Adobe XD

I would like to have a scrolling popup like it works on this page: https://www.chanel.com/de/parfum/p/125530/n5-eau-de-parfum-zerstauber/As soon as you scroll further down and the product goes out of the picture a popup should come from above. Further information on the product follows below. Is there a possibility to trigger a popup by scrolling or is there another solution to create this?Example

Two of my developers I'm working with on two separate website design projects cannot open my XD files. They are getting an ERROR message. One developer was able to open them the first half of the project, thankfully. Then all of a sudden he could not open any new files I sent with updates.  Please advise. This is really bad timing with trying to get these sites live.  "invalid file format" is the message they receive when trying to open the file. (We are both on the latest version of XD).

macos bigsur 11.1xd always crashes after opening the file and has been installed in adobe storage many times 

Hi Everyone, I have a problem with the links when I share the project. 1) When I share to Development (I update link, and share with the developers, it works fine, we add the link to our Confluence page and they can access it anytime)2) Then when I change to Design Review, and update link then share, the client gets the link to view, and it works. (they can add notes, reviews etc)HOWEVER, now the initial link to Developers have, no longer works. Is this a bug? I expect to generate multiple links to DEVELOPER, DESIGN REVIEW, PRESENTATION etc and they should all work at anytime with the latest updates (when I push the UPDATE LINK, while selected the different person I selected it was aimed at) Looking forward to your response..   

Hello, When I try to copy and paste artboards from XD into other program it will crash them. I've never had this issue, usually it will just paste the artboard as a png. 

Hi all,I updated my mac to macOS BigSur and XD crashes every time I try to open a file or create a new one. I send a few log files via Log Collector. You guys have a plan to fix it? I don't want to try to downgrade my OS.PS: I removed and re installed XD, nothing has changed. Cheers,Mehmet

I'm looking for a solution to a project I need to do.  This is to feature a building that is in construction and coming soon.  I need to highlight 4-6 sections of the building and pop-up a layout/diagram, and possibly some copy, for each. Here's a scenario:I will have a rendering of a building as the background.There will be various 'areas' of the building that are highlighted somehow.  Perhaps a slow, pulsing outline for each 'active' area so users will know what is 'active'.As the mouse rolls over various areas of the photo, they would have the ability to click and pop-up a diagram/floor plan of that area, which might have some copy as well.They then can close, or click off, and move to another area, etc. In the past, I may have used Flash for this but I don't know the bet way to do it now.  I'm not sure what the correct way to do this one is.  Is Adobe XD something that can handle this?  Are there Envato Elements templates like this that I can

I'm working in a Cloud file and Adobe XD (26.0.22) rolled back twice and I lost work done. How is this triggered? I'm using Windows 10. When blocking the station XD disconnects?   Why the CTRL + S doesn't save the cloud document?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

When inspecting an element in spec mode, often a colour which is not part of the design appears as being part of that element although it is not.After some investigation, it turns out that these colours are coming from non-applied shadows. As there's no option to have "no colour" in Appearance>shadow how do you fix this?This is causing problems when sharing a design system for development. as it causes confusion when colours that shouldn't be there at all appear in spec mode.

I'm running macOS High Sierra 10.13 and it's telling me that XD is not supported. Is there a way to get an older version via Creative Cloud or an offline installer?

I don't want to mask anything. I want to pull in images into my workspace for inspiration. When I want to see what a 'section' of an image looks like on my artboard, I want to be able to select a part of that image and paste it into the artboard. Sketch has this feature. Catch up.

Hi I would if anyone can help me, as i am currently pulling my hair out. I've built a grid of client logos that function as buttons. Each has a rollover state and each contains a client logo which is an SVG. In order for each box to have a set amount of white space i have used two boxes. The first is the background transparent box that functions as the shape. The second is a smaller box which will contain the SVG logo. The smaller box functions as a mask. I've then made this into a Master component. I then add instances of this component onto the page to build the grid of logos. The issue comes when i then try to replace the SVG logo. If i drag a new logo into the mask, it doesn't replace the one which is already there. If i drag the new svg onto the existing svg it becomes masked by the original logo. This is drving me nuts, and is stopping me from creating the logo grid from a single Master component. Can anyone throw any light onto what i am doing wrong? I cannot install any plugin into XD. When I attempt to install a plugin, I get the message "You're disconnected.  Check your internet connection."  My internet is working fine. XD version is 35.3.12.2(Starter), Creative Cloud Sync 4.3.71.1

Hi, Adobe XD keeps crashing on startup, showing a white screen for 1-10 seconds. It just won't launch. I've tried all the solutions I can find online, including:this oneand this oneI've also tried creating a new user account, with no luck. I looked it up in Event Viewer, where I found this error report:I've seen that twinapi.appcore.dll was an issue, yet my issue comes from KERNELBASE.dll, which I've tried to fix, but without any luck either. This is becoming really frustrating since I've also tried installing earlier versions, of which v.20 worked. Any newer version doesn't. I need to work with component states due to a school project, of which the deadline is within 10 days. I really need help with this.

I have created a typographical scale. When I go to edit the names, the change appears but after a few seconds the previous nomenclature returns with no error message. It simply disappears without warning.How can I solve it?

Hello, community I appreciate it if someone helps me to clarify how can I move a component from the Pasteboard to a normal Artboard? I tried to drug it but in vain.
