Hello, I would like to draw attention to the slow loading of the preview when quickly shuffling through the thumbnails. This is happening in the new version of Adobe Bridge 14.0.1It's really annoying to have to wait for the preview to load. My thumbnails are always cached. In version 14 this was fine. I have tested it. Thank you.

Hi! I had batch renamed a handful of images with text and sequence number, but it appears that the file type has changed to the sequence number ? The file types have become 01, 02, 03, etc. I have no idea what has happened but they are for an upcoming assignment so I would appreciate any insight at all 😞 

I wanted to finish the mapping in sp and send it directly to unity via the bridge plugin instead of manually exporting it to a folder and then manually importing it into unity. At present, I have not found a good solution, I want to develop this bridge plug-in by myself, but I do not know where to start, please help me thank you

Drag and dropping a folder to Br (v2024) dock icon in macOS 14 no longer opens that folder. This is super inconvinient. It used to work in Br v2023.

Anybody have any advice about how to deal with corrupted thumbnails in Adobe Bridge? The images open fine, but the thumbnail display is a mess.AND, though the images look fine, a couple of times when I moved them from PS to imagR to RD Works to laser cut, the laser starting cutting the messed up thumbnail version, even though on the screen the image looked fine.

This program has become more complicated and less useable. There are 2 big problems with it that will prevent me from adopting the new verion. Previous versions, i was able to add a shortcut in the system app preferences that would allow placing files in indesign with a shortcut function key of my choice. This no longer works in AB2024. Place in InDesign is not available in the new shortcuts window in this version. The folders that contain recent indesign, photoshop and illustrator files can no longer be added to the favorites panel. I am staying with AB2022 until these problems are addressed. Below are screenshots of the system application shortcuts menu and bridge 2022 shoing recent file folders. Gary, if you're reading this, humble me and tell me i am wrong. Ken?  

Bridge beta 14.0.0.57 - Info in Metadata panel truncated with space wasted. There are no scrollbars or tooltips or any way to show this info.

Hi, I did some reproductions of 35mm slides in CR2 format. Some of the slides were flipped so I used Camera Raw to flip them back. In the Bridge Film Strip and Preview they are fine, but when I view them in Slide Show, they are in the old orientation. Very strange: I look at one file in Bridge, and when I hit Ctrl+L for Slide Show, it is the other way around..... I cleared all the cache I could get my fingers on, but it still displays the wrong way around in Slide Show.Any ideas?

Since the latest macOS Sonoma update, my Adobe Bridge Application crashes upon startup, giving me this error: I have uninstalled, deleting all preferences and cache multiple times, but nothing works to clear this error.

HiI have been receiving the following error today when I open Bridge in a folder containing various RAW photos. When I press ok Bridge closes. When I reopen Bridge in the same folder it behaves normally without any further issues.This error is intermittent and may recure when I switch to another folder, or it may work normally. This error message started appearing today and I don't recall having seen it before when accessing similar RAW files. My PC is standalone Windows 10 and the files I am accessing are all on internal drives - I don't have a NAS or any network drives. My current version of Bridge is 14.0.1.137 I have searched this forum but the only similar occurence was for someone accessing files on a server.thanks in advance. 

I spent the last three days "keywording" videos that are stored on an external HD.  This morning I realize that when I click through to the folder the videos are in and click on the video thumbnail, all the keywords I have associated (or tagged) with that video aren't "checked off" anymore.  It is like the vidoe lost its associated keywords and all my work of the last three days (probably 300 videos) has been lost.   Before anyone blames the hard drive, it works perfectly in all other actions and assigments.  My Mac doesn't have problem seeing it, reading it, or working with it.  Adobe Bridge also (obviously) finds it and "sees" the folder structure as well as the videos.   This is scary obviously, because that is literally the only reason I considered using Bridge to tag my 5 TB footage with keywords to find and use those videos. Please help

Dear everyone, we are facing some issues with the uploading process of images and the transmission of their metadaten. I can put the metadaten in Adobe Bridge, but when the pictures are download in the plateform they are just disappearing. Last year when Bridge 13 was launched the excitement of a new release soon disappeared after it was clear that the new version was not quite what people were expecting from Adobe. After trying to use Bridge 13 for a few weeks I had to revert to version 12. In this case it looks like Adobe Bridge was using 123.22GB of memory.  Again, any insights as to why this is happening and what I could do to prevent it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am using two Mac computers. I'd like to bring all my metadata templates to the new laptop from the desktop computer to use in Bridge when I'm on the road. I just installed Bridge CC 2018 on the laptop and I don't want to re-create all my templates. I'd appreciate any help.

I use an external hard drive to hold high-res images and vector files used in client projects. Bridge usd to work well.  Lately, it seems to crash while loading thumbs. Any wisdom on best settings - cache or otherwise- so images load without crashing?Thanks very much!

I can't adjust the light gray color on the entire Bridge,I am used to working with that Light Gray interface and since BR 2023 only have Dark or Light colors, but can't adjust them to be consistent only Preview and Content are changed brightness, it looks quite annoying..black too dark and white color too lightI hope the BR team will bring back the Light Gray interface applied on the entire panel. n Bridge, I'm trying to get my display to show in rows and columns. When I enlarge the thumbnails to a certain size, the display automatically switches to one long line and I can't deal with that display.. I've never had this problem until recently, and it doesn't change even when I click on the grid display at the bottom of the Bridge window next to the sizing of the thubnails..

Hello I have a Mac Mini M2 Pro and when I press the space bar on an image, Bridge open it in preview, but that is BLINKing .... Normal view and a gray view ... Anybody has any idea about it?

I created a contact sheet using Adobe Bridge CC.  I added image files, set up the page template and save the resulting file as a pdf.   the resulting pdf had three pages of thumbnails.   I would like to go back and modify that contact sheet --add some additional images and remove/rearrange some existing ones.  Is there a way to do that using Bridge or must I recreate an entirely new contact sheet from scratch.  If I try to open the PDF in Bridge using the Output workspace, it puts the entire pds file into one cell on the contact sheet layout., which is not what I want.  I need each image to go back into an individual cell of the contact sheet and then be able to move/delete those images and insert others.

Reinstalling Bridge, after a clean reinstall of the operating system, I can't seem to get the Labels to show under the thumbnails. I went to Edit>Peferences>Labels and checked the boxes but the info doesn't show. On my other computer that works fine. Any suggestions?

I've been using Adobe products professionaly for over 20 years.  Please stop making your apps worse by 'making them better'.  The new Bridge Content Tab behaviour is problematic since it doesn't actually load folders as users right-click and choose Browse in Adobe Bridge 2023.  It'll open one but not subsequent folders.  I've uninstalled it (now for the second time since the initial release wouldn't work with Image Processor in Photoshop). Again Adobe - your software is used by professionals who make their living and support their families with it.  Stop using your customers as a trouble-shooting platform to fix issues that should been caught in a beta program. Very frustrating.
