I scanned documents, then downloaded them to the computer and removed it from the program on my iPhone (at the end of July - early August). Then there was a system failure with the file system, and these documents was lost. I really hope that you have the opportunity to recover deleted from me from the application Adone Scan, for me they are very important. In advance thanks for the answer.

Hello adobe team i lost all my documents from adope scan app and when i was looking for it , i found all my scan documents is transfer in adobe acrobat so in case if i want to modify my scan as we do in adope scan app how I can do it as well as how to restore all document again in adobe scan app again

WHO DECIDED THAT WE DON'T NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT WE'RE DOING? IN THE DESIGN COMMUNITY, THE ONE THING WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO WHEN USING ALL OF THESE PROGRAMS IS BE ABLE TO SEE. SO WHO IN THIS COMPANY DECIDED WE DON'T NEED TO BE ABLE TO USE OUR SIGHT. CAN'T SEE ANY OF THE TOOLBARS. CAN'T SEE THE TABS AND MORE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. CAN'T SEE ANYTHING THAT I WOULD NORMALLY USE. BECAUSE WHAT WOULD BE THE POINT IN BEING ABLE TO SEE? I'M SUPPOSED TO JUST GUESS AND CLICK AT RANDOM UNTIL THE CORRECT EFFECT, FILTER, ICON OR WHATEVER COMES UP WASTING A TON OF TIME BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT YOU'RE DOING. WHY THE HELL IS EVERYTHING SO SMALL AND YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE SIZE OF IT? FOR THE DURATION OF THIS COMPANY BEING IN EXISTENCE LONG BEFORE THEY HAD THE CREATIVE SUITE, OR A CLOUD EXISTED, THE TOOLS ON THIS PROGRAM WERE ABLE TO BE SEEN. SO WHO IN ALL OF THIS TIME WITH THIS MOST CURRENT UPDATE DECIDED THAT WE DON'T NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE THEM? ESPECIALLY WITH YAWL
Going back to check on previous scan files that I have created and they are missing. Disappeared. Deleted. Whatever you want to call it, they're gone. I've looked at the app on my phone and on the browser version in the cloud, with no success of finding these lost files. Adobe support phone line told me to post here and that one of the engineers will call me directly. I was passed around customer support for over an hour and a half and no one was able to give me anything straight. Please give me support these documents are very important and I have multiple clients associated with the lost files.
How can I recover the files that I downloaded on an old phone if I still have the password of my Adobe account ?

Using iPhone Files app, when I copy a file from Adobe Cloud of Adobe Scan to my OneDrive, the current date and time gets added automatically to the end of the file name being copied to OneDrive. I would like to remove this automatic feature that is adding the date stamp to the file name. Where do I go to remove that?
I have a new phone. The app has been transferred. My previous scans I did with my old phone have also been transferred but are now locked in my new phone. I use the free version but have never had a problem accessing my scans. Both phones are iPhones. Thank you.
bom dia, quinta-feira da semana passada eu comecei a utilizar o aplicativo com a assinatura de 7 dias gratuito, porém não pretendia atualizar essa assinatura para começar a pagar, hoje dia 08/02 fechou os 7 dias gratuitos e eu esqueci de cancelar, então o meu cartão pagou automático, gostaria de saber se podem fazer o estorno desse valor pois não vou mais precisar utilizar o aplicativo, ou seja, não adianta eu ter pago para não usar. Is there a way to add adobe scan to the adobe reader I already have? Or do I have to have separate apps for each.
I try to scan in my ID card with my iPhone 14 Pro and the quality is so bad that it's literally impossible to read anything. Tried the idCard setting but the app simply doesn't zoom, looks like the advanced camera features of iPhone 14 Pro are not used (try the same with the Notes app from iOS and the image is crystal clear. Any hints?
In the new iOS version of Adobe Scan, if you elect to share your PDF with a third-party application, like Outlook, Adobe automatically inserts in the subject, line and body of the email that "Created and shared using Adobe Scan. Get the app: https://adobescan.app.link/getapp" it is ridiculous that Adobe inserts their promotional language when you don't want it. Does anyone know how to get rid of that without deleting it manually every single time?

Scanning files, saving files, making sure everything is normal, and after a while, files disappear. I didn’t delete them, but they’re not in the cloud, there’s free memory, and I’ve been to the computer, and updated. already lost several important documents in this way. where can you find them or how to restore them? and how to avoid this problem in the future?
One thing I especially appreciate about Adobe Scan is the feature that allows me to adjust the crop using my finger. The crop adjustment feature also provides a close-up view with crosshairs to help me align the corners. However, when I lift my finger after carefully adjusting the crop, Adobe Scan detects movement and changes the crop from its perfect position. I suggest Adobe Scan freezes adjustments when it detects two fingers on the picture to solve this issue. This way, one finger can change the crop while the second finger freezes the adjustment. This allows both fingers to lift without altering the crop. After both fingers are off the picture, I can further adjust the crop as desired by placing one finger on the crop lines and moving it. The key is to use the ability to detect two fingers as a signal to freeze crop adjustments until both fingers are lifted, even if it's one finger at a time.

Hello, I have scanned many large (100 pages) documents during December and they are unfortunately now lost. I cant see them anywhere, I tried my luck with customer support but nobody knew how to help me. I didnt delete any of them and I am 100% sure they were saved on cloud in December because I could access them from a different PC than at my home. They also werent shown in deleted files at cloud. I am really upset, these files are very important to me, I am not able to scan them again. I am paying for Adobe Scan Premium only because I wanted to save these files, which are now nowhere to be found. Please can you help me recover the lost documents/files? I dont know if I can reinstall the app on phone as someone mentioned this as a solution to the problem in another similar post, if it would not be only for worse - could it possibly delete these files on mobile phone if they are also saved locally? So I am lost, dont know what to do. Also I would like refund for paying for premium adob
Things tried; reboot phone, sign out of Adobe scan, sign out of gmail, reboot after signing out. None of them helped. I scan, I save the scan, I try to share a copy, I tap on the gmail icon and it does not open. Please help. This was working for years without any issues and it just started a free night ago.
I cannot open the pdf file, it just says loading and disappears. It's not even showing the thumbnail image just a gray lock symbol. This happened after I modefyed the file by adding pages to already a big file nearly 500 pages, but it's really important for me, even tried loging out and logged in again after restarting device, same thing in the web page, can anyone help plz.
I somehow have 2 Adobe IDs and would like to consolidate under one. Most of my Adobe Scan documents were created using the account I would like to discontinue using. How would you recommend I go about moving documents from one Adobe ID account to another?
When I share a link of a scanned doucument in the Adobe Scan App (through Gmail), the link is emailed but the scanned file is also shared with a different Adobe Account that I have (different email for the account). So, the scanned file is viewable in both Adobe Accounts even though they are separate. I only want the file viewable in the account that i used to scan the doc. I don't see where the two accounts are linked (they have different email addresses) and don't know why the scan would automatically be shared with the 2nd account. Please help, thank you.
