Adobe XD

The title says it basically. When hitting Command-Q on Mac to quit XD, I get the beachball of hell, and nothing happens until I force quit it.Hay anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution?Latest version of XD and Big Sur.

I can open all apps from Creative Cloud except Adobe Xd ... When I try to open XD I get this error (which I have attached as image). Who knows how I can solve this, because I urgently need XD for my graduation.

How to reproduce:Create a prototype, wire 2 screens triggered by any key on keyboard and gamepad. play the prototypepress any other key. The prototype will work, then it will not anymore, because Adobe XD will understand the pressed key should be the new trigger to that wire you were working before you pressed play to test the prototype. Adobe XD is accepting commands being on the background.  

Today I decided to work on the UI of the app and website that I was building. When I wanted to open the file I saw that my progress went back to where I was about a month ago. How did this happen? I just wasted hours of time for it to be rolled back.

Hi, My skill base is mainly in Adobe Illustrator, but I am tasked with designing a window for Adobe Illustrator and wondered if this is best to be produced within XD. I have searched the internet for tutorials, but looking for Adobe Illustrator Window just brings up results for the OS instead of what I am looking for.Can someone advise if XD is the place for this, and if so, are there any tutorials or starting points you could advise?Thanks for taking the time to read this, Steve

When trying to export an asset or the whole board I get the error message "There was a problem exporting your assets". I tried all the troublsehooting steps I found in Community: reinstalled the tool, changed the location. My colleagues who work with the same board on their machines do not experience this issue. Answering the troubleshooting questions from one of the threads I found: The version of XD and the OS: XD - version 38.1.12.2 Creative Cloud Sync 4.9.0.19; Windows 10 Pro, version 1909, OS build 18363.836Are you getting this error while exporting to a specific format or on all formats? - all formats, all files, uploaded/created from scratchHave you tried changing the destination of the export? Please try that and let us know if that helps? - Yes, it didn't help

Hello! I want to make basically what amounts to a clock animation: I want to have several lines with anchor points (which I do not know how to make) in the middle of a circle rotating from their current position at 0 degrees to a position around the circle. I am having trouble with transparency and color for certain items on import of an SVG that was originally exported out of Photoshop. Any help is super appreciated.Here is a quick run down of what I am doing?Watch Loom VideoMy gut is that transparency and things layer FX from Photoshop are NOT supported. Can you please confirm if this is actually the case OR better yet, how to set up my export settings or layers so that I don't have to update them on import?The other option is to export as PNG and then use transparent buttons in XD for prototyping flow.Thanks for your time!

OS Windows 10 Pro 20H2 OS build 19042.685Adobe XD Version 38.1.12 (most recent version) XD crashes during autosave operations at the end of the save. The file seems to be saved correctly and contains all expected data when reopened. This happens with all files and has been present on and off for about 4 months or so but within the last week has become constant. I only use cloud documents so I am unsure if it happens with local documents. I am seeing similar threads dating back a few years often with a staff member saying the problem has been fixed. I also remember having this issue before although maybe not this bad. Maybe this is a regression or a new bug? Either way, it is killing my work and any help would be much appreciated.

I have some tips,Recent files will display 15 files at most in home page, a lot of blanks left below, can more files be listed here by default?There are a lot of cloud files in cloud documents, but it seems no search can be used, it will take me a lot of time to find one file. That is terriable.Cloud documents- shared with you, only name and date shared two columns displayed, It is hard for me to figure out modified time. For co-edit mode, this does make sense. Thanks for your time, look forward to your good news.

When I paste component from library, it becomes the master state of the master component of component that was used to make this copy.  I got 2 master components, created one from another. For example, I'v had create green button for shared library number 1, and then copy the green button to the next file, made it local, changed color, and then publish the button orange into a library 2. Hi can someone help me i don't understand why, even if i set my  languages preferences to English i still see the adobe xd interface in Italian, i also changed the country to uk  

After I update Adobe XD to the latest version(34.3.12.1) today, I found Adobe XD is not working smoothly as compared with the earlier version.When I examine Windows Task Manager, it shows "Runtime Broker" always takes up my cpu.Restarting XD and computer did not make things good. And I found it weird that RuntimeBroker.exe is acquiring memory and then releasing them, again and again and again. It seems it stucked into an infinty loop. My Windows Version is 10 Pro 2004

Why can't I open an XD file that my colleague sends me?We work in the same company but not with the same operating system. It works on window and the last version of XD 37.1.32.2 and I on OSX with the last version of XD 36.2.32. You no longer ensure the compatibility of the files created between the two versions of XD: Windos OSX ???WTF?

Hi everyone,I'm getting a problem with shared documents stored in Adobe Cloud.It takes too long to load. I have a 6 megas file, which I've shared with the integration team. When I try to reopen this same file, It takes incredible 10 minutes to appear! The load bar get stucked in about 60%. The only solution is RESTART MY COMPUTER!I'm under a hi speed network connection, and my mac mini work smoothly and steady, so I don't think the problems come from the connection or computer speed. Have a nice day!

Assuming I'm working on a document that sources styles and components from a single Master Style XD document (each as cloud files), is it possible to select components in the working file and relink them to an alternate Master Style XD document? Chris

Hi there    I've been using Xd on a starter plan and I am using the link publishing function quite often for different versions of a document. Now I just got the notice, that the "maximum number of published links is reached" and I am not able to publish links anymore. Since I would like to continue on the starter plan, I was wondering whether it is possible to delete previously shared links, since I dont need them anymore. Anyhow, I deleted some documents "permanently", but I still can't share links.  I have already tried this: https://helpx.adobe.com/at/creative-cloud/help/remove-shared-links.html#:~:text=Rufen%20Sie%20die%20Creative%20Cloud,entfernen%2C%20um%20ihn%20zu%20deaktivieren however, there is not the option in my account to click on "publish" and then delete link.    Could you please let me know, whether this issue can be resolved?    Many thanks in advance.

Hi community, I wondering why it is so hard to create blank space at the top of an artboard. When I resize an artboard the content stays in the top left corner regardless of where I pull the handle. I tried different keys (SHIFT, Option, CMD, CTRL) but that didn't help me.  My current workflow for generating blank space at the top is like this: - Select the artboard - Drag handle to generate bottom space - Click in artboard  - Select all objects in the left panel (CMD+A would select everything on the canvas) - Move them to the bottom Is there an easier way to do this? XD is constantly crashing it is the most frustrating thing ever, not only does the app have minimal functionality compared to others but it crashes half the time, its literally everyday and many times during the day

It seems that the XD publishing service is down. None of my links are loading properly. Anyone else having trouble? Makes it very hard to get stakeholder feedback when they cannot load my work! Adobe.... Help!

Hi, my xd file seems to be not working properly like icons and prototyping are breaking on any ios mobile but the prototyping is working perfectly on android. Please help in fixing this issue.

Is there a way to drag and select multiple objcts in diffrent groups like in Sketch, see the expample video. It is very fustrating when you have to select many elemets in different groups or in one group by having to keep clicking by holding just the command button.  Is XD planing on adding this functionality? It can save users time and the headache of slecting elemets one by one in groups.
