After Effects

Hi guys,  I'm working on a 4k hyperlapse and when use the tracker to stable it and after all the manual tracking applied correctly but the timeline is not rendering after effect render only few frames and stop their when I play it, it only play only the render part. Can someone please help me how can I get it done. I struggling with it for 4 days now. Regards,

Hello, I recently updated from 23.6 to 24.0 version of After Effects and it is saying that CC Sphere is missing whenever I launch my project. Do you know how I can get it back in the latest version?  

We have a client that we work with a lot.In their brand guidelines they work with big chunks of text, left justified, in a light version of their font but highlighting important words with a semibold version of the font.Text is often sliding in line by line from the left.  I REALLY like to make it a Mogrt since i do the exact same animation over and over again.But it seems like there is no way of working with different font weights in the same block of text if you want it dynamic and make a Mogrt or use it with Master Properties.I saw this clip that used the Text Animator to highlight words with the index of the word.How to Highlight words easily - After Effects Tutorial The idea of working with slider is good but it only changed the color of each word.I'm open to any suggestions, hacks, over complicated, slow.I want to target specific word/words not whole lines and to be able to have more than one highlight section.

   Selecting any of the suggested options - nothing happens, app closes. As you can imagine this has put a stops on all work. So this is fairly dire! Things that DON'T WORK, Manually trashing prefs. Uninstalling and reinstalling through Adobe CC app. Restarting PC multiple times.  My system:Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X 24-Core Processor 3.80 GHz64-bit operating system, x64-based processor96Gb RAM (because one slot is down currently)  

EDIT: Disregard. I just reloaded AE and it is now working.    Hello,  I create motion graphics for my company and I export from After Effects to our Motion Graphics Library. However, after updating to the latest version. It goes through the export process of the motion graphic and I set the destination to our shared library but when I press export. It does not show up in our Library... Attaching photos for reference. 

Version: 23.6.0OS: Sonoma 14.0 I am developing an After Effects extension. I use for this CEP tools. My main problem is that I can't understand how to debug the dev process with the After Effects. Basically, I would like to write a line with something like "console.log("We have control over")" and see it in some kind of a console. However, I can't make it work. I tried to open also the localhost with the port from .debug file, but it seems I can't even open the extension unless I prepare the production build.  Please let me know where I can see some resources? Thanks!

Hi thereSince I switched to a M2 Pro MacBook Pro from a Intel based iMac Pro I noticed that in all AE Versions since 23.x (and 24) the Ram-Preview & Caching seems worse than on Intel CPU's Macs? Also the Audio is being played already and often distorted while the Ram Preview is being cached. On both machines Intel and the new M2 I have 32GB Ram installed.

Bonjour, J'ai un problème de prévisualisation, quand j'appuie sur la barre espace tout fonctionne et puis a un moment, après avoir appuie plusieurs fois, quand je veux lancer la prévisualisation avec la barre espace ça ne fonctionne plus et la barre bleu recule d'une frame a chaque fois que j'appuie sur barre espace. J'ai chercher partout mais je ne trouve pas de solution, j'ai meme tester sur d'ancienne version d'after effect et j'ai encore le bug  Je vous remercie d'avance, bonne journé.

I didn't do any heavy animation: just added "Animation Composer 3" effects to the Illustrator file. There's always a point where I'm replaying what I've created, and the screen just freezes. I can't use the mouse or keyboard anymore. So I had to reboot my computer. Now when I tried opening After Effects againThings I tried: Clearing the disk cache, and disabling the plug-in.I have included the log file below

Hi,I have a 3d logo face c4d (example) with separate layers I want to rotate on the head axis 0,0,0 but there’s a problem.1. the c4d setup has all the layers with the same axis point as "head" (refer to pic 1)I've exported each 3d layer as a separate cineware c4d file, imported them into ae and made 4 layers in formLayers in formprimary: headform2: eyesform3:head borderform4: noseThis is so i can have control each layer differently.if I don’t normalize all the layers I bring in, they line up perfectly and looks like this: (refer to pic 2) 3. If I normalize them all it looks wrong like this: (refer to pic 3) 4. So the non-normalize looks correct so i use that, but when i rotate on the axis it has a weird axis it defaults on : (refer to pic 4)5. the normalize version rotates perfectly on the axis: (refer to pic 5)  So the issue is how do i have each 3d layer placed properly in the normalize version to use the perfect axis rotation i need? Or how to use non-normalise and change

Hey guys,I'm new to After Effects and tried to do a tracking stabilisation on a 10sec video.I tried some different resolutions (720p, 1080p, 8k), just to see how it works.The simply select of the trackpoint and hit "play" works just fine.If I do this in the 720p and 1080p video, it kinda works fine and is done after a couple of minutes.But the problem is with everything over 1080p. Even after 3h analysing, the tracking tool hasn't done a single frame. I guess performance issues shouldn't be possible, as I use an 16 Core AMD cpu and 64GB ram. Is there anything i can try or is it normal, that it took this long? Thanks for the help.

