Step 1: Organize photos in the order I want themStep 2: Batch rename all the photos (10 photos +/-)Step 3: A random order appears after the batch rename and I have to click on the SORT choice again. Question.. When I organize the photos and do the batch rename, why is Bridge "scrambling " the order? Why can't Bridge just keep theim in the order I just set them to? This need to "Sort again" is a killer for our work flow.  Any advice? Bridge team.. time for a bug fix?Thank you!

I just updated to the latest version of Bridge on my Mac, and I can see thumbnails for my photos and when I click on some of them they somtimes show in the Preview window and sometimes they dont, though they never display large when I press spacebar. Is there something I can do to fix this?Thanks

Why is there still no option to add Metadata in a contact sheet? It should be a simple checkbox or dropdown selection in the output window native to Bridge.

When I make smart collections I often use different types of document in the search. I encountering an issue when I either try to add multiple document types or to change the exisiting type of document, I have lost all of the different types of file to look for. This has just started in the past week. I'm using windows 10 and bridge 12.0.1.246 CC is telling me it's up to date, so I'm stumped.   

I am using a SD Card adapter into a Thunderbolt port on the new 24" iMac (MonteryOS). The software is Bridge v12.0.1.246. It seems to be reading the SD card very slowly to display the images into the "Get Photos from Camera" funtion. Is anyone else having this issue and/or is there a solution?   Thank you     {Thread title edited by moderator}

Am I correct in thinking that the webaccesslib is no longer available starting in version 11? The .dll file is not included in the Bridge folder as in previous versions (up to version 10). When I copy it to the correct folder I get an IO error. I'm gussing that Bridge no longer supports 32bit dll files as ExternalObject loadable libraries. Is this correct? Is there an alternative to this to support ftp/sftp via javascripting?

When downloading into Bridge from my card reader, Bridge is downloading the DCIM, EOS MISC and Misc Folders that are in the EOS Digital File, from my Cannon camera.The EOS file sits on my desktop (Mac) as normal.I am using an external hard drive, which I have been using since November 2020 and this problem started in October 2021. Does anyone have any explanation or knows why this is happening?Thank you for time 

I have to force quit Bridge several times a day since the latest version. I can be looking at any number of folders when it happens, even those with only a few images in them. When this happens, if I have Bridge selected as the active program, I can't even click the Apple icon to go to the menu to quit. I have to select another program to be the active menu and then force quit. Looking at other posts about crashing, there are no filename issues.

Please add "Color Space" as a new task option in Workflow Builder. This will give users the abilty to convert color profiles using Workflow builder. For evidence of how powerful and essencial this feature is please reffrence Dr. Brown's, Image Processor Pro.

Please add a new task to the workflow builder called, "Actions."This would give professionals the ability to run actions in their export workflow making workflow builder a much more robust tool.This has been an important feature of Dr. Brown's Image Processor pro script. 

i keep getting a message that bridge has a problem with the dispolay driver and has disabled GPU  what must I do 

I've both Adobe Bridge 2021/2022 as well as Adobe Photoshop 2021/2022 installed on my PC. Unsure how this occured.  Bridge keeps uploading old images instead of current images from my iPhone even though Settings shows the device (iPhone) is on.   I haven't upgraded from OS Windows 10.   Could this be the reason why Bridge 2021/2022 is transfering images from my phone onto my PC?  Also, can I uninstall Bridge 2021 and Photoshop 2021 without losing my folders/images?  Thanks for any helpful advice. 

Hello. I was planning to do a comparison between my exported footages but I noticed the adobe bridge seems to playback videos in a low quality. I cant compare footages because the quality doesnt look the same actual quality of the videos.When I use windows movie player and VLC, they seem to play the footage with the original quality.I would like to know if there is an explanation to this, maybe adobe bridge is just not made to be a video player like VLC and other players. 

I am having to completely rebuild my PC as the motherboard has died. I managed to save the hard disk, but it having to be re-formatted.I will be able to access the system files before hand.Can anyone please tell me which are the MOST IMPORTANT files to get access to for Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom?Bridge: I think Bridge keeps the Keywords in a seperate file, which Id love to get hold of, to stop recreating this list.Are there any other files that I should get access to, in order to rebuild ny configuration.All guidance gratefully recevied. Even through the Start Menu, I cannot open Bridge 2021 or 2022.  I am able to open Bridge CS5, but not CS6.  I prefer to use CS5 for a lot of my work because I print most of my work and I prefer to use Picture Package which is only available in CS5.   Adobe said to delete all of my Bridges in the Control Panel and then install 2022 Bridge.  According to them I then would no longer be able to use CS5 or CS6.  Any Ideas? 

This refers to an old question posted in the forum in 2012, but I can't solve it now in 2017. When I load approx 2000 files into Bridge (using Windows 10 and creative cloud)  about 20% of the raw .Nef files (Nikon) show up twice. I have done the obvious thing, i.e. purge the cache for the folder but they appear again after the purge. Very odd. You might ask why I'm not using Lightroom to view my files - well I do, but Bridge loads the previews quicker. I usually use Photo Mechanic for a first view, but I tried Bridge again just to see and something is broke! Can anyone help? Thanks.

Went to use Bridge today and was confronted with a login screen. I have never seen this login screen in the 5-6 years of using Bridge. I found my login details and then entered them. The login screen went away and a second later bridge shut down as well.I went on line to find a solution and the simplest was to login to another Adobe app such as Lightroom or Photoshop. I tried Lightroom Classic and entered my details in the login screen and everything worked ok. I shut down Lightroom Classic without signing out and tried Bridge again. The login screen appeared again and I entered my details exactly as I had done in Lightroom, and the login screen disapeared and again so did Bridge.I tried loging into Photoshop which worked but after exiting Photoshop I tried Bridge again but the same problem occured again.I did find that if I leave either Lightroom or Photoshop running then I can open bridge without having to login.All the programs work so it is not a major problem at the moment. Howeve

recently different versions, been sometimes taking 20 minutes to show image thumbnails in some folders. Infuriating. Now for the last 2 days, it appeared that a folder somehow duplicated, then appeared to unduplicate. but every time I click on that folder it responds unknown operating system error and have to force quite Bridge. Now going to try and reinstal it to see if that fixes it. 

Is there a way to determine what the latest version of Adobe Bridge is without having to download it and then check the about box. Here is my proposed solution:       Instead of showing Bridge (12.0.1), show the full version/build number that would be downloaded.     For example: Build (12.0.1.246)

I have just downloaed several CR3 RAW images into Bridge version 12.0.1.246. After processing in Adobe RAW version 14.1, one of the files does not allow me to add a star rating in Bridge, other files in the folder do. The only way I can add a star rating for this file, is to go back into Adobe RAW and change the star rating there.Any ideas what is causing the problem?
