Hello, I am having issues with the map down keywords out of Bynder DAM System on the original download. While working in Bynder, if the keywords are edited, the map down should reflect this when downloading the original out of Bynder DAM System. When I go to read the keywords in Bridge there is a cut-off happening in the keywords. When I open up the asset using exiftool I think the original map down for the original is reading line. (IPTC) keywords line - the keywords are showing exactly where the keywords are cutting off at wild just like this line of code. I think the derivates map down are reading line(XMP) subject as they are not getting cut off and corrected just like this line of code. But Bynder support thinks that it is an Adobe Bridge issue and wanted me to send in a support ticket. If anyone has any insight on this I would be very interested to hear it. 

I normally rename by photo files in Bridge using "tools".  Yesterday, I renamed 26 files and unlike previously it renamed those 26 files and created duplicates of these files.  So I brought them into camera raw and deleted the duplicates -- camera raw deleted all 52 files.  Luckily, I had these images on the SD card so I was able to reload.  I have used this process for years - why has it changed.  I checked to see if there was an update that I missed -- all was updated.  Help me figure how to rename files without getting duplicates; and if I get the duplicates, how to delete the extra files without losing all the files.

This might help if anyone has had similar problems.I was routinely looking at the spinning wheel of doom when trying to swap between any folders in Bridge and often had to force stop the program.I had Bridge installed on C drive, but had my cache location on D drive as it needed space not available on C.This week I moved the cache from D to C (same as the program) and instantly all the "not responding" messages have stopped and I can use Bridge as I want to. This was also an issue in Bridge 2022, but it was magnified when I updated to 2023.Hope this is of use to someone as it has frustrated me for ages 

So annoying. I call up the File Info dialog and load a template. As soon as I load the template, the description input box gets huge, and I have to drag to shrink it down, or scroll. I want it always to be 3-4 liines worth, but it expands every time. Any way to stop this?

    Like nothing at all in certain folders . While does work in other folders. I couldn't figure out a pattern. It started not in current version but actually at some point before. I tried "show items from sub folders" and it doesn't change a thing.    Crl +F had been best and only feature I always used Bridge for and now it turns useless. If somebody could tell that old version where it worked just fine and where to download it I would be greatly appreciative

When I open the latest version of Bridge, I cannot open the Files menu or any other selection from the menu bar. I cannot close Bridge with the Close button. There is also a blank area at the top of the screen, and when I click on it, it seems to click through to the desktop.  I tried to reset preferences using CTRL-ALT-SHIFT but Bridge did not respond to this. I uninstalled and reverted to previous versions until I got one that worked, which is Bridge 12. Any help appreciated.

I am seeing within the App: “Get Photos from: <None Detected>. and “No Device Found”.It previously worked reliably in 2022.Now when I attach an SD card reader to my Macbook Pro, 15-inch, 2019, the Photo Downloader app immediately opens, but it fails to recognise the device.Following this error:-I have tried alternative card readers.I have re-installed the latest version of Bridge (vers 13.0.2.636). and I also tried an earlier version.I have rebooted the MACbook and reset the NVRAM running on the latest macOS Ventura 13.2If I run the same Photo Downloader version on my older MacBook Pro which now only works on the Monterey Operating System, the App works correctly, recognising the same SD card.Does anyone have any ideas about what corrects this problem? 

In this new version of Bridge, the folders in my selected drive wont load so I can't view photos within a folder on that drive. I just get a spinning wheel.

Überprüfen Sie die Herstellerwebsteite und fahren Sie mit dem Hardware-Rendering im Diaologfeld „Voreinstellungen“ fort.Der Support von Acer hat mir gesagt, dies sei ein Problem von  Adobe. What's the trick to get lines of meta back under the thumbnails in Essential in Bridge? The lines are clicked in Preferences but don't appear under the images.

I have both version 13 and version 12 installed and I just noticed that version 13 when I am looking at a preview and zoom in it is says "Loading 200%". And what looked reasonably sharpe in version 12 looks less sharpe in version 13. AND if I toggle on the preview options that use higher CPU, then version 13 uses a lot more CPU than version 12.Is there anyway I can have Version 13 use 100% zooms? Peter

On 3/6/23 Mohit Goyal of Adobe posted that Bridge 13.0.3.686 is available, then locked the thread so no replies are allowed. My updated Creative Cloud says my version 13.0.2 is up to date and does not allow access to this new version. WTF?

I'm using the very latest version of Bridge 2023 (February 13.0.2.636 and I cannot drag and drop files out of the program AT ALL. This has been going on since the very first install of the 2023 version. For years previously I could do this and seems like an obvious feature. I'm using Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.8 Just makes me wonder if the engineers even use these programs at all. This isn't some obscure feature or anything. Please let me know if there is anything I can do on my end other than wait for an update that may or may not ever fix the issue.

Bridge seems to be interpreting footage that has an alpha channel with what appears to be a Straight Alpha instead of a Pre-multiplied Alpha. You can see what it looks like in the preview window versus what it's supposed to look like. The file info in Bridge says the Alpha Mode is Pre-multilpied. "Show Transparency" and "Show Transparency Grid" don't change anything. This makes it very difficult to search for items when I can't see what the footage actually looks like. Not sure if this is a bug or needs a feature request.

Ich möchte einfach nur, dass alle Bilder, die nicht JPEGs sind und unter 1 MB ignoriert werden.Ich arbeite mit Windows 11 und der neusten Version, also 13.0.2.636 Danke! I'm trying to create a smart collection with the criteria Document Type (JPEG) and File Size (Larger than 1000 KB) and both criteria must match. The result is "0" under file size (see image) - e.g. if I enter "9000" it says "8" ... I just want all non-JPEG images under 1MB to be ignored.I work with Windows 11 and the latest version, i.e. 13.0.2.636Thanks!

Running Bridge 13.0.2.636 on macOS Ventura 13.2.1 with American keyboardCannot label/rate images using short cuts (1,2,3, etc). Have rebooted, cleared cache, searched for solutions online. Have checked and unchecked option for Cmd.Rating is applied, but if you move to the next image and then back, the rating disappears.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue is here? I came back from a trip away last year and the Bridge downloader would not work. I've had mutliple sessions with adobes support agents to absolutely no avail. At the time I'm pretty sure my adobe software and OS updated, but having tried reinstalling Bridge and also reinstalling Windows (10) nothing so far has worked.

I just noticed that with Adobe Bridge 2023 v13.0.1.583, the Page Up and Page Down buttons on the Mac no longer work. This is a real bummer because this is how I used to quickly page through my stock images. Is this a bug or is there a setting that I need to enable? Thanks,Kelly

When I launch Bridge (v12.04 or v13.02) on my Silicon M2 Mac, then choose Get Photos from Camera, none of the buttons work. Clicking any button simply makes that button grey out. I have reinstalled Bridge but no luck. No problems using Bridge except this one major PITA to my workflow of importing .xmp files and renaming RAW NEF files on import!! The only function that works is to refresh the list of devices.

Can anyone direct me where to build a script for Bridge. I would like to build a script to convert the Dimensions (in inches) metadata to the dimensions if the the size was reduced to 3" on the largest side and put it in the description metadate line.  

This was a strange bug that seems to have resolved itself. But I wonder what caused it. I wanted to filter the images displayed to show only those with green labels. In the Filter panel all that was displayed were catagory entries with check boxes on the left and not the expected toggle buttons to expand each catagory. What was displayed was the same list with checkmarks that appears when clicking on the Filter Panel "hamburger" icon. After closing and relaunching Bridge beta the problem disappeared and everything worked as expected. But it leaves me wondering why it happened in the first place..?? Russell
