Adobe Scan

Since upgarding to ios 15.4, I cannot manually take a photo of a scan- I can only use auto capture. When I hit the camera button it doesn't do anything and my camera privacy settings are enabled How can this be fixed?

Adobe Sacn was working perfectly, then all of a sudden while scanning a document, the scanner scanned it by the photo didn't click. I tried clicking photos from my camera and it works fine. I have restarted my phone several times. But still it did not work. Moreover I am unable to click photos manually in the app. Please help....

Hello, theres this issue after the updates, when we use the add photos option in an open project in adobe scan on iphone, they send us to this tab to browse where the photos are unorganized, previously we were able to navigate to albums view and pick photos from there in a more organized way which is not possible anymore after the update, anyone know whats the issue?

On my Android Pixel 4a I keep getting Notifications from Adobe Scan when I am NOT using Adobe Scan and have NO pending scans. The Notifications always say Don't forget your scan - nothing else and no explanation. I have nothing pending, I am not even using Scan at those times. How can I stop this message?

Hi.Ich bekomme von der App regelmäßig die Meldung, dass ich einen nicht gespeicherten Scan habe.Ich weiß nur leider nicht, welcher das sein soll, würde diese Meldung aber gerne beheben. Kann mir jemand sagen wie icj den nicht gespeicherten Scan finde und speichern kann? Danke.

hello i have used to scan app for a year now for school during the summer i accidentally deleted the app and redownloaded it which cause the save to no longer be saving to my files and icloud how could i get it to save there again  

APP for iOS is bugged where manual capture is unavailable. Only auto capture mode is working. Please can you fix this??

I cannot simply capture photo on adobe scan manually, whenever i try to click it doesn't capture the picture. Unless i turn auto click it is not capturing any photos it is so irritating . Also i tried uninstalling and installing the app back still the same issue 

Hello,  I'm a freeware user of Adobe Scan. All my scan documents from the last 2 years are deleted. There were many important documents inside. Can somebody help to get them back  Greetings from Germany

There was multiple email sharing bugs yesterday around 11:10. The scanned pdf was then received after 5 hours.

I am using Adobe Scan on my iPhone to save a pdf of 760 pages to the cloud so that I may access it from my laptop. The app has shown "Saving as PDF..." on the screen for several minutes and I am not completely sure it will save. I do not want to lose this scan, which has taken me several hours. What can be done?

By misake I scanned docs on my phone with a "free user" version of Adobe Scan.  I have Adobe Scan on my iPad, and it is logged onto my Adobe account. I can see the docs online from my iPad, but need to know how I can get the docs off my phone as "free user" onto my Adobe account to access them online.

Adobe has become my favorite scanning app😊 after this feature where how much ever you shake your phone the pictures are perfect.😎I mean, I'm  a student  and during online exams I take around 2-3 photos for a perfect photo of my answer sheet&#x1f605. Because if the photo is even a little blur there are chances to loose mark's mainly in language.The cut marks even for full stops like a.m.😢 This feature saves like around 2 min,which may look like a small number but it means a lot during exams.😇

Buenas tardes, tengo problemas para escanear un documento a color, cuando me guarda el documento lo hace en blanco y negro y no encuentro la opción para poder cambiarlo.Gracias por la  ayuda.

My scanned documents are showing as yesterday scanned even the dates are old , I cannot find the exact yesterday scanned documents by sorting modified newest first, instead l had to search for the document with file name only.

Do I report it stolen. I don't know if it was repoed I tried to get a answer and I told them my husband just passed away a few months ago and I'm just getting my head right so I can get out but I don't know if I need to call and report it stolen or what I can't get an answer
