.

Hello: Would anyone know a setting for YouTube 1080HD 8 bit for the Media Encoder 2018 (Mac) version 12.1.2? Thanks!
This sucks! It needs to be fixed. I have successfully used Encoder for years. Last month, something happened and now it will not encode. Hello guys, I am on windows trying to render an Prores MXF with alpha chanel, but whatever I try the alpha isn't there. How can I fix this?Cheers,Marten
I have videos made and are posted online, like things are normally done these days. But I also have some people that don't have access to the internet or a computer. Bottom line I need optical media (specifically DVDs) for them. All the info I find says to use Encore, which doesn't exist anymore. Does anyone know how to do this? I am currently rendering my files out as MPEG2-DVDs NTSC DV wide Progressive, but someone said you can't just slap that onto a disk and make the magic happen. I need like 20 of the things, I'm willing to sit at my desk and crank them out one at a time, I don't need to send them to be stamped out or anything. Even if there is no menu but just plays the disk automatically with no chapters or menu or anything, that will do. Thoughts? Ideas? Help? TL;DR I need a quick and easy way to get my movies onto a DVD, nothing fancy and the old ways don't exist anymore.
So I have rendered 4 comps over the past few hours and each time the last 2 or 3 seconds of each render, does not render at all, it just presents as a frozen frame... so what I have done is gone back to Media encoder 2019, but surely this can't be my only option?
I've been trying to get the media encoder 2020, I've not been able to do that. The solution provided in the community a few months ago seem outdated. Pls is there a way to get adobe media encoder 2020? I already have AE and PR2020, I just need to get media encoder...
I am trying to export captions as an str file and the option is disabled. Any advice>
I have a new editing computer (see specs below), and have the latest versions of Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder. My system crashes every time I try to export a long sequence (typically 30 minutes or more) using AME. It occurs while rendering 4k footage and also with HD footage. My graphics card has the latest driver and is supposed to be very good for video editing. I've tried rolling back Premiere and AME to the 2020 versions, but this did not solve the problem. Can someone please help me to resolve this problem? I would greatly appreciate it, as I have exhausted everything I can think of to fix it. -Ken Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GBSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorGraphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, driver version 30.0.14.7111Edition Windows 10 ProVersion 21H1Installed on 5/19/2021OS build 19043.1110Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0
I have Media Encoder CC 2017 (11.0.2.53) and operating on Premiere 2017.0.2.I've been working on a project for almost 5 years and didn't want to get updates in the middle of it - hence the old versions. I'm soon wanting to export an Apple Pro Res file but not sure how to find a downloadable version to my Mac desktop since it too is a bit old (10.11.6 OS X El Capitan). This old version of Encoder does not offer Pro Res when exporting, not even under Quick Time. Maybe this is an easy solution for some but I'm not sure where to go. Anybody have a solution?
Zowel in After Effects als Premiere Pro Als in Media Encoder.
I'm baffled by this problem and really need to find a solution ASAP. I am using creative cloud, and files fed directly into media encoder are exporting silent audio tracks. Media encoder appears to complete the export, but the resulting files have no sound. If I export the same clip from premiere pro from the timeline it works just fine and audio is present. My theory is that media encoder isn't conforming the audio clips it imports. Any thoughts or fixes? Has anyone here had this issue? Thanks!
Trying to render multiple compositions from Premiere using AME. I've been able to successfully export them in Premiere with the Dynamic Links intact, but recently AME has only rendered the files with "Media Missing" screens. The following day (using a different project) instead of rendering with "missing screens", the sequences failed to render.Trying to avoid rendering them out one-at-a-time in Premiere. Any help? Thanks!
