Adobe XD

Running Adobe XD 54 on Windows 10 with a document hosted in cloud when I try to copy text with Crtl + C it freezes Adobe XD for a minute.

I don't understand why a product like XD doesn't have a more detailed What's New public-facing web page like all your other apps do. It feels like XD is an afterthought. If you visit Photoshop’s page, the What’s New menu allows you to click through and see that release’s updates, with visual examples of the new/updated feature most of the time.

Hey so everytime we are on a preview mode the whole artboard is shifted? and its not the same pages all the time either, it randomly happens!

Hi thereI'm going through the Adobe XD Classroom In A Book 2020 Edition.  It's a little outdated as the section about Linking Updated Components no longer works with local files.  That's ok, I learned about publishing as a library.The issue I have is that when I make a change to the Icons.xd lesson file, the change isn't showing in the Travel_Design.xd file.  I figured I needed to manually update the library once the change had been made, but the Update button is greyed out and disabled.  The 'Publish as Library' icon has a blue dot showing it needs to be updated.  I've attached a screenshot to demonstrate. I am using an Enterprise Adobe ID through work. I am on Windows 10XD version 54.0.12.5I have tried signing out of CC and signing back in, but to no avail. Any help here would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I have an image with a mask, then some text overlayed. I made a component out of that.I added a hover state, I left the text showing on the hover state.Text is hidden in the default state.If I override the image (there is only one in the component) for some reason I have to do it twice, one for each state otherwise the hover displays the old image.Am I doing something wrong?Do I really have to replace the image twice every time I use an instance? 

I named everything I want to export and checked Mark For Export. However, when I batch, only a few are exported. The items I've marked are all components I've motified. So I tried sharing it and checked "download exports" to see if I can download them from the review. It says I have 24 assets prior to creating the link, which is correct. But when I go online to review, only 6 are available to download. When I inspect it and click on individual items, 18 of the assets that I had renamed and marked for export shows "Component-123" etc... instead of the name I gave it. And I can not download.  Tried to downgrade. But still didn't work.  I tripled check my naming and it's all good. Every asset has been marked for export.  Is this a bug??? I'm using the latest version.

Hello,I have a Design_System file in the cloud where I stored all my main components (colours rs, fonts, buttons, etc). This file is Published, Up to date, with no errors. Recently, while working on a mobile interface on a separate file, I added a fresh component from the design_system that I just created (mobile hamburger menu). Few moments later after making changes to the main component on the design_system file, I've noticed the the I can't update the component because of an error. Few days later after keep trying to fix this "unknown error" by reading lots of discussion on this great community. I've tried to create a separate file. add a different component, login-logout, update Adobe Xd, build component from scratch, etc.On the mobile interface page, I've noticed that one component (folder-24px) has a broken link (red).Right-click / Relink, Select Library to Relink!    - My Design System library doesn't show up in the list,    - Check Design Sys

I've been watching this bug on other forums, even here... There's no scroll bar on published prototype, that's frustating trying to explain to my clientes how to access to the rest of the design, seriously, this is something very silly for you to fix it, please made my day!

Hallo, ich möchte gerne auf einer Arbeitsfläche einen Verlauf mit Blureffekt einbauen. Man soll das Ende/den Rand dieses Verlaufes nicht sehen, es soll also abschwächend ins dahinter befindliche Foto übergehen. Weiß jemand wie man das macht? Bisher habe ich ein Rechteck gezogen und dieses weichgezeichnet, dann sieht man aber auch eine harte Kante da wo der Verlauf endet. Die harte Kante muss also weg und ich hätte den Blur effekt gerne als Verlauf. Liebe Grüße

Hi, Xd version 54.0.12./ Mac Monterey 12.5.1.I saved a prototype and wanted to share with my team. Links bring them to log-in Adobe window. I wasn't aware that you need to have an Adobe account if you want to view and comment to a  prototype. I tested it to myself via another Mac and I could not open the link even though I m logegd in, with a different Adobe Account. Its says: You can't request access to this link (contact your administrator).Is this an IT issue, I work in a large org where IT rules.It is very frustrating as I produce prototype nobody can see.Can you help?TxBarbara

Hi! Today I've been troubleling with the publishing prototype option. Everyday after I finish my work, I publish everything done for sharing it. Today, when I was checking it out, some elements from the design disappeared. I openned the document once again thinking I just maybe deleted them unintentionally but, they were there and they also appear using the preview option. I already tried creating a new link and pasting again these elements but nothing worked. Any ideas? Thank you,Jonathan

Using macOS Big Sur V11.6. Preferences for screen recording and microphone on in system pref's. Records fine but without any sound effects.

I have been working with the free version for a long time now, but after update XD it gives me free trial and I used it, then I cannot roll back to free version anymore.I tried many things to roll back stater plan and nothing work, the last thing I tried is uninstalling XD, then reinstall it from this link https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/starter-plan.html  and give me could not install XD see the screenshot.So does it mean the free plan has been cancelled?Is there a way to get back the free version? 

Hi, I am a UI/UX designer from bangladesh. I was trying to buy Adobe XD CC but there is no option for me to buy from bangladesh as its not available. SO what should I do? I need this software. I am ready to pay the price. Is there any possibility for me to buy this or get the full version? Now I am using the beta version but in 5 days it will be over. So Its kinda urgent for me to buy the license.

It's over a decade now, and still, there's no room for the availability of customizing my keyboard shortcuts for Adobe XD for workflow purposes. Patiently waiting.

I recently updated to Win 11 and I could not take an image from file explorer and drag and drop into Adobe XD. Any help?   <Title renamed by moderator>

 I tried to open a number of working files both from local machine and cloud but could not find my working files back anymore. These are company license but there was no contact to reach out to. How can I retrieve all the files again? 

This has been a regular issue for the last couple of versions, so not sure if its just me.When selecting multiple objects and exporting (@1 + 2) XD crashes when trying to complete the export. Any help most appreciated, as its very frustrating.

I've got this strange issue when prototyping horizontal hover mega menu. I've got currently two menu items and they should display mega menu on hover. Strange thing is - it's working only when i move cursor out of component and go back - when i'm trying to hover one after another - nothing happens.Here is the video: https://youtu.be/T9P0lyL3fggI was already trying by creating this with two approach like here - with seperated hover area inside component that leads to different state of same main component:https://tomb.pl/screen.pngAnd in the second approach i've created two seperated components for every menu item that should go to it's own hover state:https://tomb.pl/screen-02.pngUnfortunetly - both approaches works like in the video showed above. Which is strange - cause as far i understand that the second one can make the hovered component above another but in the first one - they are totally seperated areas.Thanks
