Adobe Scan

I can't share a file in iXpand when I use adobe scan because it doesn't propose it. I can't add it in the recommended iPhone actions. The two apps are not compatible with each other. I can use iXpand in apple photos though. 

You need to get rid of the pre-filled subject, line and text in the body on the Adobe Scan app. I pay for Adobe. It should at least be available to get rid of for subscribers. It's really annoying to delete the really long, subject, line and text in the body every time I hit share copy by email.

 Go to email a copy of a scan and it doesn't load and freezes the app.  How do I fix this? 

Adobe ScanWhy I cannot search keywords within  all files in the Adobe cloud like in Genius Scan? I am used to scan all incoming letters. Genius Scan run an OCR over them and attached the index. I was easily able to find back every letter in the App or even on Google Drive. I thought changing to Adobe Scan to save some money. But my first documents for testing are not found via search if I use any word from the inside.

I am using Adobe scan frequently now today as I have used the app my all past documents got erase and it was very important how can I restore the vanish documents of my Adobe scan files please help

Hello I am using Adobe scan on an iPhone 13 running IOS 17.0.2.  Things were working fine until last week.  I can scan a document but whenever I try to share a copy of a scan the app locks up when trying to upload a file.  So far I've tried to log out restart my phone and log in to the app and that hasn't fixed it.  I also tried deleting the app and reloading it from the App Store.  That also doesn't fix it.  From earlier posts this is a problem that has that has occurred in earlier times as well.  Do you have any suggestions on how I can make the app work again?

I subscribe to Scan Premium but the compress PDF keeps giving me this error: Error compressing File is already compressed. After almost an hour with customer support asking questions/details they then sent this and left the chat:The version of application (Scan) that you are using is an unsupported version. We do not have support options available for that version. You can however go to https://community.adobe.com and post a question there and an expert will respond to it. Adobe Scan es una aplicación muy útil para el escaneo de documentos. Puede mejorar aún más agregando un filtro "sin sombra" como el que tiene CamScanner. Sabemos que la app realiza la función de escaneo, solo que algunas veces no logra eliminar las sombras de manera completa y no siempre se puede solucionar con la herramienta limpieza porque la sombra aparece sobre el texto. Implementar este filtro "extra" sería de gran ayuda para la comunidad.

I am completely disappointed in the lack of help Adobe scan gave me. First, there is no phone number to call to speak to an actual representative, which probably didn't matter as the two chat reps I chatted with had names that indicates a language barrier would have been an issue. Also, the two reps I chatted with both denied a refund when it was less than 24 hours from the auto renewal, AND I never used the subscription! Good thing Google has their act together, as I was able to put a complaint in to them and they responded WITH my refund in less than 24 hrs. Never again adobe! You are too big of a company to know better. Treat your customers better and you may be surprised at how much more business you get. 

I was using one of the recent updates that allowed us to save and edit the scan immediately after snapping it. This feature worked for me for about a week, but then it reverted back to not allowing me to do that immediately. Does anyone have a resolution on this one?

Haven't used it for four months, saying that my account no longer have access to cloud storage. Using an iPhone 14 with latest app version installed. I don't have any subscription indeed with my personal account, I only use it to take photoes and convert them into PDF files. How do I continue to use this feature? Why is markup not working?  It used to.  Here is my file after markup in the main screen of scan  second pic is in edit mode.  Markups showing but they don't show in final document.  Tested to see if it was just a display issue in scan by sharing doc to adobe reader.  Still no markups??

It constantly gives a "wait" warning.I can access the Adobe documents I downloaded outside of my phone. I just cannot access the documents I scanned with Adobe Scan on my phone. I can see it but it doesn't open.

Hello, I have been using Adobe Scan for 4 years, with a continuous subscription, I have scanned several documents with the Adobe scan application (IOS phone). I have not reached the total storage capacity (100 GB). Recently, when I activated my subscription with a new profile image, and after updating my "Adobe scan" application on my phone, I did not find any scanned documents on my Adobe scan application. I consulted my account (version for the year 2021-2022). I found that my scans are missing. - Why have my old scans disappeared? with no notice by Adobe? - I am looking for complaint email address for Adobe. Thanks for your help. Karim

I can't access my files in app for iPhone. All files are showing in cloud but its not showing in my iPhone adobe scan app

I scanned all my documents. I renamed it. Then I sent it to my gmail. It appears with a link in my gmail. When I click on the link it definitely doesn't open. What should I do? How can I open my documents?

Adobe Scan no longer focuses on subjects less than 40 centimetres from the cameras. Most likely because it fails to utilise all three cameras of the iPhone 14 pro.  This makes is hard to create a good scan from ID cards.This problem has existed as long as the iPhone 14 pro was released and no update has resolved this problem yet.Will this issue ever be resolved?

I am in 7days free trail period of Adobe scan premium subscription. For the past 2hrs I am trying to cancel the subscription but there is no option. I have tried all the possible ways which they have suggested but no use. At least they could have disclaimer that there is no way to cancel the free subscription. Very much disappointed with the ethics of the company. Still hoping that the company will resolve the issue at the earliest.

Adobe Scan used to be great but for the last few months I'm finding PDFs arrive up to a day after I've sent them. Is it just me? I can't find anything about this doing searches

I'm tired of scanning in Adobe then sending documents from a different app.I know that I can scan in the Faxing apps but I want to have copies of the documents and whatnot.

Hi there,  I have a lot of very important documents that were stored on my iphone. And  a recent change requires me to sign up to continue using the IOS app, and I had done it. Once I opened the app I found all the documents there without any issue. i scanned one document and saved it, and shared it with someone then I opened the app again and I found that all the documents except the last one were gone. how can I return them back since they are very important and I don't have a backup for them? Thanks Ahmed
