Adobe Scan

Yesterday, I opened the app to add some job related expense receipts to a file I build over the course of the month, and send it to my accountant by the end of it.I have done this for years, with no problem whatsoever.Today, I opened the app, saw the file there for a couple of seconds, and then boom! It crashed.When I reopend it, ONLY THAT FILE was missing. Not any other files I have been working on or modifying dissapeared... only my most important one of the month.I truly do not understand what happened, and the chat support does not know how to handle my situation.I NEED THIS FILE BACK, PLEASE HELP ME!!!I went to my iPad, turned off the wi-fi, opened the app, and I saw the file there... of course it wouldn't open (screenshot attached), but I knew as soon I would turn the wi-fi on, it would disappear... it actually did.The app crashed, and my file was gone.This is absurd and frustrating... I've been loving this app for years... now I'm considering another option. It's ridiculous!Than

Adobe Scan is an  awesome app and I have been using it for some time now. The thing is now I scan really important documents like passport , driving license, etc. I would want some kind of fingerprint authentication or pin lock on the app. Is that already in the pipeline to be build or maybe something new. 

I have uploaded 2 files in documentcloud.adobe.com in a Adobe Scan folder, but I'm unable to see those files in Adobe Scan app on my iOS. Would you please help me how to fix this issue.Note: I'm able to see the files in the cloud, but not in the app. I have logout several times, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, no change... Please help!! 

When i sign in with google with my email, the user profile shows a different name than mine. Not sure where my documents are getting stored. Even now I am posting this as someone else. This is a huge bug in your sign in process and privacy and security issues will arise.. take this up with utmost urgency and rectify immediately   [PII removed by moderator]

I have been using Adobe Scan for over two years. As of yesterday I could not send a scan via Chrome.I have an iPhone 12 Pro. Everything worked fine until yesterday.

Hi. This was my first time using Adobe Scan. I scanned a file and shared the link with myself over email. After sharing, I deleted the file from Adobe Scan on my Android. However, I find that the link still works and the file is not deleted. Since the file has sensitive information, how can I delete it permanently from Adobe Document Cloud?

There seems to be a bug with the latest update. Using Share > Email in the app will generate a link like "https://documentcloud.adobe.com/id/?uri=[file ID]" but it produces a 403 error when the recipient tries to open it. When I log in to the document cloud from my desktop computer and copy the shared link for the same file, I get a link like "https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/track?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:[file ID]". This link works without error.

I can no longer email out of the Adobe PDF scanner. I've tried logging out, deleting the app and re-downloading it.I tried downloading Acrobat, opening it there and emailing from there but email is also not an option for Acrobat.I've been emailing out of the PDF scanner for a year now, what changed? Adobe seems to have a lot of glitches for how expensive it is and I've been paying Adobe for 10+ years now. It would be great to have a solution here. I'm using IOS iPhone. 

Hello, I have been trying to download some homework PDFs that I took with Adobe Scan on my iPhone, but when I try to open them from my email it just takes me to a page with the error 403 Forbidden. What should I do? I have not had any problems with it until today.

Hi from my iPhone whereever i am scanning any docs its save automatically reverse side and i have to rotate it every time and make it read any setting i can do? 

Today morning all scanned files have been deleted accidently by me from adobe scan Android app. Also files are not available on Adobe cloud document. Those files were important for me. Therefore, it is request you to recove that files from my Adobe cloud server. I will be thankful to you.

Después de la última actualización, al tomar una foto para escanear sale la imagen muy pequeña desde la esquina superior izquierda y el resto en marco negro. Ya intenté desinstalar y volver a instalar pero no sé resuelve. Ayuda! Antes de eso funcionaba pefecta. 

ho fatto una nuova scansione con Adobe Scan e non ho trovato più i vecchi scan che avevo fatto e non avevo salvato altrove. come faccio a recuperarli?

Hello!! This is my first time here. I installed Adobe scan yesterday for my exam. I noticed that whenever I save a pdf, it gets saved to my drive, which fills up space. I later cannot manually delete them and hence it gets clogged up in my drive. How can I stop Adobe scan to automatically save the pdf's in my drive?Thank you.

I cancelled right after getting the subscription..the say is a free trial for 2 weeks..yet I got charged..what a scam!!! And there is noone to contact... 

Adobe scan search feature has stopped working. Using Android on Note 9. I used to be able to search the contents of a scan to find text which was recognised using OCR. For example "milk". When I searched I used to be able to find every receipt which contains milk. Now only the file title is searched when searching not OCR PDF text  content which is essential.

Adobe scan shows output with wrong sequence of photos...and some time it is in reverse sequence and some times in extreme random sequence 

Im trying to move my scans from adobe scan (ios) to my pc. As far as I understand the system adobe scan should automatically save on document cloud. now I cannot find any files in my document clouds. even opening in acrobat and then saving a copy on as a document cloud file does not work. weirdly i can see my used cloud storage go up by the file size tho. no traces of my actual scans tho. if theres a better work around to get these scans onto my pc without converting them back to jpgs that hint would be much appreciated too! Thank you!

App is working very good Imfact great.Updated from any other SCAN APP IN PLAY STORE OR IOS .BUT ONE ISSUE FOUND CAN NOT UPLOAD DOCUMENTS TO DIGILOCKER.PLEASE FIX THIS.OTHERWISE IT'S A GREAT APP TO USE AND USER FRIENDLY TOO 

[Moderator moved from Using the Community (forums) to Adobe Scan.]   I used to scan documents using my iPhone Adobe Scan mobile app. Then i would use the "Share" option to share a copy from Adobe Scan to Evernote. Recently, this option stopped working. I have tried various folders, file names, etc. but the file never arrives in Evernote. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was using Adobe Scan in iOS with no problems and suddenly it says it can't access my camera. I clicked the link to allow access but there is no camera access option showing up in my settings (see image). How can I get it working again? 

I am having trouble logging into the Adobe Scan app. What can I do at the moment. Is there a fix in the works and please provide me a solution. Thank you.
