If I rearrange my cloud XD files AFTER I have shared links to them, are the shared links still valid?

I don't know what's been happening for over 3 weeks, it's always showing invite error, and my team and I are using premium adobe cloud. please who has a solution, I have signed out and in so many times still, there is no improvement  

Hello, I've noticed that protype doesn't work correct in web browser(Chrome, Edge etc,)and sometimes just in preview mode in XD with gamepad For example,I have 7 screens with trigger D-pad Right linked one by oneAnd when I press this button it redirects me to 5th - or 7th screen with flickering first 4.Looks like high sensitivity of pressing buttons to time.It is caused to xbox and dualsense gamepads and and for all buttons.   

Hi there, I work for a large organisation which is using XD across 34 projects which means hundreds of XD files. We have a couple of members of staff who leaving and are the majority owners of the work.We have added the other team members but we have them as the owners and are worried when they leave and their licence removed we will lose these files?I have looked online for some help and documentation and only found a couple of poor articles which would lead me to worry this isn't an option. I have seen some community questions asking for this? So.. is there any update on this at all?  I have seen the same copy and paste reply on several message boards around this issue all of which say that the engineering team is working actively on a solution but that was 18 months ago. is there any news on this, I am struggling to understand how this isn't an item to be prioritised. 

I've seen a previous thread about this but no recent updates.I'm on a Macbook Pro running Monterey with a hard wired connection via a VVB dongle.Everytime I open XD, it disconnects the hard wired connection. It's driving me crazy.Doesn't have with any other programmes. Please help!

Hi, Am I the only one with this issue ? Since Adobe XD latest update (august 2022), I can no longer scroll horizontally or vertically when working in the Adobe XD app on windows 11. This problem happens only when trying to click and drag the scrollable area, but doesn't happen when using the mouse wheel. Of course, on horizontal scrolls, it means the area cannot be scrolled at all (because the mouse wheel only allows for vertical scrolling). In published prototypes in the web browser, both the click&drag and the mouse wheel work to scroll, this problem is exclusive to the app. This problem happened both on an existing prototype that used to work, and on a new prototype created specifically to test this issue. Please let me know if someone else encountered this problem.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help.I created multiple XD files all linked to the same cloud library in regards of common components, colours and character styles.This is great, however now I need to do the same job for a different brand. Is there anyway I could duplicate my XD files (which don't need any other changes other than common styling) and link it to a different library that will have the same compontent names? I used to be able to do it with physical files, deleting the main one and replacing it, but now it seems impossible with cloud library and if you duplicate a library it just messes up with my original file (which I had to relink one by one thinking the old method could have worked, but completely messed up my files). Thanks

xd will just not open when i open it and show an error message asking for me to reopen the software. i'm running it on win10 and i have already reinstalled xd and rebooted my pc, nothing worked so far.   "feche e reinicie o xd, depois tente abrir o documento novamente. I'm going through a lot with XD really.Everytime I open it, it stays stuck on the launch screen and doesn't open or it just crashes.I try through Creative Cloud and from the start menu, same thing. I close and retry several times and once in a million times, it eventually opens but when I close it, there's no guarantee I'll be able to open it up again. It really is the most frustrating thing.Recently updated XD and no change. I use a Windows 10Going through similar posts, I can see this is a running thing with Windows 10 However, I have projects i'm working on with XD that I can't just drop. Can someone help me fix this?

I have a prototype with a video that plays automatically on desktop but doesn't play at all on the android app.What's the solution?

****IMPORTANT - ADOBE XD TEAM, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!   I'm currently using Adobe XD 51.0.12.6, which is the most current version. Whenever I create a link to a prototype, I get an error 44:76 message. After consulting with Adobe Support, they told me to contact my internet service provider.   After meeting with my internet service provider, we decided to perform a Speedtest on my computer. These were the results:   1) When my computer is running XD and creating a prototype link it pings at 565 ms (please see attached picture)   2) When my computer is doing nothing, it pings at 9 ms (please see attached picture)   My ISP pointed out that it's taking a long time to ping whenever I create a prototype - this is a really big problem since my designs are for a project and I tried everything from reducing the number of artboards, shutting down coresync, and even connecting my computer on a hard line.   ADOBE, CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE PING PROBLEM????

When I try to draw anything, it simply doesn't show.  

Aim :To delete a set of master components; the dark icon set. We have a light icon set too which we wanted to keep as our base set. The dark icons take the same name with the addition of "_dark" at the end.  Process:Searched for components with "dark".Right clicked to delete those components within the assets panel.  Expected result:Only the dark icon component selected in the list would be deleted Actual result:XD deleted both the dark and also all the light components too, that took the same name without the "_dark". See video for process.   

I shared a document with a colleague. Now this document has been updated and I can no longer access it. Error reported is that I need to update to the current version - which is supposed to be 36.2.32.5.I am currently on 36.1.32.5, but neither XD itstelf nor the Cloud app does show any available updates. They always say that I have the most recent version.Is this kind of a bug as only one figure in the version number has changed? 

I've been using components built with stacks to create commonly used page templates across my web application. This works great with one issue, when I push updates from the main library the components not only lose their prototype links, but they also seem to randomly move on the page, so I need to reposition them, and other components within the page component itself move, pushing out the frame of the component because of the padding applied to the background.    This happens nearly every time I update the document assets, and in most cases I've not touched any of the master library components used in the page template component. I don't know what is causing it, can anyone help?

On my iPad, I have a bookmark (icon) on my home screen that i created using some previous version, and it directly launches a particular Xd prototype. This is different than my default Xd app icon, which just opens the app.I want to create another bookmark to open another prototype, but i don't see this as an option in this version (50.0) on iOS or Android.   

Hi,When I publish dev exports, the small white icons are not visible in the assets panel even though they are exported (screenshot attached). I would like to suggest making the default background color of assets darker so the icons will be easily visible to the developers. Otherwise, this is a bad user experience for the developers. 

Hi Everyone,Recently the company I've been working with, purchased another licence for Adobe XD soon after expiry of the licence I was using. I had projects stored in the cloud with the expired licence. Unfortunately with this new licence I can't find my cloud documents/projects. I really don't know what to do but I'm very positive my projects are still out there in cloud looking for me as I'm looking for them. Please help us!

Is it true?    There is no way to force strokes dash line to adjusting lengths and spaces to fit so we get a decent dashed stroke corner.    Tell me there a way to do it.PS: Figma is doing it automaticly... 

Hi fam!I'm comming from Figma and now I'm using XD for my new role as a UX/UI Developer and I'd like to know what's the most efficent way to create a interactive data chart/table simliar to the charts like in Excel or Google Sheets. The data charts we work with many component state intractions and embeded-menus. My projects deal with analytics for publishers.
