I've been an avid supporter of Adobe for at least 15 years! But lately I keep downloading images that look fine in the thumbnail, but once downloaded are not worth it. Granted one of them I should have realized there was only 3 legs on every camel, lol. But I have always expected Adobe to be pros at eliminating these images before they make it out there to buy. Is there a way to start reporting images for quality and ai issues? #1852789127 the tree is completely pixelated when seen full size#659463109 has only 3 legs per camel and the faces are terrible ai generation
Hello so I've been trying to dl preview photos by clicking that preview button and I get this message:Online Licenses Not Available in Your Region You may search and save preview files, but cannot license them via our online store. Please see your nearest Adobe reseller to purchase an Adobe Stock plan for Creative Cloud Teams.I used to be able to do this 2–3 months ago and meantime I've reinstalled windows. I've tried every option ChatGPT offered with deleting cookies disabling extensions etc. Right click and save as it is working. It seems like its site side bug.I'm from Serbia.
I am an Adobe Stock contributor. My Creative Cloud bonus code was visible in my contributor dashboard on Jan 13, 2026, and disappeared on Jan 14 without being redeemed.Support closed one case incorrectly and my contributor case (00469219) has not received a response for over 24 hours.Requesting moderator assistance to escalate this for account-level investigation.
So all of a sudden, I'm not able to browse any image. Search doesn't work and neither does directly clicking on any image on the home screen. It throws the same error which says "Page not Found" (Attached). Now this is only if I'm logged in. If I'm not logged in an browse as a guest this error does not show up. So, I connected on Chat with Support but none of the below worked.1. Clearing Cache / Cookies on Browser and Logging in again to Adobe Stock. 2. Trying on another browser (un-used i.e. where Adobe Stock as not been logged in)3. Trying on another computer (un-used i.e. where Adobe Stock has not been logged in) None of them worked. But all of a sudden it did work and I was able to download an image. But a minute later same issue persists. Cannot access library as well. After this entire conversation the support staff said that it could be a "back-end" issue and I requested them to escalate. My fundamental concern is that I have some credi

I'm logged in and trying to download a preview, but the the message, "Good News, looks like you already have a plan." Yesterday, 12/11 it seemed to have fixed itself, but today, 12/12 it's doing it again. Please advise!Today, 12/13 it still persists.Today, 12/15 it still persists.Today, 1/17: I've discovered that it ONLY works when you are on the specific image page. Otherwise, it still gives the error.
I downloaded two separate Reeded Glass effects from Adobe Stock and neither of them work. This is from https://stock.adobe.com/templates/reeded-glass-refraction-image-effect-mockup/1394985931 And this is the image it created. Not at all like reeded glass. Second one I tried, https://stock.adobe.com/templates/reeded-glass-texture-image-effect-mockup/984722752 just looks like a glass overlay. There's no instructions, but the files both look straight-forward. Help or refund?
Hello, I subscribed to a free trial and forgot to cancel it, when the time that I want to cancel it there is no cancellation option in my account. Yesterday I was billed for the monthly subscription. Can I request a refund for this?
I suddenly can't download anything - I just keep getting the message " Welcome back. Good News, looks like you already have a plan." when I click the button to download. If I click the x or the OK on that message it just takes me back to the search screen and does it again if I try and download. Can we fix this please? I have had this account for years, and am paid up to date. I have an annual plan paid monthly for Adobe Stock and have a Creative Cloud account also. Please fix asap, busy work time for me - Alix Wood
Hello,I have a subscription to Adobe Stock photos, but when I go to download an image I only get the options "try the free version to purchase this image" or "buy extended license to purchase this image". Why do I get these options when I already have a supscription, and should be able to download images? Hope someone can help me 🙂
Hi, I'm so frustrated at the moment, I'm not able to save anything to my folders. All I get is "Good News, looks like you already have a plan." and thats it. I have less than 100 images in the folder so what is going on? Any assistance would be helpful Thanks
I'm requesting a refund for a plan that shouldn't have been included in my payment. I only want a refund for that specific plan. I don't even use (Adobe Stock). Why am I being charged? And I didn't sign up for it, I only use (After Effect) About half a year . I want my money back that Adobe Stock kept without my consent.I just checked my payment today. So cancel it all. I want refund From (Adobe Stock) Plan. Please Help!
Or should I just end my subscription now? I'm both a contributor and have a subscription, but given there is no way to report AI slop being passed off as real photos, it's now almost impossible to find content to use. I can tick "Exclude AI Content" as much as I want, but if Adobe doesn't manage this properly (it HAS to be reportable), it's completely useless. Try searching "Parrot" > Exclude AI > Photos > Transparent background. You'd have to work pretty darn hard to find an actual photo. It's incredibly obviously fake, so why isn't anything being done? Is it really worth it to allow corruption of the entire database to make a few more bucks? Please let me know if there are any concrete plans to do something about this, because if not, I'm gone.https://stock.adobe.com/es/images/parrot-isolated-on-transparent-background/1596029181https://stock.adobe.com/es/images/captivating-african-grey-parrot-portrait-studio-setting-animal-photography-close-up-wildlife-concept/129453745
Comment faire ? Merci :))
I know both these assets by the same creator are AI generated but the were made to look very real, ships at sea but both have a very glaring error. Both ships have a long trailing wake in front and behind the ships. This is not possible. The ships shown, bulkers, can only travel in the forward direction so there should be a long trailing wake at the rear only.Asset 605295090Asset 605295173 Best regards Philip

