Adobe XD

Hi, Recently I updated to the latest Adobe XD, and all works fine but the language is switched to Chinese. I can't switch back to English. Even the "Language" menu in Adobe XD is grayed out.I run WIndows 10 with English as system language (though my secondary language is Chinese).I have googled the issue and tried some of the solution, but none of them worked. Some help may be vary appreciated. Thanks!

I'am working on Mac (10.15.5). With german OS and german Magic keyboard. Since the last update the shortcuts changed to english. Also XD is in german, but the shortcuts are in english. So most of them I can't use. Any solution?   

When I'm exporing images in XD the web option gives me two options. One at 1x and one at 2x. But, when I choose 2x I don't get an image that is bigger. I get one that is half the size and one that is the same size. Why? How do I get the image to be bigger? 

I am unable to copy and paste linked images from Illustrator 2018 to Adobe XD 2018 on Mac. The issue seems to be the same whether this linked image is on it's own, part of a group, or part of a clipping path. In all cases, no image shows up.Yet this Adobe help doc says the following, "You can also copy and paste bitmap images from Adobe Illustrator and paste it into XD, retaining its fidelity."Could someone please confirm that copying and pasting images from Illustrator to XD on Mac is currently broken.Thanks kindly,

Hi,I have been having some problems with Adobe XD since yesterday. After I click on the icon to open I get to see a blank white screen for about a second before it shuts down again. So far I have tried logging out of the Creative Cloud app and logging back in. I have tried reinstalling Adobe XD about 5 times, I restarted my computer a couple of times and just now I updated to the latest windows build. But nothing helped. This is my version of Windows: If I search for "Adobe XD" on my computer I find a lot of AppCrash logs, they are quite lengthy and I'm not sure if it's useful so I won't post them right away, but I can post them if needed. I noticed that this is a pretty recent problem for a lot of Adobe XD users but it seemed to be caused by a certain version of Windows that I don't have. I hope there is anyone who could help me find a way to make it work again. Also I'm open for suggestions for other alternative software as I really need to get started on a prototype now for a projec

Please i downloaded My Adobe creative cloud, but each time i clicked on "Show in Folder", i got an error message saying "Server Execution Failed". What should i do. Because i'm just seeking a way to oppen my Adobe xd app....Please what i do

Hello, At this time, if you want to share a mockup with your colleague, you need to add him to the document using "invite to document"This is not productive. Can we share cloud access to the team ( to folders and subfolders)?Use the same 2-factor authentification with one admin as an extra security layer that would validate everyone.  Thank you,Sergiu 

Hi, When I create a component and try to repeat it with a grid, I can't edit the text in the hover or active state, because they are stuck with the text I wrote in the main component. I can edit all the states if I just drag and drop it (or duplicate it). But in this case I have to go in three times and edit the text in each state (default, hover and active). Since I'm building a configurator that has many options, I was wondering what would be the fastest way. I would basically need a button with text inside that goes bold when hovered or clicked, that allows me to edit just the default state, and not all three of them. I have a feeling that it's a really dumb question and that I'm missing something basic, sorry if that's the case.

After Re-installing Adobe Xd, a large chunk of my XD files have disappeared from the Cloud. How do I recover those files?

Please help me with adobe xd. I am just fed up with this application. after 20-30, It automatically stops working. and after that it asks me to log in. this is the 4th time I am going to sign in. i checked my configuration they are ok. I tried updating and reinstalling the application. more than 50 times I sent to report the adobe. but never received a response from them regarding this application crash.   

No matter what state I use, (hover or new state) the last state I choose overrides. (even if clicking on artboard between each state). 

Hi Everyone I just exported an artboard in PDF with a masked picture in it and when I checked it, the picture was completely distorted. Saved it as a JPEG and it was all good but as a PDF, its complete rubbish. Please does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you so much.

Bonjour, I hope all is well with the Adobe team and especially the XD team. So I'm getting to the heart of the matter but can you improve the libraries within XD? We can't take it anymore to make defile advitam eternam all our components.  It's a mess, it's probably a bias on your part but I'm sorry, when we start to create continuity in our screens with a lot of components, scrolling or searching them becomes a waste of time. Sketch has revolutionised the grouping of components in some ways and figma is taking this functionality to another level by linking documentation to the update note when you have a component library. We have the CC library which is an advantage in the adobe ecosystem but honestly in its current state it doesn't serve much purpose in XD. What are your plans for this feature? Have a nice weekend!

Hello All, When I shared my file in XD with a client for review, all six artboards are visible, but all the artboards except for one are missing when I return to work on it. The issue is a BIG RED FLAG for me. The good news is I was able to revert to an older version and save it as new, whoo! Has this happened to anyone else in the Adobe community?Is this a known bug with XD? It sounds like this user is having a similar issue here. Unfortunately, it does not look like there's a solution even though it's marked with a correct answer. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone has any info on this.Thanks, Tony 

I have an IMac (21.5 inch) Mid 2010, on Mac OS High Sierra. I have Adobe XD , but can't get the latest version. Is there any way I can get the latest version without getting a new IMac? I can't afford a new Mac now. My understanding is that it operates on macOS X v10.14 or later.

Hi,i am Running a Windows machine on the newest version together with the latest XD version. When i try to export my Assets for our Dev, the Source Files are exportet blank. The same goes for the online view function, where the downloadable Elements are all blank. How can I fix this?

This is a new issue I have been seeing in the most current versions. I am running on MacOS Big Sur Version 11.2.3 on a late 2020 Macbook Air M1. I have the most current CC (5.4.2.540), XD (38.0.12.13), and Photoshop (22.3.0). Some time around when Photoshop was changed over to the version to support the M1 ARM chips I noticed that it wasn't behaving well with XD, but haven't had an opportunity to really try it until today.  What I am seeing is that if I take a masked image (drag and drop image from browser to shape in my design) and "edit in photoshop" it opens ok and allows me to edit as I normally would, but when I save it never pushes that update to the XD object.  My initial issues when the update first launched made it so I couldn't even open Photoshop using the "edit in photoshop" option and I had to roll back the version of PS. I updated it back to the current version and noticed that new problem. This is a process I have been doing w

I'm creating a rectangle and giving it size values in the transform dialog. Then I want to give it other values, and this task seems to fail in various ways.-It doesn't show the new values or resize the rectangle-It shows the updated value on x only, despite the lock being on-A different value is given to the rectangle, than what I typed. Restarting the app seems to work at least most of the time, but I may need to delete the rectangle and create a new one. Currently on Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.19045 Build 19042XD version 38.1.12.2

I've got text layers that are in stack and when i change the color of the font the size of that group change. 

When i Create a component inside another component, hover state in auto-animate mode is not working for that component is inside another!Imagine this:We have a component that has a Hover State that gets bigger when the cursor moving on it, and inside it we have a botton that has to move down a bit when the cursor moving on it!now, we have no problem with the first component and it works fine! But the second component has a problem and acts as a transition instead of an auto-animate mode.Next point:Hover estates in auto-animate mode still act as transitions when it comes to adding shadows!

Adobe XD is stuck in a sync loop when I open a shared work file. I have tried the suggested fixes online -- Deleting the .db files in CoreSync folder in Temp folder of Windows 10. I have also tried uninstall and reinstall.  This issue also occurs for my coworkers on their computers which are Macs.
