Hallo in die Runde,wiederholt tritt folgender Fehler bei Stapelumbenennungen auf: Ich habe z. B. 100 Fotos sortiert, die ich nun mit fotlaufenden Datei-Nummern versehen will. Über Werkzeuge - Stapelumbennung rufe ich die Funktion auf. Dabei tritt häufig folgender Fehler auf: Es werden Fotos verdoppelt. Die Gesamtzahl bleibt erhalten. Aber für jedes verdoppelte Bild verschwindet ein anderes. Wenn ich nicht vorher eine Sicherheitskopie gemacht habe, kann ich mit meiner Arbeit neu beginnen. Ich bitte um Hilfe.HUS

Bridge 13.0.2 will not launch from the Cloud Desktop nor from PS 1990-2022

Bridge 13.02.636 is taking FOR EVER to do anything.  I edit a file in PS, which is quite painful.  Moving a slider doesn't show any change for several SECONDS.  It takes over 30 seconds for the new PSD to show up in Bridge.  Why?  Because Bridge is doing something other than allowing me to get my work done. This has been a problem for well over a year.  To my knowledge, Adobe has NEVER commented on this.  Why? I-11900KRTX 3080TI, latest driver64 GB DDR4 3600 MemoryBridge cache in the default location C:/... (SSD over 68% free)RAW and PDS files in the same folder on a directly connected 18TB WD drive (over 73% free)Windows 10 Pro, latest release OK ADOBE - WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT?

I am using the latest version of MAC OS and latest Bridge. When I clcik the icon, it looks like it is going to open and then just starts bouncing in the dock. It will bounce there for a long time and then a window will pop up asking if I want to send a report to Adobe becasue the app failed to open.

Error:HRESULT error: The GPU device instance has been suspended.Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action. Rebboted, widnows up to date, drivers up to date. Cache removed.Not doing a clean install of GPU drivers for this. Downgrading to previous version 12 for the time being.

Bridge has encountered a problem with the GPU hardware and will automatically switch to software rendering the next time you restart Bridge.How do I solve this problem?  

I am sure I am missing something easy but how do I get my ratings to be visible on contact sheets?

Windows 11. Bridge will display folders on my external hard drive, but won't show the OneDrive folder on my C drive.Bridge Version 13.02.636Just went back to 13.00 and now I can see my OneDrive folder but not my external hard drive.Difference versions are acting differently. How can that be?

Upgraded Bridge and now it wont open getting the follwowing error , "See Image"Have unitsalled the application and reinstalled but getting the same any suggetsions Thanks   

I'm trying to sort through a mess of my digital artwork. I often end up with multiple copies and they're often scattered across several drives. It's a mess. I'm trying to organize it all. ChatGPT suggested that a Search by Similarity might be just what I was looking for. It sounds as if it is, but I can't find it in the current Bridge. Of course, ChapGPT is only up do date until 2021 so I'm not surprised that it's not accurate. Can anyone tell me what happened to the ability to search by similarity. It sounds like exactly what I need. Thanks. 

I started to add metadata tags in IPTC Core on some large tiff files with general success. However today I'm finding as I work with them, thumbnail images turn into generic white document icons. As if it's not bad enough, when this happens a lot of times I seem to be locked out from making changes to past tag entries and I believe I’m also getting locked out from adding new IPTC entries. Thanks in advance for any help. Also right clicking on an image, Reveal in Finder does not work. Thanks in advance for any help.  Paul

Hi,I have noticed something strange lately, while digitising some old B&W negatives converted/inverted using Negative Lab Pro plugin for Lightroom.When I open the frelevant folder in Bridge, only a relatively small portion of the thumbnails, when set at smaller display size, exhibit a light sepia tint, which goes away if I set the thumbnails size to a larger size, as illustrated in the two screenshots here under.No issues with the same thumbnails in LR. And no issues in Bridge with images either from color negatives or any other digital images.Of course it is not much of a big deal. However, it is still annoying and would like to solve it.Thanks in advance!Nic

Après de nombreux essais, avoir supposé que mes "workflows" précédents n'étaient pas compatibles (v12,03) avec la nouvelle version, et avoir obtenu la création du répertoire dans lequel les fichiers devaient s'installer, j'ai fini par revenir à la dernière version fonctionnelles à savoir la v 12,03,270Comme je ne suis pas seul à avoir des problèmes avec cette version 13, je vais attendre qu'elle soit débuguée pour la réinstaller !!!

