Hello Nerds!First time using Production with Premiere Pro brings tons of problems.If I try to export a Pr sequence to Ae or replace clips with an Ae Comp, I alway get an error like "unknown internal Error". Some clips are then in AE but without content that can be displayed.Footage is empty.Copy and past some clips will also cause errors like these "unknown error "5027 § 12" or "17 § 19"(see sreenshots) Any ideas how to get it work again? Go back to simple Pr Projects?Pr Version 23.1.0Ae Version 23.2.0macOS 11.7.4 (BigSur)Thanks for your help

AE Version: 23.2.0OS: Windows 11 In my first comp with all the layers, if I turn on either the Timecode effect layer, or simply a text layer with this expression: timeToFrames(thisLayer.sourceTime())The green cache playback bar doesnt show. However, if I put these layers in their own comp, the green cache playback bar does work as expected.

Hello guys. ı have one projext but ı can do not render. it's app not do render. Or if it does, it's taking too long. As in the example, the video I put in 15 seconds, 4-5 effects takes more than 24 hours to render. can anyone help

Previously, After Effects allowed us to use the keyboard modifiers combo "Control + Command" for the customized shortcuts, but now it does not work. I tried dragging an extension or a script from the command section to the keyboard layout, but this will not work. The temporary workaround will be editing the shortcut text file directly. Is this a known issue?

Hello.I have a legitimate Adobe After Effects CS6 and recently needed to use it and it's running very slowly. It turned out that it does not see my Nvidia Geforce 1050 Ti card and does not use CUDA.Can someone help me, I use this program occasionally, but sometimes I need it. help.

I thought I'd officially report an issue with R3D files.This has been a problem since AE 2020 but now that 2023 has ACES built-in I thought it might be easier to do something about it. Since AE 2020, the default colorspace for the R3D raw importer has been RedWideGamutRGB with a gamma curve of Log 3G10. This was a deliberate change and was noted in the AE 2020 release notes. The problem is that this colorsapce is not supported by the native ICC system, and After Effects interprets R3D files as rec 709.  This means that R3D files look wrong on import.  Anyone using AE 2020 - 2022 has had 2 options, either manually change the raw importer back to rec 709, or download OCIO and work with the Red colorspace using ACES. But this requires technical knowledge and the basic issue is that the default color settings for R3D files are wrong. With AE 2023 now supporting Red colorsapces through ACES, at least AE can now deal with Red colorspaces natively.  But the R3D f

Afeter Effects CC 23.2.1 is extremly slow when opening a project. i takes mor than an Hour!I am operating on a Mac 27 inch, MAC OS Ventura 13.2.13.3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5Video: AMD Radeon Pro 5300 4 GBRam: 128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Can anybody give me some tipsto solve this problem? 

This latest build of AE (23.2.0) doesn't recognize my Helvetica Neue and Gotham font families (and I'm sure there's others). What happened??? This happened in some previous builds and Adobe was able to fix it fairly quickly... I hope that will be the case with this build as well... I use these fonts in a number of client projects. Please help and fix!

I have a problem with after effects 2023, i work my project in after effects 2022 and works ok, but in after effects 2023 crash every times.I rework the project and fail too. Testing all layers i discover the problem. is an .mov file crashing the AE 2023.

Using the latest version of AE 2023 & PS.Importing a layered PSB file into After Effects. As soon as I click on a layer, I get a "zero denominator comparing ratios (17::16)" error, in some cases it keeps recurring to the point I can't even quit the application. Screen recording attached below - note this this is a new project with no other assets loaded.  The error appears when I double-click on a layer.

For years, I was able to import a certain .pdf (that is part of one of my templates), but now, all of a sudden, Ae comes up with an error. The .pdf does not contain any text...

every time the second time I play the timeline with space or prview with shortcut it the timeline plays again.the right thing would be to stop the play the second time.I don't know why and maybe it's an after effect 2023 bug.the third time it stops but it pisses me off every time I'm working. I need to click twice to stop.someone help me to solve

The new H264 encoder out of AE is a welcome addition, but am I the only one experiencing absolutely horrible audio quality?  Even if I set the AAC bitrate to 512kbps, music still sounds heavily compressed.  Video quality is solid; not sure why the audio is so bad. If I send it through to Media Encoder, audio is fine, even at a lower bitrate. Is this a bug of some kind, or is there some hidden setting I can change?

