Bridge

From what I can tell, filtering images by date shot is the only way of filtering images time wise. But I need to sort images shot between 4 pm and 07 am (for a time lapse over a longer time span). Is that possible somehow?

I know this sounds dumb and is probably something simple. In the older versions of Photoshop and Bridge if you had Bridge open and clicked on an image did what you wanted then done it took you back to the filmstrip.  Now with CC when i click done it takes me to the Photoshop preview screen.  So i have to go back and maximize bridge again.  Is there a way to fix this somehow???Thank you.

I have individual pictures of everything, marked by nested tags.  For example shirts, pants, jackets, shoes, with each item tagged for color and features and occasion such as business and casual.Although I don't have that many clothes, there are a lot of possible combinations that add up quickly.   There might be thirty different variations on each pair of pants, for instance.   This adds up to a large number of collections.If I could put them in folders  or nest collections that would help but I don't see that option.If I could divide the panel into three with the pants in the middle and a slider for shoes on the bottom and shirts on the top that would help.I'd also like to be able to keep them in order when looking at them in the window - for instance shirts on top and pants on bottom, not the other way around.What is the best way to organize these into outfits that I can easily search and see, for instance, every individual outfit that goes with a pair

I am triying to open raw files in Bridge.  I have the latest raw update and am able to open raw files from Bridge when using an external hard drive.  When I try to open raw files on my macbook pro, i navagate to Pictures, and see Photo Library.  I click on that and the photo library opens as usual.   As you can see, the camera raw file is there, stacked under the jpeg.  I just can't figure out how in the world to open these raw files in Bridge.  I know that I can open raw files and see them unstacked from photo folders in different locations that the Photo Library on my mac.  Like this:  I can't transfer the raw files out of Photo Library, only the jpeg transfers.  I have to re-upload all these photo files to put them in a different folder than photo library.   There just has to be another way to do it when they are already loaded.  Maybe there isn't.  So frustrating, please help.  I have CS6 and my mac has the

I have adobe photoshop cs6 on an old computer, and I love the pre-editing before photoshop so much better than lightroom. Is it possible to have both bridge-camera raw, and lightroom and use both programs without confusing myself and the computer?Also--can it be purchased, or is it another painful monthly fee?

I've successfully uploaded all the images from my iPhone 7 to my computer via Bridge, but when it asks if I'd like the originals to be deleted, and I click Yes, I get this error: "Device is not connected or is busy". I thought maybe it was because my phone was locked, so I tried it again, ensuring it was unlocked and not doing anything, and I still got the error. I can't find any help for this online. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Hello...I have two computers. From my desktop computer I moved all my pictures to the Creative Cloud folder, then created and assigned over a hundred keywords to thousands of pictures in Adobe Bridge. Now when I go to my laptop computer and view them through Bridge, which is pointing to the Creative Cloud folder as well...I see the pictures, but do not see any of the assigned keywords? Please let me know if you think this might be a Creative Cloud vs Bridge issue, and I will post something on the Creative Cloud forum. THANKS

I am building a stock photo site, and i have thousands of photos. I tag them all in Adobe Bridge and then upload them them to the galleries, but notice they don't maintain those keyword tags--the photo gallery interface/plugins only import descriptions, but that only manages to be the description of the camera I am using. Is there a way to place the keywords of photos in a description field of metadata automatically, sot hat my gallery can maintain the keyword tags? This is been a huge time suck, as i have to relabel every photo with all their keyword tags all over again on my site. Any suggestions HUGELY appreciated.

I've had this problem some time now, but I could never reproduce the error. It was as if Bridge never able to quit using the shortcut ⌘+Q.All other CC apps simply quit using the same shortcut command+q, except for Bridge. It doesn't seem to recognize it (although it is a default shortcut and present in the menu next to the Quit command).I just discovered the cause of the problem: Bridge quits perfectly through the shortcut, until you hide the app. From that moment on the shortcut ⌘+Q won't work anymore - you have to use the menu to quit the app.Anyone else has this problem? Any idea to what it might be related?

Hello, have not used this forum in several years.  Long ago I noticed behaviors using Bridge in either the Slideshow mode or Full Screen did not display sharply.  What occurs is if one mouse select an image in the Preview pane and hits the spacebar or performs View...Full Screen Preview,  the full image is displayed to fit ones monitor full screen with Bridge downsizing large images beyond maximum monitor dimensions to fit either in portrait or landscape orientations.  However the displayed image is not sharp.  If one then mouse selects that image, it displays at 100% pixels at whatever that native sharpness is.  With my images all far larger than any monitor displays, that is tact sharp.   However because that 100% pixels image is much larger than any monitor can display, one views only a portion of that image.  Holding down the left mouse button one can move the image display to other parts of a monitor screen.    Additional

I have received the infamous "Bridge's parent application is not active. Bridge requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature" error message. I am running Windows 10, Bridge CC (2017), and Camera Raw CC. All are up to date.All the solutions I have seen online involve going through Photoshop. I am using the free version of Bridge, downloaded from the Adobe website, and I was hoping to avoid having to pay for Photoshop just to use the Camera Raw CC feature through Bridge CC (2017).I download the Photoshop CC (2017) free trial and was able to restore Camera Raw CC functionality through Bridge CC (2017). However, once the free trial of Photoshop CC (2017) ended, I was once again unable to edit files through Camera Raw CC.Does anyone have a solution that does not involve paying for Photoshop CC (2017)?

Hi everyone, I couldn't find an answer for my problem looking around the web, My problem is that when I try to find a collection of images with Bridge CC with a common metadata world as "Animals" the Bridge would keep "initiating" for the eternity (the longest that I've been waiting was 2 days), I'm sure there is a lots of Images with this metadata, but Bridge can't find neither only one.Am I doing something wrong? Can I do something to speed it up a little bit?Thanks for the answers..

I'm on a PC with Windows 10 running Bridge CC(2017).  This afternoon I opened Bridge only to discover my keyword panel has reverted to the default keywords. I know the keywords are still there because when I select an image I can see the assigned keywords and they show up in italics in my keyword panel. My keyword panel was fine this morning when I was using Bridge. Unfortunately all my smart collections that are based on keywords no longer work either. I closed Bridge, shut down my computer, opened Bridge, purged the cache... nothing has helped. I need my keyword tree back! Help!

Hello, So the title pretty much explains it all, I would like to completely reset all of the information in Bridge, so the ratings, keywords, everything. The situation is that the company I am working for has used bridge in the past but had no real grasp on a organization, so there are hundreds of keywords that are just not needed. I would love a clean start on this program so that my current team and I can plan this correctly. PLEASE HELP!

Yesterday I upgraded my iMac to Sierra operating system.  Now, Photo Downloader no longer sees my iPhone when I connect with the computer.  It tells me there is "no device found".  I have Bridge CS6 and iPhone 6S.  Please help!  I can't get my photos from my phone into Bridge!
