Bonjour, je n'ai plus l'affichage de mes dossiers lorsque je vais sur un disque dur externe, et meme je n'ai plus d'affichage de mes dossiers quand je vais Bureau , j'ai un petit rond qui mouline en bas à gauche, et il ne se passe rien, depuis la nouvelle version , je ne rouve pas la solution , pouvez vous m'aider , merci beaucoup,Christophe

With Bridge 2022, I could plug in my camera, and Windows Autoplay would open the Bridge Photodownloader.  With two clicks from there I could download all my photos, delete them from the camera, and open bridge to view them. With Bridge 2023 this will not work.  I can still open photo downloader from "File -> Get Photos From Camera", and it still works the same when I open it, but I can't get it to auto-run anymore.  Even if I change the Windows Autoplay settings back to "Ask me every time" for plugging in the Camera, when I click "Download Images (Adobe Bridge 2023)" nothing at all happens. I can't seem to downgrade to the 2022 version of bridge either as a free user, which means I can't go back to the old version that just worked for this.  If anyone has any thoughts on how to get this working again, or how to downrgade to bridge 2022 with the free version, I would love to hear from you.

Hi there!My Bridge Search is not working. No files are found, unless I open the folders in the Bridge directory first. I have hundreds of folders in my Bridge directory and this would take me hours before I can apply one search for one keyword! I work on a Mac, my colleague on Windows and she doesn't experience this problem! Bridge for me is useless now!Does anyone know how to deal with this?THANKS!

For some reason I recently have to purge the Bridge cache after saving a jpg image.  Every time, not just once in a while.  I've tried making sure the Bridge preferences are as recommended, but that hasn't helped.  Are the jpg's too large?  And how should I limit their size? Thanks,Bruce

The newly downloaded Bridge (Beta) works correctly for selecting Preferences.The Camera Raw preferences drop down shows the frame but all the places where preferences should appear are blank.There is nothing in the boxes and nothing can be entered.  Sonoma 14 (beta)

I've been using Adobe for quite a few years and generally it's great. However, I shoot a lot of 3 frame auto exposure bracketed images. Normally in Bridge I select the three images, right click and select "Open in Camera Raw". In the latest software releases ( Bridge 14.0.0.102 ) this still functions but when you click the "Open" button in ACR it doesn't open the .dng file in Photoshop. It does create it and if it's selcted it will open in ACR and the "Open" button transfers it into Photoshop. A severe time waster - especially when trying to process images to be sent to the newspapers ! Instead of selecting "Open in Camer Raw" from within Bridge, if you select "Open With"and select Photoshop 2024 the process appears to be the same but it does open the image directly in Photoshop just like it used to do. I found this workaound quite by accident on another community posting but I thought I'd add it here in order to save some other poor bugger's frustration. I went to the file extensions manager and I do not have the option to select photoshop from the dropdown menu. I am confronted with a "browse" option which basicallly opens up file explorer. I CANNOT FIND PHOTOSHOP IN THE ADOBE FOLDER. It is installed [version 22.2] SO WHERE THE HELL IS IT????????????????? However, I should not have to root around the programs file. It should be available as a menu item so I do not have to do this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. If the problem is that it does not work with my old photoshop why give us the option to roll back. And why upgrade bridge so it can just come along and wreck everything for the umpteenth time. I should mention that I have adobe running on two machines. My desktop has the latest stuff and it tends to work there on a Nvideo 3080 graphics card (although I have not tried Bridge to see if it is opening in Lightroom). Hi!A strange bug occcurs in Bridge when moving (raw/cr3) files from one folder to another. The xmp data stays left behind in the old folder.  So I placed all the photos of a shoot in a folder called "originals". I opened all of them in RAW editor where I made a selection by labeling and applied a few basic corrections to this selection. After clicking "ready" in the Raw editor the photos are updated in Bridge, the labels and corrections I applied are displayed correctly. Then I move the selected files to another folder but there all labels and corrections are gone. When I check the folders in File Explorer I see the .xmp files containing the metadata are still in the old folder. How can I fix this bug?Thanks, Juri

Mon PC revient de réparation, mon disque dur de travail est changé...effectivement il y a du mieux sur PHOTOSHOP mais BRIDGE répond toujours aussi mal. Suis-je la seule à avoir ce bug ?Merci

I have Bridge 2020, version 10.1.1 on my Macbook Air running Mojave. I would like to download and install the latest version of Bridge without overwriting the version I have, so that I can be sure I am happy with the new version.When I go to Creative Cloud - All Apps - Bridge 2020 is listed and against it it says 'Update'. I don't see any option to keep this version and no link to the newest version.Please can I have some guidance on this, thanks.

