Adobe XD

It seems like they are sunsetting XD.With regards to existing designs, is their any way to port it over to Figma?

 Hello togehter,since a few days we have problems to share files with our customers.Just one of them can't open shared links to specific files.We've already tried to remove and recrate the links, but he still get the same error message.Please help us to find a solution for this problem. 

Explanation: When I open XD at Home Page as shown below and when I'm using to create/edit something, the Home and Tool Bar (not limited to it) starts to get that appearance over a few seconds, like the elements of the program is begining to degrade. It degrades to a certain point then stays like that until closed, minimized or hovered by the mouse, but will degrade again. At the moment I've only seen this problem in my laptop using Adobe XD and Bitwarden. If I hover a clickable text element with my mouse, it'll fix but return to bad state after a few seconds. I don't know where the problem lies and I need assistance to keep working. I use a monitor as a principal video and the laptop screen is secondary.Specs: i7 7700HQ, mainboard 0P84C9 A01, 24GB of RAM, Geforce 1050ti 4gb

However, when i try to redeem the code through a message in Coursera, the page  of adobepartneroffer.com won't open. I would be very grateful if you could solve the problem, because i need this for the rest of the UX course. 

Hii, I'm unable to instal abode XD on my mac, Althoigh inhave licensed creatve cloud but in my "all apps" section, i am not ablt o see the xd software.

Hi, I'm prototyping a design that requires logic rules added to it. For example, a radio button accepting terms of service cannot be cclicked until the link has been clicked to read the full terms of service (example bleow). I cannot find any information on how to accomplish this. If anyone can point me to a resource demonstrating how conditions may be added to an interaction I'd super appreciate it 

Hello, since this morning I can no longer launch adobe xd, I tried to uninstall it and reinstall the latest version of creative cloud and xd. I also updated my macos version to ventura but nothing works. I don't know what to do to correct this problem. I need help

Hello.. After a few minutes of working with the XD the keyboard stops working. I cannot edit anything. Shortcuts, Ctrl + c, Ctrl + V, etc. do not work. Zoom does not work. Everything that has to be done on the keyboard does not work. In other open programs the keyboard works perfectly. If I restart the Adobe XD it still doesn't work, the only solution to make the keyboard work again is to restart the PC, which I have to do every 5 minutes. I can not work like this. Please, I need a solution ASAP.Best.

xD seems a light weight tool but performance is very bad even though I have 16GB of ram and less app opened.Even a few minutes of job is dragging to an hour. Most of the times, not able to rename layes, edit color values in a picker, not able to edit text in a artboard. So many issues. Can technical team look into the performance issue?   <Title renamed by moderator>

hello, I'm a student and have access to Creative Cloud. I have all aps without adobe XD but it's neccesary for my program. when i try to use links for downloading application' creative cloud wrote that it doesn't exist.What i need to do in this situation? 

The undo and redo functions are disabled.  Can't seem to find a way to turn them back on.

I have been looking to clear the connections between various canvas,  1. I would like either select a few sceens and clear the conncetion either coming to canvas or  moving away from canvas. 2. I would like delete/clear all the connections created on  the files.  

Will there be a tool developed to convert XD files over to Figma since Adobe seems to be sunsetting XD? I have a lot of files already built in XD, and having to rebuild them all in Figma from scratch will be a nightmare. 

My team has come to rely on Xd but this level of pixellation when exporting images is forcing us to look into other programs. (Both of these images are at 1x and have been exported in the method recommended by the Adobe tutorial.) Was there a bug in the latest update that would account for this at all? It seems to have worsened over time.  

Adding graphical elements to a library from within Photoshop or illustrator seems to work fine, however, if I create a graphic in XD and add it to a library, there seems to be no way to edit that library element!  (or at least no obvious way i can see in the same way as .ai and .psd elements). Would anybody be able to help? many thanksNick

Im reletively new to XD, (and am anticipating a move to figma when adobe do something with it)  and i was wondering if someone could help me with a libraries question? So ive got a bunch of elements im colating in a global library, some create from within photoshop and some created in illustrator.  When viewing them from within XD, i get the option to edit a library element within Photoshop if it was created in Photoshop, but i cant see an equivelent option for items created in Illustrator .  Am i missing something? I can also go into illustrator and edit the item from the library in there, but it would be nice if i could link out to everything from within XD thanks for your helpNick   

I'm trying to export my mock up but I don't see any of the options to do so on the export menu. I've looked through vid tutorials and the export menu they show has options to chose for desktop, iso, or android but my Xd doesn't have that.I'm attaching a screenshot of my export menu 

Hi Ive just started to look into XD after years of using photoshop, and am really liking it. However im aware of adobes Aquisition of Figma and how XD is now in 'maintenance mode' and i was wondering if anyone could give me the latest info on what might be happening in the future to Figma/XD?  As i dont want to sink lot of time into learning XD if Adobe then scrap it and concentrate on figma. thanks for your helpNick

Hi ,   have faced XD hanging issue when i worked with it some time text was stuck some time scorling were stuck and 

My Creative Cloud Plan includes Adobe XD. But when I try to install the program from Creative Cloud - the installation progress is slowly reaching 40% and after that, the installation is so fast reaching 80% and after that appears the pop-up message - " Installation Failed". Also in Creative Cloud near to Adobe XD I have a reminder "XD is in maintenance mode". Maybe that is the reason. But when will this update finish and I can install XD? or maybe there are some another reason?       

If I am no longer a user, will my Xd links still be available to anyone they were shared with?

I need to know why the mobile version of XD's preview is no longer working for my site. It was working perfectly fine until today when I completed the prototype. Now, all of a sudden, I pull it up on my phone and nothing will work no matter what I tap. The only exception being the triple tap to bring up the menu. It does work on the desktop preview. What is wrong with this app?

When I share a prototype I expect the default zoom to be 100% unless the screen is too small. This used to be how it worked but since the latest update the default setting is just "fit-to-screen". This means that when I share a prototype with a viewport of 850x800px (total document size is 850x2000px) it fills my large screen and the zoom is 144.1%. I've already had complaints from clients that everything looks too big and needs to be reduced – I can hardly expect them to know they have to zoom out to see it at "actual" size. I can't seem to find a way to change the default setting but according to this article the default should be 100%:You can select from the pre-defined zoom increments: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% (default), 150%, 200%, as needed. However this is not my experience — see here for an example.