I'm experiencing this now with the Adobe After Effects 2023 and Bridge 2023.  I'm unable to import any of the animation background presets into any of my layers in AE because I get the error "unsupported file type."  I've restarted Bridge as well as AE several times as Bridge seems to freeze for about twenty seconds when it's first opened, but it hasn't made any difference.  I'm looking through forum posts and see that this was an issue in 2017 that was supposedly fixed, but I'm still experiencing it.  Any ideas as to how to remedy this?

Start Workflow not working on Bridge 2023! can anybody help please?

Maybe I'm old school (from printing contact sheets from my film in the 70s & 80s) but this is a feature I used a LOT to view a screen full of thumbnails without all the panels. With previous versions, the TAB key would alternate between this view (TAB is still listed as a shortcut key for this). Now, pressing the TAB key alternately highlights the few view options at the bottom of the Thumbnails Panel, but the Show/Hide feature is not among them! Please tell me this hasn't been eliminated.

I updated to Bridge 2023 just a few days ago and found a lot of bugs that make my workflow so troubled! I want to go back to the older version. Can anybody guide me on how to roll back? Many thanks in advance.

Hi, It is possible rate a video before it is being played, but it is not possible to rate this video with the keyboard short white it is being played.And more surprising, after this video has been played, it is still not possible to rate it with the keyboard shortcut.The only way I have found is to move to next item and come back, very cumbersome when you have thousands of items. Please can fix this bug.

I was really excited when I heard support for multiple monitors was coming to Bridge. I have two monitors and for Photoshop I put my document window on my BenQ monitor and my menues, etc, on a Dell monitor in portait steup. So first thing I tried in Bridge 2023 was dragging Bridge to the Dell monitor and pulling the Preview panel back to the BenQ. Looks good; menus are a bit fishy - they don't automatically dock to each other but I could live with that. There doesn't seem to be a maximixe button either so I had to fidlle a bit to get the various windows the size I wanted. Then I hit space bar to maximize my preview and the image went up on me Dell monotor - not what I expected, not what I wanted. So my compromise is to have Bridge 2023 set up on my BenQ monitor and pull all the other panels over to the Dell. Not really ideal. Also the maximize button - I would really like to quickly size the window to fill the screen. And minimize too when it's in the way.I dunno - I like the multiple

In the performance settings, Bridge do not detect my RTX 3060 graphic card but it detects the processor graphics. AMD Radeon.In Settings I've had software rendering both off and on.In Camera Raw Settings Performance I've tested all options no change.Everything updated to latest version. Photoshop and my plugins from Topaz finds the RTX 3060 immediately, in Topaz i can even use both graphic processors at the same time to boost performance. I use Windows 11 This issue makes it slow to load and work with images … 

latest Bridge version sticks takes forever to change download settings i.e. where to put photos

Bridge 2023 is virtually unuseable. Advice on how to roll back to the previous version?

After updating to the newest version of Bridge (13.0.2.636) no thumbnail previews are visible for files that are stored in cloud drives. All files on my computer's internal drive still have thumbnail previews. I have Refreshed through the View dropdown, Reset Preferences, and uninstalled and reinstalled—all with no change to the cloud drive thumbnails. If I select and open the files, the thumbnail previews will populate Bridge again. While doing this does present a solution, it is an incredibly tedious one—I am dealing with thousands of files with no thumbnail preview. Is there another way to rectify the issue?
