Adobe XD

Hello,I've downloaded the iOS 15 Production Template for Adobe Xd to design an app icon.Is there any piece of documentation somewhere I could use to understand how I should use the Xd template ?If I insert a shape in the main "App Store Icon" group, I can see that the shape is automatically reproduced in the other groups, but the ratio is not respected.Does it mean I have to manually update the icon contents for all sizes ? Or is there a mecanism I should learn in order to that properly ? Thanks for any advice,loic.b

Can Adobe XD freeze a grouping inside a scroll group? I noticed that the option only come up on header and footer goupongs. Am I missing something? If I put the grouping outside the scroll group then I would lose its component association. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello, I can't use XD anymore, because it systematically opens on a black screen whatever the imported file is. The files are visible in thumbnails. I reinstalled and it still does the same thing.  thank's for your help !   <Title renamed by moderator>

I got the invitation link through email for my new project. However, with the correct Adobe log-in email account, I cannot access the file no matter ho how many times I tried and all the other emails I have tried.    Does anyone have a clue what could be the reason? I tried to contact the Adobe team but it said I have no access to contact them lol.   <Title renamed by moderator>

HiI am attempting to achieve an export of an artboard, into html/css that can be used in an email.Currently i've tried the plugin Web Export, which can export to web with html/css/js.However while the exported document works well in a browser it doesn't work well when the html/css markup is used in an email. In my debugging i used mailchimp tool for converting css styles that are not inline in the document to be inline on the element, as i've understood alot of email clients doesnt support <style> tag, and therefore css needs to be inline.This still does not work, it seems as if the CSS styling is only partially applied. Some text, fonts etc have the right sizes, fonts, boldness etc. But alot of margin's, padding's and such are not working. It is also my understanding through reasearch that the inline CSS is interpreted differently by the different email clients (i am used outlook to test).    So I am trying to find a solution to this problem. Hello, I just saw in my latest document that all the elements are moved.One month ago I put all the elements with an 8 px or 16 px apart between each element and today I just found, that everywhere now are random numbers such as 7, 13, etc. I'm really sure that I didn't move anything in that artboard because I save every week a different document, so that's why I could track it until one month. Every document has a different space between elements: for example, one is 6 in another document the same element has 7. So today I spent 3 hours trying to put everything as it was before, But I don't know why is happening this and if it will happen when I save a new version.

So since I don't always want to save changes I make to a document and XD does always save documents without warning or permission I'm looking for a way to recover documents XD has save over against my wishes.    Is there a way? As a design team we are working with a shared design system library across multiple files, and this has been working great for the last 3 months. (I am not the owner of the shared library).Unfortunately, last Wednesday my library disappeared from XD, strangely I can see it within my assets.adobe.com but it is not displaying within My Library within XD. When I try to add the library it does not appear under ‘All Librarys’ only my personal one is now displaying. It was displaying fine with the Link icon next to it previously. I have tried a few solutions since then including, signing out and back in again, uninstalling XD and even uninstalling Adobe CC but the problem persists. Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. 

Libraries won't show up in XD. I used the CC cleaner to clean the libraries. It acts like it's working but the Libraries folder in my appdata directory. When I try to manually delete the folder, it says that I need permission - even though I'm doing it as an administrator and the permissions look fine.Then when I try to install the CC Library installer, it just stalls at 81%.   {Mod Note: Moving from the Creative Cloud Service board to XD}   <Title renamed by moderator>

After new update of adobe XD on windows PC, My CPU utilization is at 100% most of the times. This freezes my PC and make it unusable. I'm preparing to design a web store that is built with Oracle Commerce Cloud. I would like to use XD for the layout and then share the XD with the developers. Has anyone done this? I searched for  XD templates for Oracle Commerce Cloud, but didn't find any.  Oracle Commerce Cloud builds layouts within a 12 column grid, so I can build a wireframe based upon that, if that's all I have to go on. Thanks! 

Hi,I am facing a strange issue. I installed two fonts in the Adobe Creative Cloud. They show that they are "in the cloud" and "installed" in a green highlighted box.However, when I open Adobe XD and load a file, in the Assets panel it shows that the fonts are missing.What's strange is that- the text is using the installed font. It is displaying the font family that I have installed in the Creative Cloud. However, in the Assets panel it shows "font missing" with a yellow exclamation mark.How do I fix this issue? I have tried to close all apps and sign out from the Creative Cloud and sign back in. But the error is still displaying.

Within the past two days, I've shared two separate prototypes between different development teams, and about 60% of the people accessing either link hit a"Something went wrong..." page. I've tried adjusting the settings, renaming the workflow, duplicating the existing workflow into a new one and generating a new share link, sending invites, clearing all invites, etc. Nothing seems to address the random nature of why certain users are able to access the links fine, and others cannot. Even when they are sent a direct invite.   This problem seems to stretch back into 2021, based on previous support threads. What should I be communicating to the users trying to access these links? Given my generally positive experience with Adobe's products, I'm extremely disappointed with how unreliable share links currently are.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Has anyone ever prototyped a directory/folder tree structure. One that has multiple nested parent/child folders and different and multiple levels? I am trying to create one but I cannot figure out how to get past the second level. I am sure I am not nesting tghe component structures properly. Thanks.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello,I design an app and when I see the prototype in my computer is OK. But, when I record it and after I see the video all the colors are changed to light colors.I attached 2 screen shots, one from the prototyping mode and another fron the recording video. Is some one Know about this problem? How to fix this?Thank you I have PC and the XD version is 31.1.12

After saving, closing and reopening an Xd file, ~80% of images are missing. It worked 2 hours ago. Now the images are gone. I have not changed anything. Images opacity is 100%. They just disappeared.

Hi,  Apologies if this is the wrong area of the forum to post this.I am trying to collect logs from my XD as sometimes inputting text becomes blocked. When I run the executable downloaded from the Log Collector help page once it has extracted all that happens is a notepad opens showing:I don't know what to do with this now. I am on the latest version of windows 10. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

Actually, I'm working on a bitcoin website for a customer. The xd file was provided by the client. And he intends to construct the website in the same manner as the design. However, I was only able to extract the files main.png and bubble.png. My website left side bitcoin image and the right side black screen and bubble not looking exact same. I can fix the bitcoin image but how to fix the right side. What changes need I make to my CSS code in order to achieve the same result as XD? Could someone please tell me?
