Adobe XD

It’s already 2024, can XD automatically make images fit into the shape like Figma?Stop automatically cropping.When importing a large number of images at once, it is very troublesome to adjust them one by one.Can the adobe team PLEASE seriously consider this feature?

Hi everyone. I'm using XD on my macOS version 12.1 for a while now but since the last update, version 47.0.22.9 x64, the screen is flickering whenever I move my mouse over an artboard. It's extremly annoying to work with at the moment. Does anyone know a solution for this?

Dear Adobe XD team Thank you for a wonderful program. I really love using it. However, I often find myself doing webdesign in Illustrator and even Indesign because the keyboard shortcuts is where I want them to be, and I therefor work much faster.   Will we be able to customize keyboard shortcuts in Adobe XD any time soon? Best regards Rasmus

I designed some files with XD when it was free on 2021 but I can not find them in files now. How can i get the access to them?

as the title says , i bought the adobe suite but xd program is not included although it is advertised in my plan, how can i  get it?

I'd love to be able to rename grouped objects so when I go to File > Export Selected the jpgs are named what I want them to be.More detail: We do regular updates to some but not all website elements, I'd love to be able to rename an asset group I plan to select then export as jpg or png. these get exported as things like "Group 35.jpg" by default, and if I select one object at a time it lets me manually rename the exported file name in the mac menu command, however if I select say 8 objects to export at once I can't rename them. I have a file I use as template and it would save so much time If I could right click and set a group name for the group, which stuck when exporting. Sometimes I export 30 objects at once for the mobile and desktop design and uploading is a chore when they aren't named right, and renaming in finder is just another step adding time to things. Plus custom keyboard shortcuts pleeeeeasssee. So currently I am usingAdobe XD to work. I went to open a file that I had last worked on in August and discovered that it has completely vanished. I cannot find the file anywhere on my computer. I know that I saved the file since I had been working on it all summer but the last time that I opened it was in August. Now I am needing to refine things and it had completely dssappeared.

I bought a font called Brockmann to use in a web app. I installed it, and it works everywhere, in all my Adobe apps, except in Adobe XD, where I primarily want to use it. Even works in Figma. This is mildly infuriating. XD says font is missing, and it won't show up in the font list. I even downgraded my version of XD to see if it helped, but it didn't. Please help me.

I've been using Adobe XD for UI/UX design, but I'm struggling with creating responsive prototypes. Can someone guide me on the best practices for designing responsive interfaces in Adobe XD? Specifically, how to handle different screen sizes effectively?

I am the owner of our design system master file built in Adobe XD. I am leaving the company and we need to transfer ownership to one of my collaborators so they can publish updates. I have co-editing enabled but it appears only I can push the share updates. Once the company deletes my adobe account will my team be able to take ownership, manage the file and, publish updates?     

If I download an icon (as svg) from the Material UI library, for example this one:https://fonts.google.com/icons?selected=Material+Symbols+Outlined:search:FILL@0;wght@400;GRAD@0;opsz@24 and then drop it into Adobe XD, the size of the asset in XD becomes very large. In this example with the search icon, the asset becomes 720x720px large, even though the intended size is 24x24px. When opening the svg file in a web browser, it renders properly at 24x24px. It's hard to resize it in XD to match the optical size of the icon, usually you end up with blurry lines because the size is not perfect. This is a relatively new issue, it used to work fine with this icon library, something has changed in the icons themselves (because old icons still work fine). I noticed the viewBox property looks different in the new icons, with values like "0 96 960 960". But even editing these values have no effect to the render in XD.  This is driving me a little bit nuts, any ideas on how to so

