Error occurred while trying authenticating,  Ssl error

No entiendo por que antes al escanear mis documentos salian de muy buena calidad y ahora al escanear mis documentos salen las letras muy negras y en algunos casos borrosas e ilegibles espero puedan corregir pronto ese problema ya que si estamos pagando por un servicio que no es economico deberian de ofrecer lo que antes ofrecian escaneos de buen calidad legibles y buena presentacion.

I have been trying to save a scanned file for two days now, to no avail. The app says it is "saving the scan as pdf" for hours on end, crashes at some point and when I try saving it again, there is an error message "An unexpected error occured: The file does not exist". Forcing the app shut does not help either. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Hi! Looking for some help/guidance. I recently upgraded to Iphone 15. When I logged in to Adobe Scan app using same email id,  can't find any of the files. Checked by logging into Adbobe web account as well. The folder is empty. Please advise.    

Hola, he estado utilizando la aplicación de adobe scan para digitalizar mis documentos y no había tenido problemas, hace una semana aproximadamente quise emplear nuevamente la aplicación y no me permite digitalizar ningún documento, ya que no se activa la cámara de mi cel., verifique el funcionamiento de la cámara por separado y no tiene problemas, ya vacíe la caché de la aplicación y sigue igual, borre la aplicación y la volví a instalar y sigue con la misma falla, alguien me podría ayudar para solucionar este problema... Gracias

I've been using adobe scan on my phone since 2018 and today when I logged in all my files dissapered. The only ones left are from last week, but I've had scans in there since 2018 and have never had this problem. Please help me!

It would be great to include "YYYY.MM.DD" format to the default file name suggestions (i.e use periods between the different numbers).  When I use the supplied functions within the app, it defaults the Month to the full spelling (i.e. May) instead of the numerical month (i.e. 05).  The app suggestions would appear  "2024.May.11" instead of "2024.05.11".  This date difference also helps in sorting file names more chronologically.  I feel this adjustment would be a welcome addition to your Adobe Scan app.  

I have the same problem with an iphone 13, I was scanning sharp images upto a couple of weeks ago now the letters look thick and blurry hurry up the fix I have legal documents to send out  

My files are suddenly missing from adobe scan app. I am using it in iphone 13. I tried reinstalling the app and logging off and in but in vain. Can anyone please help or adobe scan is that bad and corrupt app !!

My prev documents are not there . Its just vanished . Please help me out to get back my docu pls

I've been using Adobe Scan on my IPad Pro (2021) successfully for over a year. Mainly to scan music and documents. A few days ago I went to scan something and the image quality/resolution of the scan was significantly less than usual. I tried just using the iPad camera app and the pictures taken with that were just fine. I can import those into Adobe Scan and proceed from there but that's a hassle. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue or has any ideas why it's happening.

Often take photos and share to scan app but lately some photos won't launch app.  Photo just "moves back then forward" and app doesn't launch?? I can go to scan app then select photo, select more photos then same photo and it will come in. why the inconsistent behaviour?

Hello all. I would like to uninstall the Adobe Scan app to create space on my Android phone, but will doing this also delete my scanned documents that get saved to the cloud (automatically I think)?   Thank you,Ellesy  

HiNot able to share scanned documents as a copy Since 15july 2023. Instead of the pdf file this message gets sent "Created and shared using Adobe Scan. Get the app: https://adobescan.app.link/getapp" while trying to share the scanned pdf file as Copy via email or Whattsapp. However it is working normally ie the scanned pdf file is shared as a copy if we use airdrop on iOS. I am sure the problem started after updating to Version 23.08.15 two days ago.Please resolve the issue asap.

Here's the situation: I was being (overly) confident about my upload and decided to take photos and compile on the app directly. I was struggling with the internet connection even though I had data, but I would occasionally switch connections.   What happened was, two files were somehow uploaded and I decided to delete both because in the recent (like the one you're working on, the one that shows on the very top of the screen) my progress was still there.   Or so I thought- it was stuck on "waiting to upload..." and I thought it would get over that but it didn't. I can't modify it, I can't share it, I just really can't do anything about it. It was a very important file to me and I have no extra copies of that... I'm hoping this problem can be dealt with properly. I'm using a Nova 3i and it was my first time risking taking the photos on the app itself without having other backups.   Thank you for reading about my issue and I really hope I can recover that file... have a n

Scanned pages are all gone, is there any chance to recover them? I scanned over 50 pages and I think  i somehow got a message whether resuming the last session. i don't know what i chose.anyway, the scanned pages were not saved at all.  

Adobe scan didn't show a single pdf I've saved in the past. What would i do know?There are important files which i needed. Could see only my recent or new saved file. Please help

Can Adobe scan name documents automatically like apple notes scan ?

Unable to open the app,auto quitting from last one week.Unable to acess the scanned documents. 

I've been using Adobe Scan on my iPhone 11 Pro Max for several years with no issues.  When I want to scan a small document (e.g. 2" x 2"), I just hold the phone close to the document and all the fine print comes out crystal clear.  With the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, when I hold it close the image doesn't focus.  If I hold it far away (e.g. 12") to achieve focus, then manually zoom in on the screen, I can get a clean image but the text is fuzzy because its at the limit of the camera resolution (the text is only 1 or 2 mm high).  I've noticed that when just using the camera app by itself to take a picture of the same document, the camera appears to change lenses and a tulip icon appears in the lower left corner of the screen.  Is there a way for Adobe Scan to do the same? Attached is a PDF showing the different scan results from the iPhone 11 and 15. Thanks!Jon

I can't compress files. It is not clear why.

I have a very strange issue when I scan off an image in my camera roll as opposed to taking a picture. In this case I want to turn a screenshot of an email into a PDF. However, when I select the image via Adobe Scan, it's strangely warped, like a piece of paper being moved while physically scanned.Why is this happening? I would have assumed a nice straight sharp scan would be the easiest thing for Scan to parse. iPhone 15 Pro Max
