I keep getting this message, only on my laptop.Bridge has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has disabled GPU rendering which used the graphics hardware.. Please restart Bridge for optimal experience.Check the manufacture website for the latest software.When I go to device manager, and try to update, I get a message, that says the latest drivers, have been installed on my unit.
I have Bridge CC2019Running Windows 10 with partitioned hard drives, 112GB of SSD and 1.8 Tb of rotary.The SSD is C drive for programs, the 1.8Tb is D for data. The SSD is showing only 28Gb free, and in no way am I using 84 Gb for programs. I had this problem before and the problem was that Bridge was backing up on C a copy of every image I opened.I managed to navigate to the back up files, but I can't find them again.Any ideas?
I updated my iMac yesterday to Mojave and then updated Bridge. When I right click on file info on an image in Bridge,now I get a blank popup window and the entire computer freezes up and I have Force quit.
My script, which had been working in previous CS and CC versions, is not working in CC 2017.In the snippet below, var webLib2 = new ExternalObject("lib:" + pathToLib2 ); results in an I/O error.Do I need to change my code or is webaccesslib no longer available in CC 2017?if ( !ExternalObject.webaccesslib ){ if( Folder.fs == "Windows" ){ var pathToLib2 = Folder.startup.fsName + "\\webaccesslib.dll"; } else{ var pathToLib2 = Folder.startup.fsName + "/webaccesslib.bundle"; } var libfile2 = new File( pathToLib2 ); var webLib2 = new ExternalObject("lib:" + pathToLib2 ); }
I followed the instructions for uninstalling all Photoshop software including associate files, then re-started the computer, and went through the complete process twice. When I open Bridge, it will load, I can select photos and process in Camera Raw, but eventually Bridge just locks up and I have to close it. The only program running is Bridge! I have used Photoshop for years now suddenly it is pretty much a waste of time.iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)Mojave 10.14.48 GB 2400 MHz DDR4Radeon Pro 575 4 GB
It all started about 24 h. ago with an erroneous, random keystroke. Bridge interface is now unusable. I tried deleting the cache, but it did not helpAll of my image files now appear to reside in one folder, with a number of .DS_store files showing up adjacent to that folderDeselecting 'View items from subfolders' restores some sense of normalcy, but if I reselect 'View items from subfolders', I'm back to the beginning (all files residing in one folder)Maybe I should carry our a ''clean' restart of Bridge. Is there a keystroke combination to launch an Apple app with all preferences set to their default settings?Web search is not helpful. If one of you can show me how to do that, I would be grateful.Failing that, I would invite an Adobe screen share. Have been ion hold since 2050 Eastern., attempting to contact a live help agent.jwc
I have windows 7 64 bit. I just started using bridge 2019 yesterday, everything was ok, and now the labels do not show in the thumbnails in the contents window. the label description which I changed also reverted to the original "review" for the blue color. The label menu in the toolbar at top is also dimmed out. what is wrong?I have 24,000 files to enter.
Since updating to a new iMac Pro and Mojave in late 2018 — have experience sound and video playback issues from day 1. Video playback is rapid and sputtering. Viewing on youtube too... videos with just play and rip through every video on the list. iTunes music playback is super fast... aka chipmunk style. Text and other alerts are abbreviated and sound more like a bad pot on a speaker volume knob.Discovered that quitting Adobe Bridge and then restarting resolves the issue.
I've noticed that Adobe Bridge CC (9.0.1.216 x64) sometimes creates stripes in images. "Purge cache for the selection" fixes the problem. The attached image shows what it looks like before rebuilding the cache.At this moment, I can't say if the stripes only happen with TIFs.
Hi, glitch has JUST showed up in Bridge. Anything I double click on opens After Effects - automatically jumps to try opening file with After Effects instead of using App defaulted to in Bridges Preferences. FYI.Yours dusty
hi can anyone help me please. I have a Canon EOS camera that has no usb cable with it. So I bought a scadisc card reader to transfer photos in to Bridge. When I transfer the photos they are recognised by bridge and they transfer ok, but there is no option as before when using a usb cable with my Olympus camera to tag photos, apply further info or batch name them. There’s just nothing, they just download and then that’s it. There’s no opportunity to rename files or anything else that I used to be able to do with my old camera and a usb cable.Am I missing something here, or is this the way it is when using a card reader to transfer photos from an eos camera to my Bridge app on a iMac?bobthetrrier
When I try to open a photo from Bridge in Photoshop it Defaults to Photoshop 2018. But I want the Photos to open in Photohshop 2019. HOw do I change the default setting?
Since upgrading to Bridge CC 2019, double-clicking an image is opening Adobe After Effects instead of Photoshop CC 2019.There are no obvious changes to make in Bridge Preferences to change.When I left-click on an image in Bridge and choose to open it in Photoshop, if photoshop is already running, the image is opened in a new instance of Photoshop. And yes, there is only one copy of Photoshop CC 2019 on my hard drive.Adobe Tech support, please advise,David

For the first time ever, Adobe have fixed something I've had a problem with in Bridge and that was viewing images at full screen not being sharp until I clicked on them with the mouse. I contacted Tech Support and they recommended that I go back to a previous version and they would escalate the problem and hopefully have it fixed in the next release.Well, I have updated and tested this and now it works correctly, well done Adobe and please keep it up.DS

Hi,I am looking for a way to add metadata to a large number of files. Each photo will have different keywords etc.Is there a way to match an Excel sheet with the photos and add the metadata to the respective photos automatically rather than copy it manually for 10.000 photos?Thank you!
Hello,I heave a big issue with Colours in Adobe Bridge...Every Once in a while I want to do a quick Export of some Pictures as a PDF via Adobe Bridge. The last time I did a few months ago the Problem occured the first time, since I couldn´t find a solution and need the function again now, I want to ask for help here. The Problem is, that the colours in the exported PDF are completly wrong, way to much saturated - it seems like wrong colour management...I use the following Setup:- 2016 Macbook pro 15" with latest Mac Os Mojave- All CC Applications on latest Version- Eizo CS2420 - hardware calibrated with i1Display Pro and Color NavigatorI want to do some Quick Portfolio PDFS from final JPEG Pictures, which I saved in sRGB Colour Space via Capture One pro. Hi. I can't open Photoshop CC2019 from Bridge CC2019. I get the next message: "Could not complete your request because the file was not found". When I open the picture(RAW .NEF) from the finder, PS works well.Does anyone knows what's going on?
Yesterday I updated Camera Raw 11.2 (together with Br and Ps) and in the Save Options panel, under the Color Space entry, I no longer have the possibility to save the file in CMYK.Does anyone know something?