Unable to change the default Stock Library. If I try saving the image again, the Library disappears. Also, if I select "My Library," it doesn't load and the screen just turns white (blank). If I refresh, it goes back to the home screen. Going to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries only allows you to view the libraries; not select a new default Library. I've done multiple things to no avail:Refreshed my screenLogged out and logged back inTried both Chrome and SafariCompletely rebooted my laptop Please let me know if there is a resolution I'm unaware of or if Adobe realizes this is an existing problem that started about 2 months ago.

As a paying customer, I expect high-quality images from stock platforms like Adobe Stock. Unfortunately, I recently downloaded an image that turned out to be unusable—it looks like a poorly executed image trace rather than a professional asset. What’s more disappointing is that there seems to be no way to report low-quality images within Adobe Stock. Quality control should be a priority, and the absence of a reporting mechanism makes it difficult for users to help maintain standards. I hope Adobe considers implementing a feature to flag subpar content and improves its quality review process. This would ensure that customers receive the value they expect when purchasing stock assets. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Image reference:https://stock.adobe.com/images/collection-of-abstract-circular-and-directional-arrow-graphic-elements-silhouette/1731672301
Hi all!I've noticed a few AI images and videos still showing up even with the exclusion AI filter. Most recent one I remebered to get the URL of:https://stock.adobe.com/au/video/polaris-rzr-and-dirt-bike-lined-up-in-a-rugged-off-road-environment/1579660931?prev_url=detail
I saw this image come up in a search and used it in a design comp — now the client wants this image, but I'm unable to now locate it for high resolution download. The image ID is also not availalble. Yes, I did a reverse image lookup and it yields only similar images, not this one. Shouldn't it locate this exact image? What gives? Same goes for reverse lookup on google: the only thing that comes up is on an asian version of freepik.com.
Attention Adobe Support, and Adobe Stock usersMy purpose of this post is to help maintain a higher level of quality for Adobe Stock.I have been an Adobe Stock subscriber for some time. I recently downloaded an asset (File No: 1583246439) that was atrocious quality! You couldn't tell from the raster thumbnail, but as soon as I opened the vector asset, it was as though someone had used auto-trace on a low res asset, and then applied 'simplify'. Take a look at some of the close-up screen-shots attached. This asset should at the very least be removed! But how would Adobe know without users having an easy method of reporting sub-standard assets? I never experienced this on other stock-subscription platforms in the past — they seem to have a better process of vetting quality. The only options for reporting an issue are:1. if content contains the names of people (including artists' names)2. Content may infringe on IP rights (such as copyright, design, or trademark rights, model