I'm using After Effects Beta v24.1.0 and I'm trying to add 3D models to my composition. Adding a single 3D model works fine. It renders correctly and I can tranform it however I'd like. As soon as I try to duplicate that layer to get a second 3D object (or if I drag it into the composition from the project panel) it renders as a plain rectangular block with red, blue, and green sides. No matter what I try I can't seem to get more than one 3D model to render correctly in my scene. I'm using the "Advanced 3D" renderer. I've included an image showing the correctly rendered feather on the left. On the right is the block that appears when I duplicate the feather layer. 

"Can someone assist me with my audio-related issue? I've created an audio spectrum visualizer, and everything seems to be functioning correctly except for the audio playback. The audio either loops for 10 seconds indefinitely or plays with a distorted effect, like slowed down with reverb or sped up for a few seconds. My goal is to have the audio play smoothly throughout the entire song without experiencing any of these problems. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide some guidance or help me troubleshoot this issue."

I tried to get After Effects but I guess I accidentally got the business version? And now it won't let me cancel it when I follow the directions to go in to manage the plan, because when I do it's saying that I have no paid plans, but it still charged me the 40 bucks. I just want to cancel it so I can get the normal version. Plus, it's not even letting me open it. It keeps saying Affer Effects is not part of my plan when I specifically purchased that one. Help? 

So basically im using after effects 2020 and i have 16gb installed on my computer but ae can only go up to using 1gb. And of course i have issue's editing all the time. Especially the slowness/not rendering. Ive done the whole change ram thing and i dont want to upgrade my after effects. So what do i do? Like how can i give it more than what its taking?

This only happens when I use an image, but why does the set matte not work properly? I've seen people say it has to do with scaling or making a pre comp and whatnot, but there has to be another solution/fix to this. Why is this an issue and how do I fix it? I have tried all methods. 

Hi Hoping someone can help me to understand what's happening with an After Effects file that was delivered to me as part of a package. It has a strange cmyk-ish filter over the layers - see attached snip. The first reciept of the file had a message upon start up that stated it was locked, so I initially presumed the colour block filter was due to that. Now the file is unlocked and it still has this strange appearance. Can I remove it, or should it have been delivered without this filter over it? (paid for editable file) Thanks! E

I created a motion graphics template from AE and uploaded it to the Creative Cloud for other Premiere users to have access. It would be great to have the ability to playback the template within the Creative Cloud window to PREVIEW the animation.

when importing premier pro  project  in to after effcts showing error "zero denominator converting ratio denominator." and "after effects AEGP plugin premier pro import unknown error". how can fix it please help me.Using  mac mini M2 PRO os version ventura. after effects and premier pro version  23.6Thank you.

Hi!  Working with text wanting to be able to specify which exact part of the whole text I want to fetch. The setup now is Point Expression Control that defines the start and the end of the splitted string and render it using a for loop. It works, but. Bonjour,  J'ai crée mon animation de synthé dans after effect.Il y a un nom et une image qui seront édités / déclinés directement dans premiere. Je souhaite que les deux première secondes de l'animation ne changent jamais, mais que le reste de l'animation puisse être allongé ou réduit selon le montage. J'ai donc mis une zone de protection en intro (les deux premières secondes) et en outro et crée mon .mogrt. J'ai testé dans after en mettant cette composition dans une autre et cela marche très bien. Par contre, une fois dans première, l'objet graphique s'étire et se réduit, mais l'animation du début n'est pas protégée. En fait elle est accélérée et ralentit comme le reste de l'objet graphique...Avez vous une idée/une solution ? Merci beaucoup ! 

Bonjour,Je suis sous MasOS Ventura 13.3.1J'ai un problème bizarre, qui fait suite, je pense, à une erreur de raccourci clavier. J'ai dû dérégler qqc en faisant un mauvais raccourci, de mémoire avec "(" ou "!" et les touches ctrl, cmd, option, maj... Je ne sais plus trop car j'en ai essayé plusieurs 😞Résultat :Lorsque je tape du texte, par exemple "azerty", le texte va se taper "a", puis " ", puis "z" (quand je tape le "e" donc...), et ainsi de suite, mais pas toujours de la même façon : parfois deux caractères s'écrivent en même temps. Lorsque j'efface, c'est pareil : la première fois que j'appuie sur la touche d'effacement, le caractère reste (le curseur seul bouge), puis le coup d'après le caractère s'efface et le curseur se met devant la dernière lettre, puis parfois 2 caractères s'effacent d'un coup. Bref je n'y comprends rien... Je n'ai pas trouvé de suite logique...Cela ne fait cela que dans After Effects. Dans aucun autre logiciel.Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée ? Avant que je