The process to create libraries is too bureaucratic and demands that I have to use the cloud... The cloud is fearly new and very unstable, lacks a lot of features other clouds have and it is prone to bugs. I really don't want to be forced to use it just to link assets between 2 files for one job.The library concept seems good and all, but it's not well done and very dependent on the buggy-limited-creative cloud.So, why not give an option to save a library as a local file, like a group of brushes in photoshop? We import it into the new file and use it. It is a fail safe as well in case the cloud has one of its many bugs.*Bonus if the ui to create and import the libraries becomes more friendly, because right now I don't have the time nor disposition to read lots of texts to know what went wrong with my assets or how to do everything in it, really. Hi,I've been experiencing an issue since switching to my new MacBook Pro (2019). I’m unable to open any "Shared with You" documents or collaborate with my coworkers on them. I have an enterprise account and have tried multiple solutions:Searched the community forums for similar issues.Restarted my computer.Reinstalled both the XD app and Creative Cloud.Followed all the steps in the Adobe guide: Fix issues with Adobe XD cloud documents.Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked. The only way I’ve been able to access the file is by downloading it from the "Shared with You" section on Creative Cloud. However, this prevents me from collaborating in real-time with others. HELP??

Since few hours I can't update my website protptype in Adobe Xd. Update is 100% and no errors but when I visit public link I still see old versiono of my prototype. Any ideas?

I'm building a website in XD using Helvetica Neue as my typeface. When a colleague  tries to open the XD website files, the text is not in the right place. Often it looks like it's shifted up or down 5-10 pixels, especially in buttons and bulleted lists. Also, sometimes the text box cuts off some of the text. For example, it's not showing the last line of copy in a paragraph. It looks fine for me since I designed and built the pages, but not for them. Any idea why text seems to be moving and text boxes are cutting copy off when someone opens the files on a different machine? They have the same version of XD as me. See screenshots.

Hello, I have an individual Adobe XD account. I am very satisfied with that and want to upgrade it to an account to collaborate within an organization. It is very important to keep my Adobe XD files. I want to be able to add, modify and manage users. And I want to give them rights (access, add or modify) for the different Adobe XD files. What can I do best?

Hello Everyone, I want to know if there is a way to create a loop animation (autoplay not triggered by anything), especially that we can't use animated GIF or SVG, I tried Time trigger but if works only with artboard not with components in 1 single artboard (or maybe it's possible and I still don't know how)...I don't want to use plugins,  I want to know if this is possible using only Adobe XD...I watched adobe videos, but they show only how to do them in seperated artboards... I want to do all the animations I need in 1 single artboard, or if possible use CSS and Javascript myself, is there a way? Thank you allPeace

Hello, All of a sudden the my XD crashes and after restarting the laptop a few times it starts. It doesn't happen every time, sometimes it doesn't start even after restarting. Thanks Hemant

I have several XD files and from what I understand Adobe XD is no longer available?How to I access these files now?

Hi there.  So, I've created an image in adobe xd. It's a circle image to use as my profile pic for social media (IG, TT, etc). I overlayed and masked a png of me with glowing behind it which I created in adobe express, into a circle with a background pic. When I export it, no matter what I do if it is png, jpg, reduced percent, 2x, whatever it is, it shows up blurry when I upload it to the platforms.  I compressed the exports as well. I created multiple size circles in adboe xd as well (200x200, 400x400, 1000x1000) However, when I send it to myself on my phone and view it on my phone in photos, it's completely clear.  I cannot figure out how to fix this.  Please help! 

As this is a UI/UX design package and UI/UX designers create animated GIF's (with Adobe packages) because they eliminate the need for cumbersome/heavy code and they have limitless animation capabilities - coupled with the fact that Adobe ditched their best html/css animation package in 'Adobe Edge' which enabled designers to create amazing UI examples - you would think it would be somewhat of a priority to accomodate animated GIFs thus allowing a tried and tested form of adding joy to any website to be used.ADOBE - PLEASE inject support for animated GIFs within XD.Kind and hopeful regardsHamish CooperBehance

Hi! I've been using the starter version of XD on my Mac for years. I recently bought a new MacBook and was wondering if there was any way I could install the app on my new MacBook? Whenever I try to open the installer, it redirects me to the creative cloud app which then says that I can't install it. Thank you!
