Adobe XD

Since the latest Windows software update to Xd, (v 50.0.12) upon pasting the generated Share URL link into a web browser, you are immediately required to log into your Adobe account. Previous to this update this operation appeared to work as usual.  

Hello everyone,I have activated the font FF Tisa Pro from Adobe Fonts. In Adobe XD, however, all font styles are displayed in italic, regardless of whether I have selected regular or italic, for example. I use Windows 10 on the PC and when I select the font in Word / WordPad, everything is displayed correctly.   I have also started a new project in Adobe XD (50.0.12), but the problem is the same.   {Renamed By MOD}

 Hi ,I got always this error message when I try to open Adobe XD on my mac. I deinstalled and reinstalled it, but it's the same. I have no problems with my internet my subscription .. and my other Adobe apps (photoshop, illustrator) are properly working. Please help!   

Hello, I'm using the latest version of XD (50) on Win 10 and my collegue is using a Mac running Monterey 12.3.1 with the same version of XD.  We are both running high speed internet connections.   We have a prototype with maybe 20 screens in total (not huge) that we are experiencing poor performance with when accessing the published link, particularly with a new page we have added.  The performance on this page varies between browsers:   Firefox: 60 plus seconds. Chrome: 3 seconds. Edge: 8 seconds.   Overall performance is laggy though.  Given the simplicity of these pages I would have expected them to load very quickly, dependent on network conditions of course.   Is there a "supported" browser for the XD published prototype?  Does any have any tips for troubleshooting this?    It does reflect poorly on the work we have done.   Thank you.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Why adobe is still not able to resolve this issue till date. Now its may 2022, am using enterprise account still getting "We can’t verify your subscription status." while opening ADOBE XD. Seriously do you think your customers as joke? why you are still reluctant to resolve this over the years. are we not paying the money you are asking? we need answers and fixes. Do fix it!!!

so, I'm creatign an app for college, with a selection part. There are 5 of these with horizontal scroll, which appear when the state changes. When I select the one of the optins, the scrools appear, but aren't scrolling. The only one that is scrolling is the one on the front. I've tried grouping and making them all components, but the others aren't scrolling. any help?

Hi, I work with a 2019 MacBook and since a few months ago, I don't know why I don't visualize correctly the colors in Adobe XD. I have no problems with other software. Everything appears saturated. Where I can find the color profiles? I can find them.Thanks so much!   <Title renamed by moderator>

Library files not uploading into a new document Hello,   I've created a library from a previous XD project file, but I can't use it in a different document other than the source document. I can see the library in the libraries panel and it has the little linked icon on it. Still, when I open the document assets menu (sidebar) there are no components/colours/typefaces related to the library.   Any idea why is this happening?   Thank you,Isaac Barbosa   <Title renamed by moderator>

I use Squarespace for my portfolio site. They have a "block" that allows me to use embedded XD code (below) to show my app prototype. The prototype works fine but when the page loads, it automotacailly shifts half way down the page to the prototype. <center><iframe id="nautilab" width="414" height="736" src="https://xd.adobe.com/embed/afb3c48a-11a6-4296-73d9-068cd5b0c5ef-d982" allowfullscreen sandbox="allow-same-origin allow-forms allow-scripts" frameborder="0"></iframe></center> I would like for my page to remain at the top when fully loaded instead of jumping down to the prototype. I've tried countless solutions such as using sandbox, lazy loading, and loading on scroll view. I've tried using "data src=""" as well among other options. Unfortunately none of these solutions work. The only time it doesn't jump down to the prototype is when it doesn't load at all. How can I fix this? I'm able to use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well. My best gu

Hi All, When I Copy a Component to a New Document, its reverting to its Master State. In older versions, when copying and Paste a component, all states and changes where kept intact in the new Document. You could go to Master State, by using te function found in the "Right Click Menu" Attached you can find an example of a Menu that was Copied and Pasted from One Document to Another. All Menu Names changed including Colour Scheme. This is very frustrating as the Document is very complex now, and I can't go through each Pasted Component and do the changes One by One.  Is there a work around this? and will this be Fixed in the very near?  Thanks.

Hi,   Adobe XD seems to be completely broken. I have the following issues:   I can't add elements from the CC library anymore, all I can do is to add a copy - if I select "place copy" ("Kopie platzieren" in German), XD sometimes crashes, sometimes adds the asset but usually loses it later on Sometimes I can't undo changes. The option is greyed out in the menu and entering ctrl + z has no effect I often can't close XD (especcially when it starts to behave strange). Sometimes I can't copy elements within the document. Navigation through the library does not work sometimes. This means I cant switch from the document library to a cc library, for example (see screenshot) and if I click on the Icon to publish as a library XD the new window crashes (XD itself is running but the windows stays in front).   CC preview images stop working for recently changed elements. There no longer are thumnails, instead a Adobe Cloud icon is displayed.    I'm using XD 50.0.12 on Windows

Hi there, I'm new to using Adobe XD. When I open a new file, it shows a blank board but I cannot click on anything. The X button is greyed out and nothing can be clicked on. I can only quit the application by force quitting from the Activity Monitor. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe XD.   When I signed out of Adobe Cloud, there was a loud noise and my screen froze, so I had to try and force quit again. I am working in a corporate environment on Win 10 (21H2) and the latest Adobe XD version (50.0.12.14).I cannot drag and drop (or copy paste) any assets (jpg, png, svg ...) from Windows Explorer into XD and get always the "Forbidden" icon.I read through the threads and found the solution with the registry key:Setting Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\EnableLUA from 0 to 1 solved the problem and drag and drop works after a reboot. But the policy is reset with every login to my domain which renders the workaround useless. Here is my question: This is a thoroughly discussed problem for many users in coporate environments that exists now for many years, but was not fixed by Adobe. The change of the registry key is no solution because the key was set deliberately by our IT for good resons as they say.Why is Adobe unable to provide a fix for it? Bonjour, je ne sais pas si c’est une fonctionnalité manquante ou si je n’ai pas trouvé la solution mais je n’arrive pas à rendre le redimensionnement réactif sur les ombres et les bordures. D’autre part je n’arrive pas non plus à rendre le redimensionnement réactif sur une image ou un texte défilant, il est impossible de supprimer l’index largeur fixe en redimensionnement manuel et en auto ça ne marche pas non plus.

Error -20 while installing plugins in XD, how can I solve this?

환경설정에서 언어 영어로 설정해두면 새로 킬때마다 리셋되어서 한국어로 설정됩니다. 클라우드에서 기본 영어로 설정해뒀는데 XD 열때마다 어쩔때는 한국어로 열리고 어쩔때는 영어로 언어 바꿔두면 다음날 켜도 영어고 이런식으로 설정이 계속 바뀌어서 매번 변경해주고 있습니다. 버그인가요?

Hello, Im working on a mobile-friendly website, I created 3 copies of the main canvas, for desktop, tablet and phone. I have many text fields and each time I change something, I have to repeat the process for all canvas.My question is: is there any way of syncing the text across all canvas? (I duplicated the canvas and the text fields by pressing ALT) 

I have had more crashes with adobe XD Than I can count now can someone, anyone help with this? I keep losing hours of work.
