LOL: I tried to get a refund and Adobe connected me with an AI chat. No live person available.

I've just come across someone licensing an image from James Webb Space Telescope which is available for free through NASA's website. File: 518592754https://stock.adobe.com/images/james-webb-space-telescope-reveals-emerging-stellar-nurseries-and-individual-stars-in-the-carina-nebula/518592754?prev_url=detail It's a shame that Adobe Stock has become an unmoderated cluster of awful quality content with no accessible way to report images. I've noticed a significant increase in images filtering themselves as NOT Generative AI and "Photograph" so that they still show up when trying to filter them out. Not to mention cases like the one I've posted here of users blatantly stealing publicly-available content. I'm sure this is one of many re-posted images that aren't owned or created by the user with zero effort put towards quality assurance by Adobe.

Hi there, I recently downloaded 3 vector files 734395496, 734393452 and 734389525. I downloaded them as an illustrator file but when opening this it's only an image and not an editable vector. I need to be creditted for these 3 assets.

I purchased this image as JPEG and vector and the quality is really bad.I thought it might have just been the preview that was bad but when I downloaded the high res, it was equally bad.AdobeStock_650215559

@Contributor1 ,   Please check the fingers of this generative AI woman in the asset 794375536.   The same contributor has also other problematic assets, like the coplete series of gears. Example: 794374769: I would check the whole account, as the contributor seems to submit without checking it's assets and the moderators seem to accept what gets uploaded.

I input tennis player beginner and for the filter to exclude Ai generative crap.  The results I get are some tennis, but mostly photos of padel, ping pong and that super unathletic and low skilled leisure game, pickelball. If I search for tennis why am I getting this? As I said i filtered it already.

My account is up to date and all my ususal apps are working fine, but when I launch Stock it is though I do not have an account. I can search for assets but not download them. It prompts me to log in but never launches the log in box. I cannot access mock up psdt files I have already saved to my CC either. I have logged out and restarted multiple times. Any help would be great!

User "Art Gallery" has uploaded an image that has ai-generated assets in it, though the individual uploaded asset isn't technically AI itself: 631411736

FILE #: 353676143 - "Stripes" spelled incorrectlyI licensed this file, after purchase and printing I recognized the error. It's a good file, just unusable as is.

Two Adobe stock downloaded vector Ai files opening flat in Illustrator.  I've never had this problem before, it gave the option to download as vector file vs jpg and saves as .ai file, but is flat like a jpg.  Any insight is appreciated.

I often add Adobe Stock photo and video previews to my Libraries via the browser. They then show up in the Libraries tab of Premiere Pro. I add them to my project - with the watermark - and get approval from the client. When I get the ok, I click on the shopping cart icon on the asset in my Bin and proceed to license the asset. It tells me how many credits and I click ok. It shows up in my browser as a licensed item. Sometimes the licensed version is downloaded to my project and the watermark removed. But more often than not, the watermarked preview version is not replaced. The Progress window (attached) shows that downloading fails pretty frequently and I've got to do the extra work to download the assets manually and attach them to the project. It's been like this for years. So frustrating, particularly with fast moving and/or large projects.

I'm trying to purchase some vector graphics, but I've been getting this message for the last six hours:"Our systems are currently down for maintenance. However, you can still search and save assets to libraries. You can start using your credits again in 15 minutes."I can't figure out if there's an issue with our credits or if Adobe Stock is down.Can anyone help?

Unfortunately despite again trying all the potential solutions offered last week, we still seem to be experiencing isues with out Adobe Stock Account.  As explained during our chat on Friday, our current '10 assset a month' account hasn’t renewed as we’d expected it to this morning and it seems as if its reverted to a pay on demand account? Whats more confusing is that I’m logging into the business profile yet appear (on at least some occasions) to be getting some aspects of my personal profile and even showing two Adobe Stock accounts at times ? All of the other users on the account are now only being offered pay on demand images whereas in the past they’ve had access to the aforementioned 10 assets a month account but are still unable to license any of those images due to an error with the payment method that doesn’t seem to be apparent on the admin account? I've tried to get in touch using the virtual assistant which is completely useless and are unable to reply

I have a persistent issue with my Adobe Stock account for months now. I am unable to buy more images when my credits run out. I just get an on screen message as per the attachment.... Can someone please help? I have contacted Abobe and their 'support' team are largely useless. I have seen community articles on here where people have spoke to the Engineering Team, but I cannot see how I can raise a ticket with them. Anyone know how to do this?  This forum is my last resort before I consider cancelling my Adobe account. I have numerous other issues with the other software too (Illustrator mainly). Adobe are fast becoming one of the worst choices for software on the market.  Cheers all. 

I'd like to let you know this image has an inverted color temperature graphic.
