Adobe Scan

I was prompted to update the Adobe Scan (Apple iOS app.) I first hecked in the app and all recent scans said they had been uploaded. But after then having upgraded the app, all scans from the past 3 weeks have vanished from the app. Anyone else had this issue ? Is there a solution?

Hi. In this period my adobe Scan app crashed 3 times, last of these Just today, with the consequence of loosing all the scans i made (something like 300/400 Pages of work divided in 3/4 different sessions), and now i'm with 3.2GB of Ghost datas i can't access (photo here allegated, and those are 3.2GB of pure files i can no longer access ,i even tried to looks for folders/Ghost folders connecting my phone via PC but couldn't find anything). I Hope those aren't Just Metadata or a gigantic temp folder but something i can recover. Every crash occured during the processing time from converting all the photos collected into PDF format caused by the lack of space in the dispositive (i couldn't Imagine that for processing something like 70 photos  were necessary 6 GB of free space), and i photographed directly from the app so i don't have a Copy of the photos saved in the gallery.So if there's anything i can do to recover all my work would be appreciated.The android version Is the 1

Could Adobe give us users a more overt middle finger if they tried? I'm premium-thus pay them. I share my usage data to help in their dev efforts- in return -I want the app sales bumper sticker off my texts.  They claimed months and months ago to have they tech staff looking into the sudden marketing message that automatically attached to each forwarded pdf from Scan app. (?!)We all know Adobe, a very talented and creative organization, could have solved this problem in a short weekend. And if you can't make it optional - then show some respect for the user base -Turn it OFF - if you can't make a toggle.The fact that the app can't focus well with Apples last 9 months of iphones is likely Apples fault... but the unwelcome marking that cheapens my forwarded scans unless I select and cut it out is below you Adobe.  

Just recently when I scan docs to pdf through the app (which I pay dearly for) and save them to my iCloud folder, they are creating this extra txt file in addition to the pdf. What's changed?  How can I fix this?  It's just more work to go back through and delete the txt files. It's something new.

Hi Friends - I'm a premium pay or but each time I try to access premium services I am told to subsribe.  When I push 'subscribe' it says I am already a subscriber - unable to restore purchases - I have deleted and redownloaded app - no success. Have used the same email/password for years - basically, adobe app is not recognizing my premium subscription -  any suggestions? 

Is it possible to run Adobe Scan under Windows or to use graphic rectification in Adobe Acrobat Pro?

I was scanning some documents, then opened the next day and didn't find the scan/ pdf. It completely disappeared off the app and it's not even on the cloud. Can the file be recovered in any way?

When using the app for multi page scanning why would the first couple pages be clear and then the remaining pages are blurry?  I've reinstalled the app.  No help. 

I have a frequent need to read image of a check, read the account number and routing number from it and type it into my bank.For that, I need to copy the content of the check such as name, account number and routing number in text format. Can someone please show me steps on how to achieve it using Adobe scan or Adobe acrobat pro? Thank you.

Hi everyone, I am on an iPhone 6s and running iOS 14. Since about a week ago, all of my scans render blurry text. The app has always worked great for me, but now the text is illegible. Any ideas? Thanks.

Salve. Ho dovuto usare adobe scan per lavoro e non mia sorpresa quando l'ho aperto per scansionare un documento mi appare la scritta "per usare la fotocamera, passate alla modalità a schermo intero". Purtroppo non sono riuscita a trovare da nessuna parte cosa intenda con questa scritta. Succede anche a voi? Grazie

Cambiar la aplicación a modo de pantalla completo porque no me deja tomar fotos

Me ocurre que después de escanear y una vez guardado el archivo,  o puedo enviarlo vía correo electrónico. Se queda con el mensaje "guardando archivo" y se bloquea la aplicación obligándome a cerrarla. Siguiendo las instrucciones del desarrollador, he eliminado el caché de la app, pero sigue igual. Que puedo hacer para que me funcione?  Gracias por adelantado. Saludos

Seit zwei Wochen habe ich da iPhone 15 Pro Max. Die Scanergebnisse mit der Notizen App oder auch Makroaufnahmen mit der Kanera sind gestochen scharf. Allerdings mit Afobe Scan sind die Scan Ergebnisse absolut unscharf. Man muss die Kamera aus Entfernung halten (40 cm) damit es lesbar wird.Mit dem iPhone XS Max hatte ich gar keine Probleme.es scheint so, als würde die App den Autofokus beim iPhone 15 pro Max nicht steuern können.  IOS 17.0.3 ist installiertAdobe Scan Version 23.10.17 Scan Ergebnisse zum Vergleich beigefügt: unscharfe Egebnis mit Afobe Scan

After the last update, I can no longer share files. It locks up when loading file using Adobe Scan. Also when I access the file in Adobe the same thing happens.

I have been paying for a premium subscription on my iPhone for 1 year, but now it cannot be activated. I am trying to restore the purchase, the application (abode) says that the purchase is active, the money has been paid. What should I do, please activate my subscription. 

Hola al abrir mi aplicación en iOS me aparece el siguiente mensaje cambie la aplicacion a modo de pantalla completa para utilizar la camara. No sé la ruta por que ya he mirado todas las posibilidades pero no me da la opción de cambiar el modo de la pantalla 

This is a very useful and nice apps.

Previous Phone (Redmi Note 😎 New Phone (Samsung Galaxy F23 5G)As in the pictures it can be seen how the scans are of low quality. I have been using Adobe Scan since when it launched and now it is frustrating me. Even the camera of my new phone is better. Please look into the matter Adobe. I hope you will resolve it ASAP.
