Bonjour, Depuis hier, tous les mots-clés et sous mots-clés ont disparus de Bridge.  Dans le dossier "Bridge 2024" le fichier "Adobe Bridge Keywords.xml" est daté de hier "‎créé le : mardi ‎5 ‎novembre ‎2024, ‏‎08:25:45" et dans le dossier "Bridge 2025" le fichier "Adobe Bridge Keywords.xml" est daté de maintenant "‎crée le : mercredi ‎6 ‎novembre ‎2024, ‏‎11:02:31" Je ne comprends pas, on dirait que la mise à jour a écrasée mon fichier contenant l'arborescence des mots-clés.  Il ne reste que les mots-clés par défaut.  Comment faire ?  merci !!  

Hi All I have been having long chats with Adobe Technical and have now had it confirmed that Adobe Bridge 2025 (and probably previous versions) does not support the H265 4.2.0 10-bit LongGOP 200 Mpbs CODEC. In Bridge it just displays the generic video icon. In contrast, the MP4 files show the video thumbnail correctly. This codec is used by a number of models in the Panasonic LUMIX range as well as other manufacturers. In my case, I have the LUMIX S1R. This then begs the question. What are the chances of Adobe supporting this CODEC in the future in Bridge?  On a final note, this CODEC is supported for Windows 11 and Lightroom Classic but not Bridge. Thanks Duncan

Hello.One of the things I like about Lighroom is the ability to see an actual map of the location a photo was taken. Oddly Bridge CC does not seem to have this ability and I would think that I am not alone in thinking that this would be really useful and not have to go back and forth between apps. Is there a way for this to happen? As mentioned, Lightroom and even Apple Photos displays a map view? using the most current versions of CC as of 10/30/24Jonathan

Hi! I am trying to see a collection of Tiff files from a folder using the slideshow function in Bridge 2025. The photos transition from one another correctly and smoothly but then, for just about half a second, the application shows a reduced version of the photo in the middle of the "projection" area, reassuming the correct displaying format next. This happens with every single photo. It is quite annoying and it ruins the whole experience. I've tried selecting "Centred", "Scaled to Fit" and "Scaled to Fiil", under "When Presenting the Slides" options, with and without "Black Out Additional Monitors" option selected, always with the same result. Any ideas? Thanks. AK

What I want to do in Bridge is simply to open folders containing photos and then view thumbnails of the photos. I used to do this all the time with the older version. Please tell me how to perform this simple task with this damn new version!

I am using Bridge 14.1.3 on an iMac with Intel 2020 i7 chip, Radeon Pro 5700 16 gig GPU, 96 gigs of ram  on Sequoia 15.1 In Smart Collections; when I open an image into PS 2024, do my edits, then save back to original folder, the new edits do not show on the image in the Smart Collection. I have to click Reveal In Bridge, then re add the keyword for that collection (the keyword is there but I have to delete it then re add it) then it updates in the Smart Collection, this step does not work from within the Smart Collection. Should it not be updating as I work?Note: I am not adding another image, I am editing an existing .psd image. If I add a watermark or adjustment layer I then have to do the extra steps of reveal in bridge, change something in keywords, then it shows the watermark or adjustment layer on the image within the Smart Collection.

metadata.applyMetadataTemplate() works in Bridge 12, the same code is broken in newer versions. I rely on this for several scripts, can this be fixed maybe?

I would like to create a Metadata Template on Adobe Bridge to add autorship and copyright to my pictures. However, when I open the "Create Metadata Template Tool" on Bridge, I can only choose between fields from "Camera Data (EXIF)" and "Video" categories. All other categories (such as IPTC, Audio...) are missing.   How can I make them visible to edit their fields? Thanks! I am working on Adobe Bridge 2025 (Version 15.0.0.397). 

Hello, I dragged a file from a finder window located on an external hard drive to a folder in my main HD opened in Bridge window and it was moved instead of being automatically copied as it should.   I believe this is bug.   Shlomit  

Hello Community. I am looking for some help. I have managed to add Filename to Title in the IPTC Core metadata of a bulk set of images. However the file name brought across characters I want to remove.E.gFilename: Amika Maak_.jpgTitle: Amika Maak_I want to remove the _ underscore so that I can use it as a caption in InDesign.  How can I bacth edit Titles in metadata to remove unwanted characters?