Hi, I'm Having the following problems with QT Prores files in AE 23 M1 Studio Mac:Color bending in Prores 4444 Slightly less color bending, but still lots of it, in Prores 422HQ These problems do NOT accure when opening the same clips on a different app like Davinci Resolve.(I am workin in 32bit color space) Also:Slight Color shift (towards green) when rendering Prores 4444 from AEAnd instability in color when using Proxy mode on Prores 4444 files (color shifts every few frames)  Does anybody els have these problems?

Buongiorno, come da titolo sto provando ad utilizzare Adobe AE ma una semplicissima animazione, basata sul cambio di scala di un immagine che prevede due semplici keyframe, non funziona!Il rendering non viene eseguito e quando si manda in play, il software fa cose bizzarre!Salta i key frame oppure avanza qualche secondo e poi torna all'inizio e infine manda in crash il pc.Il mio hardwareScheda madre Asus Z390Processore Intel I9 9900 KFScheda video Nvidia RTX 2060Ram Trident 16 Gb.E' quasi passato un mese da quando ho effettuato l'abbonamento al cloud e ancora non sono riuscito a concludere nulla! 😞Max. 

After effects crashes all the time. It crashes every 5 minutes and won't let me work.Don't tell me it's my computer's fault:-i9 9900k-Rtx 2070 super-64gb ram 3600mhz-Installed on m2 samsung 1tbWhy should I pay for a program that behaves like this? Video Specifications: Lossless30fps20 seconds For some reason everytime I export this video, the client comes back and tells me the video I sent over is 20.33 seconds long. We are using WeTransfer to send over the file so I dont know if that can affect it? The timeline is set to exactly 20 seconds with the work areas pushed to the ends and composition settings set to 20 seconds exactly   

I've been having this bug for a while now and i can't seem to find any info on it.When I use replace footage on a simple photo and replace it for another photo with another name the picture is replaced but the name of the picture is still the name of the previous picture.This is driving me nuts because for my project I have to replace a lot of persons/pictures and I have to rename each file maually because of this.Does anyone know how to solve this?

Bonjour,Je rencontre un souci tout nouveau de typo lors de l'ouverture de mon fichier After.En effet, ce fichier fut créé sur ma machine et retravaillé par une autre personne. Quand l'autre personne a ouvert le fichier il lui manquait une typo pourtant bien présente sur sa machine. Il a quand même fait les modifs et me l'a renvoyé et à présent à mon tour de ne plus avoir accès à cette typo... Quelqu'un sait-il pourquoi AE n'arrive pas à retrouver une typo d'une machine à l'autre alors que bien installée ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide.Bonne journée

Everything was fine in After Effects until I was exporting via media encoder....and then I tabbed to Davinci Resolve to fiddle with some color grading while it was exporting, and it said it failed for some reason, I didn't see the fail message, but when I went into AE to re export it, it told meThere was a problem accessing the audio or video data for 4 of my clips When I clicked to re link them, they are all black and won't even show the eye to enable them.  In preview they are black,, in timeline, everywhere.  I confirmed the file is NOT corrupted.  It is working in other editing programs just fine.  But just in case, I even deleted that file and went into my back up hard drive to copy it from the original file.......and it is STILL black and not showing anything in AE. I found another post that someone said you had to delete preferences.  I did that, nothing changed.  I reloaded much older auto safe files, same exact files are not being read.&

Boa tarde! Até a noite de ontem eu estava usando after normal... Utilizo o plugin animation composer para a criação de fyler animados! Hoje na hora de realizar mais uma das criações aparece essa tela de erro quando eu abro o plugin! Já desintalei o plugin e instalei novamente e nada mudou...  Minha configuração: i9 interposer 11900h, Gtx 970, 16gb ddr4 3200, ssd sansung evo 980 m.2

Do you guys have an email address to send examples too? I can't share this project here. This is a simple comp, replace file with another render. AE refuses to then play the comp, freezes and never plays. This is 100% reproducible bug.   This is on multiple machines, all Windows 10 (latest) Nvidia drivers (latest) AE (latest). All workstations have 2xRTX3090s, 128GB RAM, Ryzen 9 5950X. All working over 10GB network to a SAN.
