Phone verification loop — Cannot access Contributor portfolio (Indonesia)

Downloaded 5 Images in Vector format but they are all Images placed within Illustrator and not editable. The Files are:20018463642010912290202960548320134580962013461586

Hello,I have purchased and downloaded two vector files in Adobe Stock. The asset IDs are #2015102521 and #2015105687. When I open them in Adobe Illustrator, I receive an error that says, "could not find linked file." It appears the graphics for both of these files were linked rather than embedded, and as a result, the files are empty. Please advise.Thank you,Lorie

I am super frustrated at the increasing amount of live-traced slop allowed on Adobe. I am a professional and use this site to download professional assets. It is impossible to tell what is traced from the tiny thumbnail provided on the page. I’d list them individually, but there are quite a few in their portfolio that appear to be mis-tagged. Beginning yesterday, I have been unable to download any asset from Adobe Stock. I have an Unlimited plan, have signed out and back in, restared computer... Tried it on different networks. Any help appreciated.Running macOS 15.4

The InDesign drop shadows have been broken for about 6 months. You can find a longer forum here: For a few months I’ve been able to work around it but now it’s gotten to a point where I can’t.  I’m trying to export pngs with drop shadows and they are moving during export. So they look fine in InDesign but then the shadows move and in the png they are moved.Here’s an example: Inside Indesign, the shadows are where they’re supposed to be.Flattened .png files placed as assets in Animate.  The shadows moved.I’ve gone back into InDesign and fixed the shadows and reexported and they continue to export incorrectly making it a pretty big problem.It’s been months dealing with this bug on a daily basis, having to resize the assets in InDesign to get it to go away and I’m trying to bring some attention to it so we can hopefully get this bug resolved. Thank you.

I'm just looking for images I can use as general anatomy practice while drawing, and I found this abomination (file number 677462298). I always exclude AI generated images and look for photos, and I immediately knew it was AI because horses do not move like that. It's a biomechanical impossibility. There is no option to report trash like this on the preview page, I looked through the support pages, and the only directions I got from Google - which, btw, are better than what your site gave me, Adobe - were to the forums. Now, I'd've much rather have just submitted a report and called it good, but you left me with no other option than going public with my grievances. Do better, Adobe.

“Find Similar Image” no longer available (just ‘find similar in video’) “More in series” just brings up the one image selected (despite thumbnails preview showing lots of images in series)  The whole of the Adobe websites no longer working in Safari

I am having an issue when trying to select premium graphics templates inside of premier pro version 26.0 When going to the graphics templates window and choosing adobe stock then dragging a premium template into the sequence I am given the error below. The free templates work normally. The motion graphics template media folder also gets updated when a new free template is added however this is not the case with premium templates. I am able to download the templates from the adobe stock website and manually upload them but it will not work inside of premier when dragging and dropping from the window.

Hello, I get Error 503 accessing Stock . I can sign in but can't get to my previously purchased items or libraries.  (Bad Gateway for libraries)  

This issue relates to a legacy Fotolia contributor account that was migrated to Adobe Stock. I completed the required account sync process at the time of migration.Despite this, the account has never functioned correctly. I still receive earnings notification emails for image sales, which confirms the account remains active in Adobe’s system. However, I have no access to the contributor dashboard, cannot view earnings/credits, and cannot upload or manage content.I have contacted support multiple times over several years. Cases have either been closed without resolution or ended without further action, and I have been unable to get the account properly reviewed or restored.I am requesting that this be treated as a migration/account linkage issue and escalated to the appropriate internal team to verify the Adobe ID connection and restore access or reconcile the account status.

Hello, I have been experiencing a big bug  in my Lightroom catalog. I have this message every time I open my catalog : “Lightroom has encountered an issue updating AI edits. Futur AI edits may not be saved and could be lost.” I followed the recommended steps when I clicked the “learn more” button but nothing has changed. I have many issues linked to this error such as no successful backups made since a week, every edits made with AI such as removal, denoise, and masking have disappeared. When the AI update button is lit up on a photo to update a mask or denoise for example, it does not work. As soon as the update is over, the button is yellow again. On some masks applied previously, I have the exclamation point in the warning triangle, I cannot update them as well. Furthermore, everything linked to the AI generative removal is lost too and cannot be updated. Hi, this occurred after a year again, my entire team has been having this issue downloading assets from Adobe Stock. We are unable to download assets from Adobe stock; we have had this error before last year as well, and we got fixed after posting here. The available stock quota is "Unlimited Images". Please help us out here again. Thank you.

There might be a new exploit happening using adobe stock as initiator.An asset was bougth years ago on Adobe Stock, and to current day it is on Adobe stock and for the account it says "re-download for free"But said asset is not in licence history.Support confirms that "re-download for free" is only available when previously image was licensedSupport claimes that said asset does not show up as licensed under in their admin systemsA company searching for unlicensed assets COPYTRACK conntacts us asking to provide a proof of licence for the same exact asset - and only the one.From how confident they are it seems like they knew that there might be problems with asset licence history, becaue only that image is being asked fot proof of licence.To me it looks like they might know how to make image asset to not show up in license history - they do the expoit (maybe changing available licence types multiple times untill break it) the bug that makes license history vanish.The following standard p

Hi, I have 75 Plan Credits on my Adobe account for school; I was able to license images and 3d assets a month ago. I am trying to license for the first time since then and all stock images now have "(On-demand - CAD $12.99)" on the standard license. When I click license literally nothing happens, doesn't let me use my credits or even pay for the image for 12.99. I don't know what to do or if my credits expired or something.

Desde el 6 de Abril tengo problemas al momento de querer abrir archivos subí en la nube en illustrator, ahora no puedo subir archivos tampoco, cerré sesión muchas veces, los demás programas los abren perfectamente, pero tengo ese problema con illustrator, gracias y espero poder resolver esto :(
