Adobe Scan

Hallo, eigentlich war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit der App Adobe Scans, aber seit einigen Tagen kann ich die App nicht mehr benutzen. Was sehr ärgerlich ist da ich einige wichtige Dokumente gescannt habe auf die ich nun keinen Zugriff mehr habe. Auch nach updaten meines Ipads funktioniert die App nicht. Sie stürzt direkt nach dem Öffnen ab. Ist in dieser Hinsicht bald ein Update geplant? Vielen Dank

Hi Aftersale StaffI was just searching an app as whiteboard, doc, card scanner , after playing around with several ones, I found Adobe Scan has much much potential and I need your help to forward my feedback to the dev team .1. Capture, edit, save, read and search , the workflow is made very easy to understand, much much better than MS Office Lens.BUT2. Very hard to recognize the rectangle correctly, I need to re crop the photo almost every time. It is a shame for adobe which is a image processing professional.3. Please consider the attitude the phone when taking the picture. Now even I put the phone to landscape and take the photo, the photo is still in portrait. It is not hard.4. Please make the preferred language in ocr setting multiselectable. We both work in the international company, dealing with different languages, you should understand what I am talking about.

I know the scanned pdf files are stored to Adobe Cloud servers.When I open them in the iPhone app, it always takes 1-2 seconds to open.  That's not a normal speed for opening a pdf file stored in iPhone.Does it mean they are stored in Adobe Cloud and they are downloaded to my iPhone just right after I want to open them?   If true, this practice will consume many data for my mobile plan.   Can they be stored iPhone as an offline copy too? !

Hello, Excellent app, does everything better than competitors. BUT lacks one feature almost every other app does have: To print a document from within the app. Why's that? I mean it not a difficult thing to implement. Or it's a design decision not to have this feature? Anyway it's a great document management app/platform, but it's a pity I have to use another app just to have the ability to print a scanned document. Thanks

Image is always auto color by default. Can I set original color by default?

Hi all,I scanned a file with the Adobe Scan app and send the link via E-mail to download it somewhere else.After that, I deleted the file in the App, but one week after that the link is still active and the file is there.So I would like to delete that file permanently form the server, that should be possible, right?Regards,Bastian

We have students who can benefit from using Adobe Scan to take a photo of a paper document and perform OCR. Students can then open the PDF in an app that will read the text aloud. The problem is that the app is limited to students over the age of 13. How can younger students take advantage of this important supportive tool?

SUPPORT, I have been working with Adobe Scan off and on for the last few weeks. I was lookingfor the text file generated by the ocr process.  I couldn’t find the text file generated by adobe scan ocr., I only found the pdf generated. I see the processing msg. Just not sure of the generated text file.If all you do is to create a pdf I’m not sure what value your product Brings. I can already scan and post to pdf using my iPhon Notes function.I found an app called InstaScan that will scan, pdf, and ocr to text already. This is what I thought adobe scan did. am I missing something?

My scans aren’t appearing either in Adobe Scan or in the Document Cloud.  Help?

Inaccurate image capture adobe scan for iOS The capture frame frequently does not accurately capture the image unlike  Scannable. There are no settings to tweak. Does someone know something?

I can’t open my app. It gives a message closed unexpectedly. I don’t want to delete the app because I have a lot stored in it.

Hello! So I have double question, but they are related:1) I'd like to change the default folder where Adobe Scan/Adobe Acrobat saves all the pdf files I create. Now it either saves it in the folder "Adobe Acrobat" that is in the folder "On my iPhone" or it saves it in some kind of internal cloud.2) If the default Folder "Adobe Acrobat" can't be deleted as default folder, can I al least change where this folder is located? As I aid in #1, now it is located "On my iPhone", but I'd like it to be in iCloud Drive.Thanks a lot for you help!!

How to replicate the problem :Make sure you have hidden the notch in Android settings.Open Adobe scan app and open the camera interface.You'll notice that part of the top edge of the interface is blocked by the screen. Tested on OnePlus 6OxygenOs 5.1.9Android 8.1.0

I was planning on using Adobe scan to scan business cards at a conference in lieu of physically collecting a few thousand of cards. I am curious as to how much data would be typically stored on my Iphone for this, I understand they are also uploaded to the adobe cloud which I can access using my phone or computer but was unsure if the pictures of cards also use significant storage space on my phone itself.

Pdf resit open

I have been using adobe scan on my iPhone without difficulty. However, for the past few days I have been unable to send PDFs by email. I can click the link to email the file, however the “send” link on the upper right corner of the screen remains greyed out and I am unable to send. Any insights?My version is updated. Thank you

Is there anyway to adjust the scan resolution?  If I scan a 24x36 sheet with some redline markups, the pdf comes out really blurry where you cant even read the hand writing.

La nueva aplicación Adobe Scan modifico el modo de generar el nombre de archivo, y le falta incluir los datos de hh_mm_ss.El modo automático de reconocimiento de formato de pagina no funciona bien y no permite encuadrar la hoja completa, las fotos salen torcidas.Lo configure a modo manual pero tampoco mejoran mucho los resultados, con el ADOBE READER no tenia estos problemas.Los PDF generados primero se deberían guardar en el Celular, y luego subir a la nube, pues hay lugares donde no hay señal 4G.saludos cordiales, Guillermo.
