Hi jonathanh91299775
Have you switched your Primary and Secondary monitor any time soon or by any chance?
Send me the Audio Hardware preferences options that you are getting in Premiere Pro and all other settings available there. Also, open Sound on your MAC from Apple Menu>Preferences and send me the screenshot of all the devices attached or available.

Hi jonathanh91299775,
It seems that Audio Hardware has some issues here. Try this Go to Premiere Pro>Preferences>Audio Hardware and change Defalt Input to "None" Change Default Output to "Mac's default output" which should be "Internal Speakers" Once done restart Premiere Pro and try to playback.
I hope it works.

Hi Jeremy HT,
It looks like Intel drivers are at fault so try 26.20.X drivers and check. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29530/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=126790
Check the below article if any issues are encountered while reverting.

Hi AvisionProd,
Go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common and check if you have the MediaCache, MediaCache files and Peak files folder. If youhave moved it to external they shouldnotbe there except Media Cache files. Delete other 2 if youhave the same on the external one. Launch Premiere Pro and check again if the Media Cacheand Peak Files folder gets created again or not. If not, you are good to go.

Hi michealc46917663,
This is a known issue and has been reported and occurs on 10.15 MAC OS having external drives.
There are 2 workarounds.
1. Move the clips to internal drive and it should work.
2. Go to Edit>Menu>Edit in Adobe Auditionand send the whole sequence.

Hi Alphateam,
This issue mainly occurs if you have an audio device which is not configured properly with Premiere Pro.
Check which device is in use under Sounds, disable all other sound devices and then go to Premiere Pro edit menu>Preferences and select the same in Audio Hardware.

Hi Kelly, This Ryzen 1800x has serious overheating issues which may cause this green frames or serious performance issues once it’s running for too long or is used with high performance games or apps. Here are some links that may be useful and check the blog from AMD which says “By the first week of April, AMD intends to provide an update for AMD Ryzen™ processors that optimizes the power policy parameters of the Balanced plan to favor performance more consistent with the typical usage models of a desktop PC” So, check for the update and it might help here. https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/amd-ryzen-7-have-a-temperature-20-degree-c-reporting-offset.html https://community.amd.com/community/gaming/blog/2017/03/13/amd-ryzen-community-update

Hi Josh, Seems like NVidia drivers are at fault. Try the below steps and check if it helps. From Start menu go to “Device Manager”, right click on the GPU under Display Adapters>Update Drivers>Choose “Browse my computer…” Option. On the next screen select “Let me pick from a list…..” and select Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Then uninstall all Nvidia drivers and applications. 1. From Start menu go to Run command. 2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter. This will open “Add or Remove Programs” 3. Uninstall all Nvidia components. There should be multiple components (5-6 in total) and may require restart 2-3 times. Once done install 430.86 driver version from below link as it will help in resolving crash issues. NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL

Check the version of Creative Cloud application which should be 4.6.. You can find it in the Creative Cloud app menu>Preferences>General If it is 4.5 then in the menu check for updates and try to update. Once updated uninstall Media Encoder and reinstall it. It was an issue with the Creative cloud with 100TB storage so it was fixed in 4.6 version release.
