Hi,Adobe Stock is returning GenAI results in earches even though i've checked "Exclude Generative AI" in the filters. This one popped up today:https://stock.adobe.com/uk/templates/broken-or-cracked-glass-poster-design-template-n-ai-generative/1080468058I mean come on, the title of the asset even SAYS "AI generative"! This is not the first time AI results have appeared in filtered earch results, either.Adobe, this is simply unnaceptable. Many professionals like myself take careful steps to avoid using GenAI in our work for many valid copyright, editorial, ethical, and technical reasons. This is jsut sloppy. For the how much CC and Stock cost i'd expect your search filters to work better than this. Please rectify this error if at all possible.

So... I did a search for one simple word "landfill". Here are the results on page one of Shutterstock search results vs Adobe Stock. Shutterstock returned consistently relevant results, whereas Adobe Stock returned a bunch of random stuff – starting on the first page of results! This has been an annoyance for years and, as illustrated by this particular search word, it's not a matter of narrowing things down with filters.  I guess my suggestion is for Adobe to: a) review keywords regularly and/or apply more scrutiny to submissions, and; b) perhaps create something like a hierarchy for keywords, where the content submitter can put primary keywords for the obvious content of the image, then secondary keywords for any tangiential matches. Or something. I don't know. That's Adobe Stock's job to figure out. Not sure how it works now, but it's clearly not very good and competitors are doing a significantly better job. Several of the dice depicted in image 1493695478 (“Rpg game dice”) are not realistic / do not make sense, and are therefore not usable as an asset for board game or rpg related content:A 6-sided die with the numbers 7, 8, and 9A 8-sided die with the number 9A 10-sided die with the number 17Two 12-sided dice with the numbers 14, 17, 20 and 15, 19Additionally the layout of most of the dice (the distribution of the mumbers on the sides in relation to each other) is not correct. 

I've been having this issue for weeks now. The download speeds from stock have been abysmal. Any other service I use has normal download speeds, but I get to adobe and its running at dialup speeds.IT even takes a long time to start downloading - just sitting in my queue saying it's "starting." Then it'll say 2 hours, then it'll say "resuming". Something is FUBAR on adobe's end.

Hi Adobe team, Unfortunately we are encountering more and more accounts thats sell traced images as vector stock images. These traced images are not usable for us and are very frustrating to encounter. It has become so bad we started making a list and noting down the useless file and artist in case we encounter unusable traced images. It might be a good idea to add that option to the report options of an artist. Hello,After some searching it appears there is no built-in method of reporting AI images that aren't tagged/keyworded as such, and instead the recommended method of reporting these images is just to link them here in the forums. This image is AI generated but is not marked as AI: https://stock.adobe.com/1714652487 Thank you.

Adobestock is throwing an error upon search of the number of it's own images. See screenshot below. All my colleauges and I are having this issue today, via an Enterprise subscription.

I keep getting the error message when trying to download audio preview files.(For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly.) I have tried clearing the browser cache and history. I tried turning off pop-up blockers.  I tried switching to different browsers, Arc (chromium), Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Other preview stock elements can be downloaded. Nothing is working.

Nachdem der Support mir anscheinend nicht weiterhelfen kann. Ich habe ein Stock-Abo mit 80 aktiven Credits. Wenn ich mich derzeit einlogge – nachdem ich im Team zwei Seats entfernt habe – wird mein Abo als «nicht aktiv» angezeigt und ich habe 0 Credits.  Der reine Wahnsinn. Laut Support muss ich mich im Team anmelden, was ich tue. Das Konto wird dann aber als «persönlich» angezeigt. Der Support-Mitarbeiter wollte es behoben haben & ich solle etwas warten, das ist jetzt vier Tage her, da gehe ich davon aus, dass der Fix für mein Ticket nicht funktioniert hat. Weiß jemand, was ich tun kann?

I would love there to be a way to formally flag an image for Adobe to review for AI misslabeling. I came across this image (linked below), which is clearly AI when you zoom in. Not only does it clame to be not AI, but it is slated for editorial use. I need to have a download credit refunded. AdobeStock_1450895442 is a just a 72 dpi raster image embedded in an Ai file. Thank you.

I was told to post here about getting a refund on a stock asset that was not as advertised. I purchased an image that was advertised as an editable vector image, but after I clicked Download, it was only offered as a jpg and does not have editable text. I need to be refunded or send the proper vector file. The file was 1665353019

I recieve the following error message when trying to open Adobe Stock on my browser (10/20/25, 11:02 PT): "The site is unavailable due to an AWS outage. Please check back later!" When is access to the site estimated to be restored?

Hi I recently bought an image which is in vector category. I purchased extended license but when I zoomed in adobe illustrator, I realized it is not a vector at all, probably just someone scamming. The ID of picture is: 1703043999I demand to get my money back for purchasing something different, than was described. Thank you for assisting me on this issue

Hello. I have some problems with my account Adobe photostock.Problem one: 20 photos are stuck in verification, some of them have been there for more than 8 months.Problem two: I haven't been able to submit photos for review for over a week; it says the limit has been exceeded.How to fix this?

This contributor: bambang-firdaus is uploading content that is very clearly AI generated, but nothing is tagged as such.  Some of the most egregious examples: 1612942232 1712752541 1639448834  There should be an easier process for reporting this. @Contributor1

 I have just licensed 3 images that are meant to be editable and usable vectors, but they are flat vector, and uneditable and unuseable due to the background being there. This is really frustrating as my wi=ork is now on hold as I cannot source usable images Images62625534613974676571546289240

Hi there. I'm experiencing an issue with the "Price" filter on the Adobe Stock website. When I do a photo search and select "Standard Content", I assume the results will exclude Premium assets (which show the "Buy" button instead of "Download"). However, most of my photo search results are always Premium content. I searched the web and saw a similar Adobe community post reply that suggested adding a manual hard-coded parameter to my search results URL (price[$]=1). However that didn't work. This makes it difficult to efficiently find Standard assets included in my "Unlimited images" company subscription. It seems like the "Price" filter is either broken or intentionally designed to always produce Premium content results. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a reliable way to filter out Premium assets? Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated!Thank you.

Hi,I'd like to report a bug, that in the plans page, I can't change from 40 credit packs to any other numbered credit packs in my browser. I've tried two different browsers, but still, the problem occurs. I still use Windows 10. I'm unable to buy 5 credit packs.Just about a week or two ago, the plans page worked fine, and I could change the credit packs and buy the credit packs normally. But now I can't change them.Please, fix this bug. Thank you very much!
