Adobe XD

I'm having issues with my reviewlink.The flow is ok, when you click the actions it will leed to the correct artboard. But I want to align the pages, so if you click on the forward button on the review link that it's shown as the next action. Right now, some of my artboards are suddenly placed in the end of the reviewlink even though this isn't the case in the xd file. How do I change this? Hey.  I recently noticed that the hyperlinks I've created in my XD prototypes are no longer working in my portfolio when I embed.  (This started about a week ago).  Has anyone encountered this with the latest versions of XD?  I chatted with an adobe team member last week over several days to try and resolve the issue.  They were on the portfolio side of things and determined it was an XD issue, not a My Portfolio issue.  But XD support is not available over the weekend and I'm on a crunch for this project.  I also noticed that when I edit the embed code, the initial code I paste is different than the code that populates when I click "Save Embed."  When I manually type in a specific pages URL it opens up with the latest embed/prototypes, so it is uploading, but again, the hyperlinks do not work whether it's to another page within the myportfolio domain, or an entirely external link. Hello everyone - I really need to share my XD documents out but I get the error message "This feature isn’t available because your organization has disabled sharing." I have a private licence and I can't find where to enable sharing again - unsure how i disabled it in the first place 😞TIA 🙂

why adobe xd app is not visible on creative cloud desktop and other apps are written incomptible why?

Hi all, I drew a ellipse in my artboard and drag and drop an image into it, becoming a background fill. So now I would like to get my original image (Which is in rectangle) but I can't extract it from the ellipse.May I know anyway I can do so? Thank you so much!

I have some elements on the homepage that I've copy-pasted onto another artboard, but on the second artboard, those elements are in a different spot on the page, and so it shows the elements as sliding up from where they were on the homepage, to where they are on the second artboard. There's no actual animation linked to them, they're not components and they're not linked to the original elements, so I don't know how to tell XD to treat both instances of these elements as separate entities.

I was provided a brand style guide in .pdf format. How do I access a logo from the style guide to use in my wireframes in XD?  I've tried importing the .pdf into Illustrator and Photoshop but I wasn't able to copy an individual item.

Does anyone know how I turn these things off, it's a little bit annoying?  

If open a new document it closes after 30 seconds: Something went wrong. (Error: 49).I also can't save a local document: The file could not be saved. Please try saving again. (Error: 49).I also can't save a cloud document: There was an error saving the file as ".....In short I cannot use XD in any capcity local or cloud, saved or unsaved.

I'm encountering issues while attempting to install plugins into my Adobe XD application. Although the plugins are visible, I receive a notification stating they are incompatible. Additionally, Adobe XD is absent from the "Installed Apps" section in my Creative Cloud desktop app, despite having an active subscription for Adobe XD and confirming its installation on my computer. This problem has been ongoing for several weeks, and despite efforts to resolve it through my IT department, it persists. What steps can I take to resolve this issue effectively?

Hello everyone! Sadly almost before finishing the project, this problem occoured. I tried to search for simmilar problems, found a lot of forums, but none of them helped me/fixed the issue. I've tried to convert to smart object. Tried to Merge, Flatten, Clear.. Also tried to export as PNG,JPG, Save for Web Legacy, Embed colors, etc. Basicly everything that i can think about. I am still kinda new to Photoshop, so i am open to try different variants ^^ Thanks in advance!P.S I tried with both Photoshop 2021 and 2023. (this/simmilar problems were reported since 2018 or something like that)P.P.S On the picture, marked as (1) is before exporting/converting/merging, etc.Marked as (2) is after export/save as/convert/merging,etc. 

The Adobe XD file that I was working on has dissapeared. The program logged me out of my Adobe account and asked me to log back in. After I did this the file that I was working on for up to 100 hours was suddenly missing.At first I was still able to see the file in the recently used files in the pop-up menu of Adobe XD on the taskbar, but after pressing it nothing happend... Now that I have restarted my computer it is not even visible in there.  Please send help😭

Anyone else have this issue or a solution? My team is having a "text shift" issue and we can't figure out how or why it's occuring. Occasionally text will shift out of position, and go lower than the text box itself! It's causing alignment issues, and we can't figure out why it's happening or why it is occurs with some text but not others. It doesn't matter if we have the text box set to auto-width or fixed size, it still happens. We only notice it after we close out the file and reopen it later on.  

