When I attempt to get a free trial to podcast premium, my credit cards are not accepted. If I try to use paypal, after signing in to paypal, it sometiems says paypal is not available, other times it says I am not eligible for a free trial, press agree and subscribe to upgrade. When I do, it then tells me paypal is not available. Per suggestions from Gemini, I tried firefox, and then Chrome in incognito mode with the same results. Also tried using celular network only on my phone whth the same results. Gemini also suggested contacting Adobe help/chat for getting an internal Adobe fraud flag reset and the chat agent referred me back to podcast.adobe.How do I upgrade to premium?Thank You

In the paid version, I would like the audio format and quality to be respected. In other words, if we upload audio at 320 kb/s in stereo, it would be nice to get audio processed at 320 kb/s in stereo, rather than 64 kb/s in mono. Even a stereo WAV file is converted to mono WAV.In Studio, it would be nice to be able to edit the font, colors, size, and position of the letters on the screen. It would be good to be able to more easily add an intro and outro jingle, as well as set the quality and format of the render.In addition to Remove Branding, there could be a Replace Branding option, adding a logo.In Transcript, it could be a little easier to review the text (perhaps by paragraphs) and the final formatting by paragraphs instead of the undefined amalgam of text. I cleaned up a file. It sounds perfect if I set Backround to 0, Music to 0, and Speech enhencement to 2%. But when I download it either throught the button in the bottom or the icon below the Speech section, I get a terrible speech with loss of words, distortions etc. Can I set these parameters before I send the file for processing? I yes, how to do it? 

My adobe podcasts studio page isnt loading and have lost access to all my projects. Using google chrome on macbook. Please help!

I started a project with two separate audio files - one for each speaker. Reviewing the edited version, one of the tracks is a bit softer than the other. Is there a way to adjust the volume for an individual speaker (I think I’m asking if there is a way to get back to those tracks).

Hi. When I create an audiogram the waveform extends too high and cuts off. I have tried adjusting the volume of the source file but this does not seem to make a difference. Can anyone help?

Normalmente compro los libros en la Casa de Libro. Allí los libros requieren la autorización y los archivos son acsm. Hasta recientemente no he tenido problemas al bajarlos y poderlos leer tanto en Adobe Digital edición y en Packetbook. Ahora an cambiado la mecánica de la autorización y al intentar conseguirla, siguiendo los pasos por Vds. indicados siempre al final da error y no es posible normalizar el tema. Recorded an hour long podcast today and when I move to the “Edit” tab the “Processing” just never ends. First time using it so want to know if I just need to wait longer? 

The files sound fantastic from the website but once they're downloaded the exported file quality is a very low 48kbs MP3 format.  Is there a way to at least get 128kbs or 320kbs or preferably a WAV format?  

I have been trying to download my latest podcast episode all week and keep getting this message: Something went wrong downloading the project. Please try again later.I have tried different computers, different browsers, clearing the cache, anything I can think of, but no luck.I searched this forum and see that others are having the same issue, but haven't seen a solution offered. Any suggestions for how to fix this? 

How much is adobe podcast premium?

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble accessing one of my Adobe Podcast projects. I can open Adobe Podcast, but I can’t seem to access/manage a specific project anymore. I’m wondering if it may be linked to another Adobe account, but I’m not sure how to check this. I still have the link to the project.Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a way to see which Adobe account a podcast project is connected to, or recover access to a project if it was created under a different account?I’ve already contacted Adobe support, but I’d appreciate any advice from people who have experienced something similar.Thanks!

Adobe Podcast Enhance no longer works. Podcast ai was good enough to allow me to change my workflow.  In the last month? or few weeks, something has changed.  It's not usable professionally anymore, in fact I struggle to see the point of it.  I now have the ignominity of having to tell my clients "hey you know that great software that meant you didn't have to come to the studio any more, yeah well now you you do".  Current quality has what sounds like compression artifacts and and the sort of swirly dynamics with sources that have been over denoised.     Could someone from adobe please tell us how and what has changed, and the probability that the previous quality will be restored?    Mod note: Please do not use profanity in this forum. We have minors reading here.    

I need backend help.  I started the recoding in my Podcast Project with 3 other guests on my Podcast.  About 10 min into the recording, Adobe Podcasts unexpectedly stopped recording.  We started the recording again and took up from where we left off thinking that the files for the audio prior to the glitch would process and be available for download.  While I can get the audio past the point in which I restarted the recording, the files for the audio leading up to the glitch are stuck in processing and I cannot download that pre-glitch audio file as Podcasts reports that the recording is still in process and it is still trying to transcribe the full audio.  I need to get the first pre-glitch audio files so I can edit them together.

I have a quick 2 minute recording and want to export it but everytime I tries it says "something went wrong downloading this project. please try again." I've tried both MP3 and WAV. Any way to fix this or is there something wrong with my settings?