The Missing Files Window on macOS should not close and stay open when clicking the <Remove> or <Skip> button. Removing or checking a couple of missing files makes this an unnecessary tedious task. The other buttons <Browse> <OK> and <Cancel> work as expected.Additionaly a <Remove All> button would be helpful.

Is there a way for Bridge in preview, to show a BW version of a color images, thanks.

I'm on Mac Os Catalina (10.15.7), and I've tried with both Adobe Bridge 11.1 and 10.1.1.Adobe Bridge seems to be unable to load thumbs or preview any of my MP4 videos. I'm trying to use the keyword system in order to organize my research database of Ad Videos. I remember Bridge being able to preview videos. Most of the files are simple Full HD H264.I've already installed both 11.1 and 10.1.1, even tried bridge 7.0. Tried un-installing and re-installing, restarting system and resetting Bridge with Shift+Option. Also tried activating "Use Software Rendering" and purging cache for selection of a specific clip.  I'd appreciate some help 🙂

I used to be able to edit metadata in .mov and *.mp4 files in Adobe Bridge (keywords, date shot, etc). Seem that this is no longer possible.Don't recall which version that was (something like 5.1 or so).  Bridge now complains that it can't write xmp files. This used to work just fine (contrary to what some discussions claim that those file formats don't support this).

There is a major Issue with Adobe Bridge (12.0.4.286 ) in general now.. “”There was an error writing metadata to…””Can’t write Metadata any more in any version of bridge 12, 13, 14 and the latest 15  it just happens after the release of the newer version.  Version 12 has been solid!!My Workstation is a Mac M1 running Sonoma14.6.1.This is definitely a Adobe software issue… not permissions.. not OS related.. not HardDrive space related, not file Catch related, not Preference related.. already tried the usual suspects trouble shooting procedures..  the one thing I’m going to tried is to delete all the versions of Bridge and re Install the one that has been working without issues for years..V12Any Ideas…?  Thank you guys..

Hi, I encountered problems since the latest Br update. I got keywords under a new list with the name ‘Other keywords’. In this new extra list I cannot get rid of them to install the listed keywords where they should be shown.  

One of my photos after editing is of 1.1GB - and there is no thumbnail. It would be nice to know (visually) all the pictures in a photo series. The latest version of the app. Suggestions?

Möchte Bridge gerne verwenden, um in allen selektierten Bilddateien den jeweiligen Dateinamen in den Titel einzusetzen. Sowohl Dokument Titel als auch Autor Titel. Falls das nicht geht, möchte ich dies als Verbesserungsvorschlag für Bridge an Adobe melden.

Adobe Bridge 2024 - Version MAC 14.1.2 Habe in Verzeichnissen viele Bilder, z.B. 1700 Stück. Von diesen möchte ich einen PDF Kontaktbogen erstellen.4x4 Bilder je Seite, als 16 Stück. Es öffnet sich beim Start der Vorgangs ein Fenster.In diesem lese ich, dass es noch 1 Sekunde dauert und 25% fertig sind.Tatsächlich dauert es auf einem sehr leistungsfähigen MAC mindestens 15 bis 30  Minuten.Sind schon 2 Fehler. Offenbar werden 289 Seiten erstellt.Bei 1700 Dateien und 4x4=16 Bildern je Seite, sollten es wohl eher 106,25 Seiten werden?Ist wieder ein Fehler. Wo ist da der Fehler?

HiI can't open any HEIC files form Bridge in Camera Raw.Yes I run the latest versions of Bridge, Photoshop and Camera Raw as available of today.Yes I run Windows 10 Pro with the HEIC codec installed:Anyone knows what could be the problem?I'd like to convert 100+ pictures from HEIC to JPEG. I've already done it with a Photoshop batch but realized that all Metadata was gone afterwards.Converting directly from Bridge results in a 8x smaller image resolution. Great.Now I wanted to to the batch convert in CameraRaw as I did 100 times with raw files, but it does not even allow me to open HEIC?!