Hello and sorry if this has been posted again.But this is a persistent and old problem...Annoying Adobe XD bug that is still active after lots of versions:In relatively large documents, with many artboards and images, randomly, when double clicking at least point type text boxes, there isn't a selection background, you can't see what is selected. And also, you can't type in anything. Click another text box may lead to similar results. From that point onward, the best solution would be to close Adobe XD and reopen it. This may happen an hour after opening a file, or half an hour, or less, or more, or not happen. It doesn't necessarily happen daily (but it may happen more times a day). But it definitely happens often enough that is not a once-in-a-month problem.A variation of this is that text boxes sometimes can only be unselected (and lose focus) by using the Esc key. Has Adobe XD been discontinued? I thought I read Figma and XD are merged, and I'm now assuming that XD no longer exists...The app does not appear in my CC desktop app or on the web. I'd really like to use it for responsive formatted email design. Somebody, please help!

Hi I am looking for convenient pluginn to solve my issue below.. When open up XD file, on document asset rail on left side, there is a list of component.Some of them has refresh icon with blue background.When I right-click the component, there is an optinon called highlight campus, and shows which artboard has the component. We can visually check that. But does anyone know if any pluginn can list of artboards that contain the component? Thank you! 

I am making a website for a web design class. I have imported a video on the Home page and it works perfectly fine when you first click on it. However, if you leave the Home page of the website to go to another page, and then come back to the Home page, the video does not play. It is set to play automatically and is on loop, so I'm not quite sure what the solution is here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Adobe XD crashes on launch and shows logo screen only. It's been many days since this issue is coming. The blank screen is normal in XD now. Please resolve this issue.

I really need this to be sorted out as it very important for me. I would really appreciate any help and feedback.The path taken to redeem the voucher is as follows: Opened "Claim Your Reward" Email from CourseraClicked  blue "Claim Your Reward" Button within email. That opened a window to my Coursera account/messages screenI clicked on the message that read "View Your Reward"A pop-up appeared with a blue button reading "Claim Your Reward", I clicked that.It opened a new window from Adobe Partner Offer RedemptionsI clicked the "select" button next to 9 month Adobe XD membership. The screen did not change except for a message reading "APO codes not available for this product"This was the only error message that appeared.Please help. I really need this.

Wondering if anyone in the community or at Adobe can answer a question about how XD is making PDF files and how to get the exported files smaller. I have a project with 21 artboards. On most of the artboards, I have a large image that I have applied a mask. When I generate a PDF of all 21 artboards the file is 142 MB. VERY LARGE. I've tried to use Acrobat Pro to reduce the file size with mostly no luck. I get a message that says images with mask applied were not reduced (or cropped to the artboard?) Can anyone explain how to get the file size smaller either using XD or Acrobat?

At my job, we were cleaning up accounts and the account I was working on was removed from admin and mine was added. The issue is my boss sent me a back up of my files but all the cloud files have converted to xdc files and cannot be opened by XD. I tried to convert them on acrobat but they also can't be opened there. Does anyone have any advice? I really need to access my files as some very important work is on the cloud.    <Title renamed by moderator>

I have two new hires at my company who have been given full Enterprise Creative Cloud licenses. The problem we have is that XD is not available for download in the Creative Cloud app. I read through forums that said to wait 24-48 hours for it to appear, but that time has passed and it is still not available. How can my new hires get access to XD?

I have Adobe XD listed as an app included in my student discount subscription, but it does not show up in my apps (I've had this subscription for a few months, and all of the apps I have shown no problems when I've installed and used them).I tried installing XD through my browser but a pop-up box appeared saying that I am either not eligible to or my laptop does not support the system requirements for the app (it's a MacBook Pro V14.0).I am very confused and stressed about this, so hopefully I'll be able to get some answers here. Thank you! 

Hi everyone. In the latest build of XD (39.0.12) the Export Whole Canvas has been removed from the export Menu Item, which was still there in (38.1.12). I found this useful to create an overview for clients, along with the individual artboards. I'd have text on the pasteboard next to canvases. Just became a lot easier than exporting individual artboards to illustrator and then position them. to give that overview.
