Adobe Scan

HELPP!Tinha inúmeros arquivos salvos no Adobe Scan, mas após a atualização solicitaram login novamente. Já fiz login com todos e-mails possíveis, Facebook, pelo id Apple, mas em nenhum deles acho meus arquivos, simplesmente sumiu tudo, e são arquivos importantes e que preciso urgente, que sempre foram salvos na nuvem do backup do icloud!! Alguém consegue me ajudar?

New Apple iOS messed things up with Adobe Scan and now the ability to Share a Copy from the app via Outlook is gone. This pretty much renders the service useless as that's what I need it for. Any help? (PS. The new iOS update has messed up a TON of other functions as well in general, not just Adobe. Thanks Apple.....)     [Title renamed by moderator]

I created a 65 page scan on Adobe Scan and am trying to add pages after I saved the document.  I click "modify" so I am hopefully able to add pages, but after about a minute of the app working on bringing up the document, it crashes.  This happens every time.  I am on an iPhone XS Max with the updated iOS and no update for Adobe Scan available.  Is anyone else having this issue, and if so, how can it be foxed without redoing the entire scan?

Not supporting auto rotate to pdf made by app while opening through Adobe scan. Please include that feature so that it will be more easy to read content that are already scanned

Hi - I dowmloaded pdfs to afobescan app on my iphone8 (have done numerous times with numerous files as tests). I cannot locate them in my filses ("show all files").But when i go to downliad again, adobescan asks if i want to replace, as the file "alresdy exists."Where do they exist???? Thx. 

I want to refund my money on subscription. I do not need premium subscription but it was already payed yesterday and I didnt know it at all.

It tells me that it can't download the link and to try again later. 

I am going to factory reset my device due to some issues .My query is when I reinstall the application is it going to get back my all pdf file and scanned documents aor not.

Intente buscar un scan, me pidió iniciar sesión a la cuenta que tenia vinculada a Gmal, pero me sale acceso denegado.  Necesito recuperar mi cuenta y mis archivos. Gracias  Uso Android, Galaxy S10plus

Hey, I have been using adobe scan for my receipts, however the app couldn't open the file i was working in for some reason so it automatically made an alternate version that i could access. I used this to upload some new scans, however this alternate version, along with the new scans, has just disappeared. How can I get back my information?!

I lost all my files ...now I can't find any of them 

I can't log into the app and it appears: Access DeniedYou no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error.Please follow this link. and when I follow "this" link, it requires another login and then it fails again

Necesito que se amplíe el número de documentos a escanear ya que los archivos que debo crear muchas veces exceden el límite otorgado (25) y no puedo usar esta aplicación. Gracias 

I have deleted my 4 files from Adobe scan by mistake.  Can you please recover it. It's a request .

I lost my data without information all of sudden and unable to retrieve it.

All my scanned documents just dissapeared. I am very dissapointed now in this app..

I have saved the file in abode . I was updating the file by adding more photos then clicked the save option.After that file got deleted itself.

My Adobe scan won't let me send it. Because "Share link failed" that is what it said.

I want to stop using camscanner and import all my documents to Adobe. How can I do that?

Just a feature request that I think Adobe Scan could benefit from "organizational" features found in the new Google Stack app.  Adobe Scan supports multiple cloud storage so it would be more appealing to a bigger group of users.

The app on my phone crashed. when I asked for assistances one person I was chatting to had no clue. By email I was advised to delete the app and reinstall and now I've lost all my important documents. 

When I go to https://documentcloud.adobe.com on my MacBook Air, I get a blank screen.  I've been using Adobe scan for a while and have never had this problem before.  It works fine on my iphone.

I changed my password today to my school account (I'm a teacher) and now Adobe Scan won't allow me to share to that account. I don't see a place to "add" an account. When I try to sign in to that account is give the "Unable to sign in. Please try again later" message.
