Adobe Scan

"Scans" in Acrobat no longer shows all the Scans I've saved.  I get a page which says I need to Sign In, but I am Signed In.  Clicking the Sign In button does nothing.  All my scans are inaccessible.

Using the Adobe Scan app on iphone.  This has happened a few times.  I'm scanning pages from an old book.  Most of the pages are great - text on white background.  2 of the pages are like photographs of the pages, yellowed paper, with the text.  How can I get the App to just produce consistent scans of text with white background?  And, how can I now convert the two pages to match the rest of the scans?

where do I adjust the size that is printed out? My files sometimes print out as if I have reduced the print area. I thought maybe file compression? But I cannot find a place to adjust that here in the app. Would that be on my computer or printer settings… Nothing else prints from my computer, nor printer in the smaller version of itself. Everything is on 100% of original. Would be nice to have more control in the app… Any suggestions are welcome

I am concerned that link sharing seems to be enabled for all my documents. I am using Adobe scan on android and would like to disable it. Please advise. A url with a hash that can be brute forced by anyone seems like a terrible way to secure documents. What's stopping anyone from finding all documents in Adobe cloud??

How can I save scanned copy to a folder in Android phone,apart from gallery.Thank you 

I changed phones and having difficulty signing in.  When I attempt to reset my password I receive the verification code but each time I enter the code it's saying invalid. But, it's the code I received. Is there another way to reset the password?

Allow us to import pdf files, docs and others documents to Adobe scanner so that it helps.

For the past month now when I save my scan to my files, it attaches an additional txt file. Why all of a sudden this feature and how do I stop this from happening each time?

Hi, I have saved so many scans over the years in Adobe cloud storage. Today when I checked found out that there is no scan in my storage. However, when searched in settings it shows my storage space in Adobe cloud is 14% out of 5 GB. I can't see my scans in my account. I also checked my email with which I have signed in. kindly help me it's urgent 

How can I recover mys scans. Suddenly they disappear from the app. Thanks for your advise 

My previous scanned files were a few days ago.All of a sudden the files are gone. Even the files scanned 2/3 days ago are not available.The files were very important. How can I get the files back?

I am planning to shift to Adobe scan app. Challenge is I saved all my documents in cam scanner and want to migrate to your adobe scan. Is it possible by any way? We use scan with our district Chromebooks and it's a great tool for the classroom; however, it isn;t supported on all Chromebook architectures.   Specifically, the AMD/Stoney Ridge devices (Grunt board in Google's naming scheme).    Any chance of that getting added?

I have a problem regarding the IOS version of Adobe Scan. I am logged in with the same email on all my android and Ios devices. When I open the adobe scan folder in the documents cloud I can see all of my scans. If I want, I can upload a pdf in that folder and will show up in the Scan app. My problem is that it only syncs on the android version, on IOS I can only see my older files and scans and not the new one that I have just uploaded. I'm using an ipad pro 2021 model with the latest version of Adobe scan. I don't have this issue on Android. I have tried with different files and uploading from both Android and IOS, and logging out and in again, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Please help. 

Hello, hopefully someone will be able to help. I don't have a premium subscription to the scanner, but whenever I scan documents and share it with someone else, they cannot open the files without my Adobe password, my actual account password, not the document password. I already looked in all of the settings and on the internet on how to fix this issue, and can't find anything. Any thoughts? Thanks 

Does anyone know if there is a way to allow Adobe Scan to save to another cloud service as default rather the Abode location?

This morning, the flow on my Adobe Scan app changed. Before: it would start up the camera, display message "looking for document", and then display floating corners, without me having to hit any button ("capturing... hold steady"). Similar to how it's shown here: https://youtu.be/55mSKnLiXg0?si=1bxx9We4_T2slUH4&t=82 Now, it requires me to click the capture button, then adjust the corners manually. This means there's 2 clicks per page instead of 0, as it used to be. What had changed?

Hi, when trying to scan pages for drama work, the scans used to come out white and easy to print, now they are coming out sort of greyish and you can see the print from the other side of the page.pelase help! I want them to be like the first pic please
