  Hello Community, We have an important update regarding the sign-in process for Adobe apps. As part of Adobe's ongoing efforts to enhance security and following Microsoft's deprecation of Internet Explorer 11, Adobe is phasing out support for IE 11 in all its applications.   What does this mean for you? If you're using an outdated version of Windows or an older version of Adobe desktop apps, you might notice a QR code on the sign-in screen instead of the usual Adobe sign-in interface. This change is designed to ensure a smooth transition away from Internet Explorer 11 with minimal disruption to your workflow.   Although QR code authentication is a temporary fix, we highly recommend updating your operating system and Adobe apps to the latest versions to ensure you receive the latest security patches and enhancements.   To find out which Adobe applications display the QR code during authentication and how you can sign in, click below.   Adobe apps request f

The Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostic Tool is designed to help identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise while using Adobe Illustrator. Whether you’re experiencing crashes or encountering performance issues, this tool can help detect and resolve common problems by gathering important system and application data. After a crash, the Creative Cloud Diagnostics tool will automatically appear once you submit the crash report.   Follow the steps outlined below to run the diagnostic tool, review the logs, and take appropriate actions to resolve any identified issues.   To run the tool, simply click on Check System. The utility will display recommendations Once the system check is complete. For instance, it might suggest upgrading your GPU driver if incompatible, updating the Illustrator app, or resetting your preferences. Click on Reset Preferences to proceed with resetting your preferences. If you choose to update, the diagnostic tool will open the Creative Cloud desktop ap