On Mac OS 12.0.1 Apple Silicon, Bridge is failing to generate thumbnails for any PSD larger than 1GB. Also, Export hangs on these same PSD files and never progresses (no error message, just hangs... and then Export is broken until quitting and re-opening Bridge). Any fix for this? Bridge v 12.0.0.234

BRIDGE OPENING JPG FILES IN LIGHTROOM DESPITE BEING SET TO PHOTOSHOP 23. CAN NOT CLOSE LIGHTOOM WITHOUT MESSAGE LIGHTROOM FAILING TO RESPOND. HELP

Seems with the last upgrade to Bridge 2024, I have lost my sort button on the application bar. It was replaced with a search box.  I know how to sort using the drop down menus in 2024, but the sort button on the nav bar was really convenient. Any ideas how to get this back? ThanksScott

Hi,  I have updated PS to 25.0 and Bridge to 14.0 - When I try to initiate Photomerge in Bridge, it tells me to update to the newest version of Photoshop, which I've already done. I also tried reverting backwards to Bridge 13.03 but I get the same.   Photomerge is CRUCIAL to my work as an artist, since I professional scan my artwork and I rely on Photomerge for my larger artworks.  Please remedy this as soon as possible. Thank You.

Is anyone smart enough to know how to avoid duplicate sub-keywords? I am not. I had made phylogenetic keywords originally, in the form, Diptera (FLIES).  I found out, importing to my website, that the proper separation is with commas, and () causes problems.  So I decided to rename to Diptera, FLIES, This is an Order of Insects, and there are Families, Subfamilies and Tribes below this. And there are parents, Arthropods and Insects above.  I was first just trying to work on one family of Bee Flies, Bombyllidae, whose format I thus changed.  But then I found when I checked one of the subkeywords, the same one in the older one would also check.  Likewise with uncheck.  I spent hours, trying to view all the subkeywords and starting over, unchecking all the levels but they still came duplicated.  that when I then went to the parent keyword Diptera and did the same thing, but it made no difference except creating another duplicate of Bee flies in the

Hi there, I updated Bridge and now I can't find anymore a file in a folder by typing its name.Let's say, usually it's enough to type "sm" within a folder to jump to "Smartphone.jpg".Now Bridge doesn't react at all, and it's a real problem, since it's extremely difficult to find a file amongst thousands just by eye. I can't find any settings for it.Can anybody tell me what to do?Thanks,Erica

I have had nothing but issues for months with Bridge and ACR. Bridge won't close without having to force close, it won't batch rename, it won't open JPEGS in ACR, I cannot right click, copy and paste settings within Bridge. I've updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, read through formus and Facebook groups, downgraded to previous versions, etc., etc. Absolutely nothing works and I'm left sitting and watching a spinning wheel and force quitting every 2 minutes and I'm nearly in tears frustrated that I can't work!  MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16 GB running Sonoma 14 (as of last night trying to see if it would help) and all PS, Bridge, ACR is up to date.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have some files that I want to run a PS action on. If I select them in Bridge go Tools > Photoshop it opens a previous version (2021) version, even though 2022 is already open. If disable PS 2021 in Preferences > Startup Scripts there is no Photoshop option under Tools. How do I make Bridge run PS actions in the current version of PS? Many thanks!

I'm working in Bridge 8.0.1.282 on a Mac Pro running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4With one of the latest updates, I no longer can see any items when I go to View>Show Items from Subfolders.I'll be in a folder called 'images' that I can see a few folders, (scene01, scene02, etc.) and images. If I open one of those folders I can see the images that are in that folder. But when I'm in the 'images' folder, and choose 'View>Show Items from Subfolders' I get a message that says, 'No items to display'.This happens for all folders on my computer and on the network.Has anyone seen this? Is there a fix available?Thanks

I've searched the forums and haven't found any solutions, so thought I'd start a new question. I'm on Bridge v 13.0.2, on Mac OS Ventura 13.0. When I try to filter in Bridge by star rating, label, etc. -- nothing happens. In the dropdown, it shows that the option is selected (ex. "Show 3 or more stars"). But it's still showing me every image, no matter the rating. Same thing happens with labels. I've pressed "clear filter" so I know it's not a matter of an incorrect filter. Just, nothing happens. I need this functionality to process my images - is there a fix for this? Is it a bug, or some setting needed to be changed? I have too many shoots to edit for this to be happening right now. 😭

On Windows, folders display at the top of the content window, above files, when Sort by Filename is selected in Details View. On Mac, folders display inline unless I sort by Type.Ideally this is selectable, the way the Mac Finder allows (see below.)Its a problem for me because I have CR2, CR3, and folders inside the same enclosing folder. Sorting by type separates the RAW files and sorting by filename mixes everything up. Neither works for me. Folders on top is FAR better for my usage.

Hi, I regularly want to sort a folder of JPGs that visually look black and white but may contain colour pixels. Is there a Bridge script available that can check each JPG and move any JPGs that have any colour pixels to another folder. My scripting skills are close to zero but I have been able to customise existing scripts to my own needs if provided with a script that is similar to my needs. Unfortunately, searching the Photoshop and Bridge communities I haven’t been able to find a script that is likely to help. Thanks in advance, any help that can be provided will be much appreciated. Cheers  Leo
